El-Khidmat; Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat akan diterbitkan setiap enam bulan. Setiap penulis yang tertarik dapat mengirimkan naskah mengikuti pedoman pengiriman. Harap baca panduan ini dengan cermat. Penulis yang ingin mengirimkan naskahnya ke redaksi Jurnal El-Khidmat; Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat harus mematuhi pedoman penulisan. Abstract

Some of the problems we found are, learning media only in the form of textbooks, all forms of Arabic language learning use the same media, while one media is not necessarily suitable for training Arabic language skills with different varieties, have not been able to develop learning media due to the busyness of each teacher, lack of understanding and knowing how to make media in accordance with learning objectives, needs and circumstances of students, and lack of funds to develop learning media. The purpose of this activity is to provide an introduction to teachers about Arabic learning media and its types, help teachers create and develop Arabic learning media, and help teachers apply learning media in learning activities.  The implementation method in this activity is a group-based method and mentoring. Mentoring activities in Arabic Learning Media Development in Partner Schools are running smoothly. This activity takes place in each partner school in turn. This activity is needed by Arabic language teachers to support the Arabic language learning process.

Abstract

Kedelai merupakan komoditas strategis dalam sistem pangan nasional, namun produktivitasnya di lahan kering masih rendah akibat keterbatasan kesuburan tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh tunggal dan gabungan pupuk organik cair (POC) dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan kering pada April–Juli 2024 menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial dengan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas tiga konsentrasi POC (0, 25, dan 50 mL L⁻¹) serta tiga dosis NPK (0, 150, dan 300 kg ha⁻¹). Variabel yang diamati meliputi karakter pertumbuhan vegetatif, jumlah bintil akar efektif, serta komponen hasil berupa karakteristik polong dan biomassa biji. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam yang dilanjutkan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat interaksi nyata antara POC dan NPK pada seluruh variabel pengamatan. Pemberian NPK 150 kg ha⁻¹ merupakan dosis optimal dalam meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah bintil akar efektif, dan bobot biji kering per tanaman. Sebaliknya, POC berbahan C. glomerata belum memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai.

Abstract

Anak yatim sering menghadapi tantangan besar dalam kehidupan mereka, terutama dalam aspek emosional, sosial, dan pendidikan. Kehilangan orang tua dapat mengganggu perkembangan fisik, mental, dan intelektual mereka. Dalam Islam, anak yatim mendapat perhatian khusus dan kedudukan mulia, sehingga pendidikan Islam menjadi penting untuk memberi mereka kesempatan yang setara untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan pengetahuan agama, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan akhlak yang baik. Pendekatan pendidikan yang holistik, me ncakup aspek spiritual, moral, sosial, dan intelektual, diperlukan agar anak yatim dapat memperoleh bekal yang cukup untuk menghadapi tantangan hidup. Pengabdian dalam pendidikan Islam kepada anak yatim bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan mereka pada nilai-nilai Islam yang mengedepankan kasih sayang, kejujuran, dan rasa tanggung jawab. Melalui pengajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, pembinaan akhlak, pelatihan keterampilan hidup, serta penguatan pendidikan akademik, anak yatim dapat diberdayakan untuk menjadi pribadi yang mandiri dan berkarakter. Meskipun banyak tantangan, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan sumber daya, pengabdian ini menunjukkan dampak positif yang besar, termasuk peningkatan pengetahuan agama, karakter, dan keterampilan hidup anak-anak yatim. Dengan perhatian dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, diharapkan mereka dapat tumbuh menjadi generasi yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan negara.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate and measure the impact of implementing the Baitul Arqom program on the understanding, application, and internalization of the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan among teachers of TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal in Mataram City. The program utilized andragogical methods to strengthen these values, involving 49 teachers from the Ikatan Guru Bustanul Athfal (IGABA) Kota Mataram, guided by Master of Training, Mardiyah Hayati, M.Pd.I, and three other competent instructors. The implementation comprised preparation of materials and instructors, opening and introduction, instructional sessions by the instructors, group discussions, case studies and role plays, and reflection sessions. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews, and each participant was required to develop a follow-up plan to implement the learned values in their respective schools. Results indicated a significant improvement in understanding the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan, enhanced applicative skills in teaching, as well as increased commitment and integrity among participants. The positive impact of the program was evident in participants' ability to design and implement Islamic values-based learning activities, and their commitment to internalize these values in their daily tasks. However, challenges remain in ensuring the long-term implementation of these values, requiring continuous support and monitoring from IGABA and MPK PDA Kota Mataram. The success of the Baitul Arqom program in Mataram City demonstrates its potential for adaptation and implementation in other regions with adjustments to local needs. The program not only improved the quality of education in TK 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal schools but also strengthened teachers' commitment to educating the younger generation with strong Islamic values. Overall, the program successfully achieved its goals and made a significant contribution to enhancing the quality of Islamic education in Mataram City.

