Abstract

The one of four language skills that must be mastered by learners is reading. Reading is a process that undertaken reader to obtain information (tarigan;2008). Reading is an activity to understand something meaningful and interrelated with the aim to build a sense of other concepts that already exist in the literature (Ehrlers;1992). A teacher need to implement a variety of methods appropriate, fun and can help learners to improve reading comprehension skills, especially in the German languange. One of many methode that can be applied is a Everyone is teacher here method. The problem of this research is how the learning outcomes of reading skill of the German language learners in second semester grade X mipa 1 Driyorejo 1 Senior High School using Everyone is teacher here method. This study aims to identify and describe the learning outcomes of reading skill German high school student of class X of SMAN 1 Driyorejo the second half through the implementation methods everyone is teacher here. this research is a field whose data comes from the students of class X of Science 1 SMAN 1 Driyorejo. Data of this research is the study of students seen from the test about their reading skills German. The instrument of this research is a test instrument in the form of matter taken from the book Kontakte nontes Deustch and instruments in the form of systematic observation sheet in the form of checklists. The study was conducted during 4 meetings, application of the method performed at the second meeting until the fourth meeting. Results obtained data adjusted to the minimum completeness criteria German and analyzed based on the theory of reading skills criteria b Bolton, then be deduced. The result showed that the Everyone is teacher here method can be used as an alternative method of learning the German language reading skills. It is seen from the increase in reading skills learning outcomes German language learners school class X SMAN 1 Driyorejo using Everyone is teacher here method. Abstract

Speaking is a process of delivering information or ideas from a speaker to a listeners. In the process of speaking, the speaker is a communicator and the listener is a communicant. Many facts show not all students are brave and willing to speak in front of the class, Because students are not skilled yet to speak due to lack of practice and the conventional learning implementation, which the teacher presents the material with a lecture and the students solve the given problem. This kind of learning models make them feel bored and unmotivated to learn speaking German in class. The problem formulation in this research is : How is the effect of IGA (Information Gap Activities) implementation towards student’s learning outcomes in Germany speaking skill of class XI IPS-2 SMA Negeri 3 Kediri? This aim of this research is to describe the results of the effect of IGA (Information Gap Activities) implementation towards student’s learning outcomes in Germany speaking skill of class XI IPS-2 SMA Negeri 3 Kediri. The object of this research were 29 students of SMA Negeri 3 Kediri class XI IPS-2. This type of research is qualitative described descriptively. This research uses observation sheet to know the IGA (Information Gap Activities) technique for german speaking skill that has been made before data retrieval. They are : 1)      Devide students in pairs, 2)      Every pairs chose secreat picture randomly, 3)      Every pairs must dig up information about images obtained by asking questions or dialogue.   The results of the research IGA (Information Gap Activities) technique implementation that has been done is students can more German speaking better. This result shows  suitable from the score of German speaking which has made. Other that, suitable for train german speaking skills more effective and it is more fun in learning Germany language. Abstract

In German learning, especially speaking skiils, needs media that can help teachers and student improve their language skills. Taboo game is a game that demanding students or players to guess the word and formulate a sentence based upon words which was guessed/found. Statement of the problem of this research is how  the application of taboo game media in german language speaking skills of class X language program students  of SMAN 1 Driyorejo. The study aimed to describe the process of taboo game applications in speaking skills of class X language program students  of SMAN 1 Driyorejo . This is a  descriptive qualitative study. The data collected using research instrument. The instruments used in this research is observation form and students response questionnaire. The observation form used to asses student activity, and questionnaire used for asses student response after taboo game applied. The result of this study shows taboo game have positive response from students. This media motivated students to speak German. Observation form that have been used in this research indicated positive behavioral change in each meeting. Taboo Game can be applied in German language speaking skills. Abstract

Listening comprehension is a skill that must be mastered because it will be a means in the communication process to get oral information. When listening to German at school, listening comprehension has some obstacles. These include the selection of the appropriate teaching materials to help the pupils to reach the competence and determine the problem with the source of teaching material. But together with the development of information and communication technology the Internet will be the source of the teaching material that can be applied. Some German websites appear. And they offer teaching materials that can help the pupils learn German. Of many types of websites www.schubert-verlag.de is a website which will be a source to get the teaching materials. This website provides free teaching materials and exercises. The teaching materials and exercises are published from the books of Schubert Verlag. The problem with this study is "Whether the teaching materials available on the website www.schubert-verlag.de can be used in the XII class". This work is a descriptive qualitative study. The method of investigation is qualitative method. The result of this work is the teaching materials, which are from the website www.schubert-verlag.de, can be used in the German language. It is convinced with the correspondence of topics between the website and curriculum 2013. And there is also a consistency in the vocabulary and grammar.   Keywords: website, teaching material, listening lessons.

Abstract

Listening ist one of the language skills that have an important role to play with other language skills. But in fact, teaching listening skills is less liked by students because it is considered boring. The implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray method was chosen as one of the innovation to help students in learning and listen to the German language. This method in its implementation requires students to listen to the information that they obtained. As for the formulation of problem in this research is “How to apply  learning method Two Stay Two Stray for listening skill of German language to student of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Sidoarjo” with theme of Family (die Familie). The goal that writer wanted to achieve in this research is to describe the learning process of students in learning using method of Two Stay Two Stray especially in listening skill of German language in grade XI IPS SMAN 2 Sidoarjo with theme of Family (die Familie). In this qualitative work, writer is using a descriptive research. Data in this study were obtained from research instruments. Instrument in this research is observation sheet of student activity. Observation sheet used to observe the student activity during the learning process. This study was conducted in four meetings. The data which obtained were analyzed by using qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that student activity in learning German language listening skills improved after the implementation of Two Stay Two Stray learning method. From the above information can be conclude this method can be an innovation so that students are more active in learning. Keyword: Learning Method, Two Stay Two Stray, listening skills

Abstract

In learning a foreign language, the skills of reading is a skill that must be mastered by students. Learner is expected to understand the different types of readings and a series of text that they meet. One of the means of learning German is a textbook. The textbook plays a great role for teachers as well as for learners. For this reason, an analysis is needed in the German language book, namely Pluspunkt Deutsch. In this textbook there are many exercises that increase the learning process. According to Hans – Jürgen Krumm (in Kast and Neuner), exercise is an aspect that can be analyzed by the textbook. The title of this research is "The collection of the tasks of the textbook Pluspunkt Deutsch as additional exercises of the German reading skills for SMA class XI second semesters".                  The problem of this research is "conformity the exercises in Pluspunkt Deutsch with the subject, curriculum contents in 2013 (revised), vocabulary, as well as the form and purpose of the reading skills, which can be applied to class IX second semesters as additional exercises German reading skills". This research uses the revised 2013 curriculum as a reference, which develops the indicators, the theory of the exercise type of Albers and Bolton as well as the purpose of Bolton. These aspects work for the analysis of the reading exercises in research data.                 The results show that there are 3 lessons with the theme of Alltagsleben, with 11 reading exercises. After analyzing compliance with aspects such as topic, curriculum contents, vocabulary, reading exercise type, and purpose of reading, these research results will yield 9 exercises for reading skills. While 2 other exercises do not meet the aspects of the topic of learning. Keywords: Textbook, additional exercises, reading skills
