Abstract

Wind Power Plants (PLTB) are one of the renewable energy sources that have great potential in supporting the global energy transition. However, energy optimization in the PLTB system faces various complex technical and operational challenges. This literature review analyzes the main challenges in PLTB energy optimization including wind speed variability, energy conversion efficiency, grid integration, and system maintenance. This study uses a systematic literature review method of 45 scientific publications from 2018-2024. The results of the analysis showed that the main challenges included: wind intermittency (78%), energy losses on conversion (65%), and system control complexity (52%). The identified solutions include the implementation of AI/ML-based intelligent control algorithms, integrated energy storage systems, turbine blade design optimization, and IoT-based predictive maintenance. This study concludes that a holistic approach that integrates digital technology, advanced materials, and adaptive control systems can increase the efficiency of PLTB by up to 15-25%. These findings make a significant contribution to the development of a more effective and sustainable PLTB energy optimization strategy

Abstract

Effective medication management is a crucial factor in maintaining stock availability and improving the quality of healthcare services. The PMCI Outpatient Clinic at the Darul Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren Darul Muttaqien) still faces challenges in utilizing historical drug distribution data, potentially leading to stock imbalances. This study aims to analyze drug distribution patterns using Association Rule Mining techniques with the Equivalence Class Transformation (ECLAT) algorithm. The research method employed an exploratory quantitative approach based on one year's worth of drug distribution data. The research stages included data collection and preprocessing, item set formation, application of the ECLAT algorithm, and association pattern analysis based on support and confidence values. The results show that the ECLAT algorithm is capable of identifying drug combinations that are frequently administered simultaneously and exhibit significant relationships. These association patterns can be utilized to support decisions related to stock planning, drug demand prediction, and inventory management optimization in the clinic. These findings provide significant value for improving operational efficiency and helping prevent the risk of drug shortages or overstocks.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based Inventory Information System at PT Purnama Liana Nugraha to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in inventory management. The current system is still manual, resulting in frequent errors in stock recording, delays in reporting, and difficulties in monitoring inventory availability in real time. These issues can impact the company's operational performance and lead to inaccurate decision-making. Therefore, a computerized system capable of addressing these issues is needed. The research method used is a system development method with a waterfall model approach, encompassing the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain accurate information regarding system requirements and ongoing business processes. This system was developed web-based so it can be easily accessed anytime and anywhere as long as there is an internet connection. A web-based application was created using PHP and a MySQL database to automatically present reports to management, thereby improving employee performance at PT Purnama Liana Nugraha

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a Fixed Asset Accounting Information System using the straight-line depreciation method at SDN Sudirman Ambarawa. The problem faced by the school was that the inventory and fixed asset depreciation processes were still carried out manually, resulting in recording errors, data inconsistencies, and delays in report preparation. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with six development stages, starting from needs analysis to system testing. The system was designed using Unified Modelling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), then implemented as an inventory and fixed asset depreciation management application. The results showed that the developed system was able to assist the process of asset data input, inventory management, fixed asset depreciation calculation using the straight-line method, and report generation more quickly, accurately, and systematically. In addition, the system also supports data security through user access control and database backup features. Therefore, the developed system can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of fixed asset management at SDN Sudirman Ambarawa.

Abstract

The increasing global demand for energy has encouraged research on renewable energy sources, including atmospheric electricity generated by lightning. This study aims to analyze the development of scientific publications related to the potential utilization of lightning as a renewable energy source using a bibliometric approach based on Scopus-indexed publications from 2016–2025. Data were collected using the TITLE-ABS-KEY search method and analyzed using Bibliometrix and Biblioshiny in RStudio. A total of 1,519 publications met the inclusion criteria and were evaluated through publication trend analysis, co-occurrence keyword analysis, thematic mapping, and global collaboration analysis. The results indicate that research on lightning energy has experienced a fluctuating but generally increasing trend, particularly in studies related to energy harvesting, atmospheric electricity, and high-voltage energy storage systems. China, the United States, and India were identified as the most productive and collaborative countries in this research domain. Thematic analysis revealed that lightning protection and atmospheric phenomena remain dominant themes, while energy utilization and optimization are still emerging research topics. This study provides a comprehensive overview of global research trends and highlights future opportunities for multidisciplinary development in atmospheric energy utilization.