Abstract

Penguatan nilai Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dalam program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) menjadi kebutuhan penting di tengah tantangan globalisasi pendidikan yang semakin kompleks. Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai ideologis dalam pembelajaran masih belum optimal, sehingga diperlukan upaya pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih kontekstual dan aplikatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Mata Kuliah Elektif Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan serta meningkatkan kapasitas dosen dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis nilai. Metode yang digunakan berupa workshop dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang dilaksanakan pada 09 Mei 2026 di Golden Palace Hotel Lombok dengan melibatkan 35 dosen AIK dan FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Kegiatan berlangsung melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi pembelajaran, serta praktik penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, angket, serta penilaian produk berupa draft kurikulum. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dosen dengan capaian keberhasilan minimal 75%. Peserta mampu menyusun rancangan mata kuliah yang terintegrasi nilai AIK secara sistematis. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam penguatan kurikulum PPG yang berorientasi pada pembentukan guru profesional dan berkarakter.Strengthening the values of Islam and Muhammadiyah in the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program is a critical need amid the increasingly complex challenges of educational globalization. Conditions on the ground indicate that the integration of ideological values into learning is still suboptimal, necessitating efforts to develop a more contextual and practical curriculum. This community service activity aims to develop the elective course on Islam and Muhammadiyah values and to enhance faculty members’ capacity in designing values-based instruction. The method employed was a workshop using a participatory approach, held on May 9, 2026, at the Golden Palace Hotel in Lombok, involving 35 faculty members from the Faculty of Islamic Studies (AIK) and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram. The activity consisted of interactive lectures, group discussions, teaching simulations, and hands-on practice in drafting Semester Lesson Plans. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, observations, questionnaires, and an assessment of the curriculum draft. The results showed an increase in lecturers’ understanding and skills, with a minimum success rate of 75%. Participants were able to systematically develop course designs that integrate AIK values. This activity made a tangible contribution to strengthening the PPG curriculum, which is oriented toward developing professional teachers with strong character.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to address key issues faced by a group of coffee farmers in Kamno Sari Village, Jagebob District, Merauke Regency. The challenges include: (1) the absence of a formal institutional organization for coffee farmers (GAPOKTAN), (2) simultaneous harvesting of unripe (green) and ripe (red) coffee cherries, (3) suboptimal coffee bean drying processes, and (4) lack of understanding in direct coffee bean sales to café or coffee shop owners. The program fosters GAPOKTAN's independence in improving harvest productivity and direct sales by providing institutional knowledge, enabling members to develop assistance proposals for relevant agencies. The service team introduced financial management and marketing processes through transaction record-keeping and digital marketing. Activities were implemented in three stages: (1) institutional strengthening assistance for coffee farmers, (2) assistance in coffee cherry harvesting and post-harvest handling, and (3) technology transfer for coffee bean drying using metal drying tables. Seventeen participants took part in the program. A satisfaction survey showed 45% were very satisfied and 35% satisfied. All activities were successfully implemented and provided valuable knowledge for the Kamno Sari community.

Abstract

In Dawuhan village, Grujugan District, Kab. Bondowoso has a number of wood charcoal Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), but the production equipment is still simple. The sizes of charcoal produced by MSME partners are usually classified into three A, B and C. Type C wood charcoal is usually thrown away. Currently there are efforts from partners to change the production of class B and C charcoal into charcoal briquettes. However, briquette printing is still done manually, so problems arise due to limited energy and time. The focus of this service is to overcome the limitations of knowledge and technology experienced by a partner named Bpk. Sahawi with methods of providing guidance and counseling as well as providing a charcoal briquette printing machine. There were 20 people involved and evaluations were carried out directly or indirectly. The results of service activities show an increase in human resources for wood charcoal craftsmen through counseling and training by 80%.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to provide understanding and knowledge about Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan to semester 2 students in the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah. The methods used are lectures (coaching), training, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and mentoring to participants. A grant of one million rupiah in the form of coaching and providing reference books on Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah. The goal is that the coaching can be used as a provision for da'wah. Indicators of success in the short term can be seen from the activeness of the management of Islamic economic associations in FGD activities and asking questions about the technical implementation of Sharia-based financial services to the service team. Indicators of long-term success will be measurable in the next few years in line with the activities of the development and existence of Muhammadiyah

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the most common non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and a leading cause of death due to cardiovascular disorders. In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension remains high, reaching 34.1% among adults aged ≥18 years (Riskesdas, 2018). This condition highlights the need for promotive and preventive efforts through non-pharmacological approaches, one of which is hypertension exercise. This community service activity aimed to improve public knowledge, skills, and motivation in preventing and controlling hypertension through health education and hypertension exercise practice. The activity was carried out on September 28, 2025, at Pasum RT 40 Stage 3, Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, involving 30 participants consisting of housewives, the elderly, health cadres, and the general public. The implementation consisted of three stages: preparation, execution, and evaluation. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of hypertension, its risk factors, and the health benefits of hypertension exercise. Participants were able to perform the movements correctly and expressed commitment to practicing them regularly. The activity also fostered enthusiasm and collective awareness toward healthy living. This program demonstrates that health education combined with practical exercise is an effective strategy to enhance community awareness and encourage healthy lifestyles to prevent hypertension complications.

Abstract

MTS Sa'adatul Ikhwan NW Rensing is one of the oldest/first private schools in Rensing Village, West Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, where the majority of students are Lomboknese, to make efforts to prevent bullying in the school environment, the PLP 2 INTEGRATED KKN-DIK team, Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram carries out outreach by focusing on providing literacy about bullying. The method used is socialization and joint mentoring to make efforts to prevent bullying in the Mts school environment. Sa'adatul Ikhwan NW Rensing. The result of this activity was that we received a positive response from the teachers of Mts Sa'adatul Ikhwan NW Rensing and the students were very enthusiastic about the outreach activities that we carried out. This can be seen from the efforts to prevent bullying through the JAVA (Safe, Comfortable and Fun) school program. In this activity, the PLP 2 INTEGRATED KKN-DIK team agreed to make efforts to prevent bullying through the YANGAMAN (Safe, Safe, and Fun) school program. Comfortable, and fun) for Mts Sa'adatul Ikhwan NW Rensing students as an effort to reduce bullying prevention measures in the MTS Sa’adatul Ikhwan NW Rensing school environment.
