Abstract

Abstract Volleyball game is a complex game that could not be easlly done by everyone. In volleyball learning the basic and advanced techniques is required to play volleyball well and effectively. One of the basic technique used is volleyball under service that is the first movement made by a volleyball player. Formulation of the problem posed in this research is whether there is any influence of STAD cooperative learning model and how big is the influence. The purpose of this research is to find out the effort of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model application to the learning outcome of the volleyball under service in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Ngrayun, Ponorogo. STAD cooperative learning model is one approach in learning that emphasizes student engagement ful in a group, both physical and mentally and students as subjects in every learning process. With the implementation of STAD cooperative learning, the veceacher hopes to increase to the outcome of learning of volleyball under service. This research was a descriptive quantitative with experimental approach. The sample in this research amounted to 66 students, which consists of 34 students from 8A class as the experimental group and 32 students from 8D as the control group. From the calculation using independent t test can be conclused that there are significant influence of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model to the outcomes volleyball of under service, as evidenced by the results t count is 1,753 greater than t table (1,753> I,664) with significant level 0,05. The value of influence Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model to the outcomes learning of the volleyball under service to the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Ngrayun is 17,55%. Abstract

Abstract When we teach physical education subject there are many problems that we should face. In basketball terms, students often get difficulties when they have to deal with left lay up test. It was predicted that students ability is still low. Considering that the succeed of physical education subject is depend on the students ability to absorb the lesson, it is important to solve the problems and barrier. Many problems and barrier that the students have to face and this research try to find out is it section training method can increase the students ability in basketball left lay up. This research include in action research or PTK. The research divided into 3 terms that will be done in 3 meetings. Each term has four steps which are planning, action, observation and reflection. The result of the research shows that section training method can increase the percentage of students which can done left lay upwhen they are trained individually. In first terms the percentage is 67,33%. It increase to 70,66% in second term. Beside from the percentage, the amoun of students that can fullfill left lay up exam automatically increase. There are 19 students in first term able to do left lay up. In second term there 22 students. The conclution of this research is the increasing of left lay upstudentsablity in basketball learning in class XI IPA 1 Senior High School2 Nganjuk the result is good enough. Abstract

Abstract Basically, physical education is an education through physical activities that created as media to achieve individual development holistically. Through physical education student channeled to physical education including sports skill. To optimize student’s existence in studying and skill, school held an extra hour outside or so called extracurricular activity. At Senior High School Dr. Soetomo Surabaya, the existing extracurricular are, achievement sports (basketball, volleyball, futsal, football, and pencak silat). Indeed, extracurricular that have the larger member is futsal since its very popular and it can be done without wide field, beside  Senior High School Dr. Soetomo Surabaya have complete infrastructure for futsal.  Female team of Senior High School Dr. Soetomo Surabaya that amounted of 11 student also have school almamater to following championship that held by universities or institutions on Surabaya or around. Research result show that the rate of intrinsic motivation on student that following extracurricular at Senior High School Dr. Soetomo Surabaya is 35.2 right on the score span 35.2-39.5 which stated that the rate of intrinsic motivation of futsal extracurricular member at Senior High School Dr. Soetomo Surabaya belong to high category. The rate if extrinsic motivation of futsal extracurricular member at Senior High School Dr. Soetomo Surabaya is 26.18 right on the score span 0-28 which stated that the rate of extrinsic motivation of futsal extracurricular member at Senior High School  Dr. Soetomo Surabaya belong to low category.      The most dominant category belong to intrinsic motivation with the percentage of intrinsic motivation is 18.8% belong to very high criterion, 36.6% belong to medium criterion, 9.09% on low category and 0% belong to very low category. Compared to extrinsic motivation that as big a 0% that belong to very high category, 0% to very high category, 0% on high category, 0% medium category, 9.09% low category and 81.81% belong to very high category. From those percentage data above it can be conclude that the most dominant role is intrinsic motivation.   Keywords: motivation, student, futsal extracurricular.

Abstract

Abstract Physical fitness is one’s ability to do daily activities without arousing any significant fatigue, so that the body still has reserve power to solve the extra activities. Therefore, children need a lot of attention from their parents, especially about their physical fitness level so their growth can run optimally. Since physical fitness is very important for life, we should be able to develop childhood physical fitness program. The purpose of this research is to know the comparison of male students’ physical fitness level in the tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Ngadirojo who go to the school in the lowland area with male students in the tenth grade of X SMA Negeri 1 Tulakan who go to school in the highland area. Research method used is non-experimental research with descriptive qualitative approach. The population is male students in the tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Ngadirojo and SMA Negeri 1 Tulakan. The sampling in this research for all are 46 students. The result can be concluded that: 1) There are a significant differences, with level of significance 0,05 between male students’ physical fitness level in the tenth grade who go to school in the lowland area and who go to school in the highland area. These differences can be seen on the result of MFT test for male students who go to school in the lowland area have average score as 36,043; standard deviation as 4,9012; and variant score as 24,023. While the result of MFT test for male students who go to school in the highland area have average score as 42,143; standard deviation as 6,03; and variant score as 36,3616. Therefore, the result of Independent sample t-test is tcount (3,76) > ttable (2,021). In other words, we can say that there are significant differences between male students’ physical fitness level in the tenth grade who go to school in the lowland area and who go to school in the highland area. 2) From the result of t-test, students who go to school in the highland area are better than students who go to school in the lowland area with percentage as 8,54%. 3) From that data, students of SMA Negeri 1 Tulakan which belongs to highland area have bigger physical fitness than students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngadirojo which belongs to lowland area. Abstract

Abstract Physical education health sports have an important role in the formation of the whole person. The implementation of physical education in schools is a form of physical fitness coaching for children and adolescents. Physical fitness needed by a child is different from that required adult. To identify and assess the person's level of physical fitness can be implemented with physical fitness test, therefore, Physical Fitness Test Indonesia (TKJI) is very important in learning physical education health sports. Physical fitness is one of the purposes of the implementation of the education. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) differences in the level of physical fitness of students based on the pattern of transport to a different school studies in class VIII the state junior high school 3 Sampang; 2) how much difference in the level of physical fitness of students based on the pattern of transport to different schools in study class VIII the state junior high school 3 Sampang. Objectives of this study were students who bike, walk, and take public transportation on eighth grade students of the state junior high school 3 Sampang by the number of samples taken by 90 students, each student to and from school by biking, walking, and taking public transportation as many as 30. The method in this analysis using statistical methods and quantitative descriptive Anova test (One - Way ANOVA), while the data collection is done by using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). The research concluded that: 1) Physical fitness of students to and from school by walking an average value of 12.70. For students with work for entire world cycling has an average of 15.77. While students with public transit has an average value of 13.30. 2) The results of the analysis one-way ANOVA test obtained: tcount (6008)> Table (1664). In other words that there is a significant difference in students' physical fitness levels based on the pattern of different transport to school studies in class VIII the state junior high school 3 Sampang. Abstract

Abstract Under pass is a such a difficult matery for junior high school especially for 7th graders. Many students are lack of this capability both in the game and in the practice. It needs an accurate learning process which is appropriate with student’s characteristics to apply under pass capability perfectly. One of the learning model which can be used is TGT type. This learning model focuses on team working aspect, where the students are divided on some small groups which are chosen randomly based on gender and skill. In this case, students are asked to work on the small groups to study material given through playing volleyball game on each group. The achievement is defined by all members, so it involves all students in the learning activity. The study aims to know: 1) the influence of giving TGT type cooperative learning model towards the student’s achievement of under pass volleyball learning. 2) the improving of student’s achievement of under pass volleyball. The subject of this study is the 7th graders. There are 35 students are taken as the samples. The research methodology is an abstract experimental research, with one group pre-test post-test design. The statistic method is descriptive and comparative quantitative statistic analize. The data is taken from under pass test. The under pass test used brumbach forearm pass wall-volley test. The conclusion of this study is: 1) there is a significant influence of giving  cooperative learning model TGT type towards the student’s achievement of under pass volleyball on 7th graders of State Junior High School 1 Yosowilangun Lumajang. The result is Wilcoxon test. Those are Zcount 5,159 > Ztabel 1,96 and Asymp Sig = 0,000 < 0,05.. 2) the giving of  cooperative learning model TGT type towards the student’s achievement of under pass volleyball on 7th graders of State Junior High School 1 Yosowilangun Lumajang gives the improvement of student’s achievement of under pass. Abstract

Abstract Physical education becomes an important part in education. Thus, the physical educational should be held in order to achieve that goal. The goal of physical education is not only to develop the physical aspect but also to develop the aspects of health, physical fitness, critical thinking skill, emotional stabilization, social competent, logical thinking and moral through the various activities of physicsand exercise. As one of the lessons in school which has its own aims not only to develop the physical skill but also to monitor the development of the students’ character. The aim of this observation are to know the different interest in joining the lesson of physical education among the students of all the SMAN, SMKN and MAN in Sampang sub district and to know which one is better among them. The object of this observation is the students of all SMAN, SMKN and MAN in Sampang sub district. The method which is used in this observation is descriptive quantitative (non-experimental). The instrument of this observation is using inquiry. The data analysis that is used is Anova. According to the data accounting usingAnova, it can be found that the alpha score is 0,130 so if it is compared with alpha 0,05 (0,130 > 0,05) the result is Ho accepted and Ha refused. It shows that there is no significant difference of the motivation in joining the lesson of physical education among the students of SMAN, SMKN and MAN. The more analysis also shows that the best average score is those who are the students of SMAN 105,13 , the second one is SMKN 103,7 and the last one is MAN 100,29. Abstract

Abstract Learning Sport and Physical Health Education will not go hand in hand if there’s lack of a balanced interaction between teachers and students. Just like as learning volleyball, will not run smoothly if students do not perform tasks given by the teacher with a passion. That's because the monotone learning method. To give the injection of spirit a teacher should be able to make learning interesting and not monotonous, because the monotony of learning will make students  bored and lazy to interact so that learning objectives may not be delivered. One method is to enable students to be motivated is to modify the volleyball game, as well as good facilities and infrastructure used in the lesson. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of modified volleyball game to student motivation in learning procees sport and physical health education in eighth grade SMP Negeri 2 Sukorejo, Ponorogo, and how much influence. This research is descriptive quantitative experimental approach. The subjects in this study amounted to 56 students, consisting of 28 students of class VIIIA as the experimental group and 28 students of class VIIIC as a control group. Sampling technique using random cluster sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire motivation of students. for data analysis using the t test (independent). Based on the calculation can be concluded that there is a significant effect of modificatied volleyball game to students motivation in learning procees sport and physical health education  in eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Sukorejo, Ponorogo as evidenced from the results tcount 2.431 > ttable 2,021 with significance level 0,05. Abstract

Abstract Physical Education is one of Education form to use the exercising activity as a facility and an education aim. By the physical educSation, the student can be coached to physical activity belonging to sport skills, one of physical activities is a learning of volley ball low passing match.That's why, it is necessary about the increasing of physical education learning at school, so there is necessary that the implementation about learning method which is able to solve that problem. Based on the problem, the writer classified statement of the problems what the increasing of under pass  result study in match that is done with using cooperative learning method through mini volley ball match in physical education subject at 7th grade "D" SMPN 2 Kandangan – Kediri. This research aims to know how big of the increasing in low - passing learning with using the cooperative learning method by mini volley ball match in physical education subject at 7th grade "D" student SMPN 2 Kandangan – Kediri. This research uses PTK method, where the research is divided into two ways, they are 1) First Study and 2) The development consists of two sub ways. Every sub way consists of four steps that are a planning, an action, an observation and a reflection. The research result shows the increasing in every sub way learning where the recapitulation is proofed with there are a cognitive, an attitude and a phsycomotoric to the student on the first study's about 65,06 with five students finishing it with 14% of 36 students totally. The first sub way happens to the increasing is back to become 72,50 by the students finishing it with 42% of 36 students totally.And on the second sub way has increased back to become 79,00 or happening of the increasing's about 6,50 from the first sub way is by the student finishing it with 27 students or 78% of 36 students who are 7th grade "D" SMPN 2 Kandangan Kediri. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of cooperative learning through Mini Volley Ball match can increase the result of under pass by students of 7th grade "D" at SMPN 2 Kandangan – Kediri. Abstract

Abstract Learning is a change in behavior due to experience of having experienced living beings, an educator must be able to turn the atmosphere so that the learning activities effective and fun. One way to liven up the atmosphere that is the provision of reward and punishment to the appreciation is expected students more active in participating in learning activities. The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of whether the provision of reward and punishment can increase motivation students' at class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baureno, increased motivation to learn at class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baureno given to physical education. In this study using a purposive sample, purposive sample is done by taking the subject is not based on the strata, or a random area but based on the existence of a particular purpose. In this research uses type of research experiments, research experimentation is an research with doing activities of experiments who aims know the symptoms or influence that arise as the existence of such experiments are. The population was overall eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Baureno with data retrieval by using a questionnaire to collect data. Based on the results of the study the percentage increase in the experimental group was 3.576% and in the control group was 2.690% difference between the post-test experimental group and a control group of 0.83 larger experimental group. From all the results and the value appears, it concluded there was no significant effect of the effect of reward and punishment to the increased motivation for learning physical education 1,054 t <t table 2.010.  Keywords: motivation, physical education, reward and punishment.