Abstract

.Advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision (CV) have driven the development of Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), one of which is Facial Emotion Recognition (FER). However, most FER systems still rely on cloud computing, which poses privacy risks and requires an internet connection. This study focuses on developing an FER system that operates offline on Android devices with high performance and efficient resource usage. The proposed method employs a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) using two models, a custom CNN and MobileNetV2 based on transfer learning. The FER-2013 dataset was used with three emotion classes: happy, sad, and neutral. Training was conducted using TensorFlow 2.x with the Adam optimizer, a batch size of 32, and 50 epochs. The trained models were then converted into TensorFlow Lite format with INT8 quantization optimization. The MobileNetV2 model achieved an accuracy of 87.72%, with the model size reduced from 18.2 MB to 4.7 MB and inference time under 150 ms per frame. Overall, the combination of MobileNetV2 and TensorFlow Lite proved effective in building a mobile-based emotion recognition system that is fast, efficient, and privacy-preserving through on-device processing. This research can serve as a foundation for further development toward multi-emotion recognition systems and applications supporting mental well-being and adaptive learning in the future

Abstract

The goal of this project is to create a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) that uses the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) approach to choose the best teacher at SMK Khazanah Kebajikan. The lack of a systematic approach to objectively and methodically assess elementary school teachers' performance is the driving force for this study. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) strategy is used in the system development process, and data collection techniques include observations, interviews, and literature reviews. This approach was selected because it emphasizes quick prototyping and ongoing user participation, which makes it appropriate for medium-sized information system projects

Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged several economic sectors to adopt digital systems to improve operational effectiveness and service quality. Beauty salons are one industry that still handles customer bookings and data collection manually. Currently, Fatma Salon primarily uses WhatsApp and face-to-face interactions without a structured messaging format, which often results in incomplete appointment schedules and client data. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based salon information system with pre-filled messages and "click to chat" features, combined with a database and WhatsApp booking capabilities. System analysis, implementation, and testing are all part of the waterfall model process. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and a literature review. By integrating with WhatsApp, the developed system enables a more organized booking process and provides information on salon services, prices, and location. Based on this research, this method can improve customer service effectiveness, simplify the booking process, simplify customer data processing, and promote the salon online

Abstract

Three-phase electrical installations in educational workshop buildings require balanced load distribution to maintain reliability, efficiency, and operational safety. This study aims to evaluate the R-S-T load imbalance in the three-phase electrical installation of the Mechanical Engineering Workshop at SMKN 2 Tasikmalaya. The research used a descriptive quantitative method based on field observation, load data recording, power factor measurement, and analysis of the single-line diagram. The analyzed loads consisted of TL lamps, LED lamps, and socket outlets connected to 19 distribution lines. The results show that the active power distribution was 4,800 W on phase R, 4,640 W on phase S, and 4,340 W on phase T. The active power imbalance reached 5.52%, while the current imbalance reached 5.97%. The main issue was the unequal distribution of single-phase loads among the three phases. Moving Line 19 from phase R to phase T reduced the active power imbalance to 1.60% and the current imbalance to 1.01%. These findings imply that simple load redistribution can improve the technical condition of low-voltage three-phase installations.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in education provides various benefits for students in obtaining information, completing assignments, and improving learning effectiveness. AI enables students to access learning materials more quickly, practically, and efficiently, leading to its increasing use in higher education. This study aims to analyze the influence of AI use on learning effectiveness and students' level of technology dependence. Limited studies have examined the impact of AI on both learning effectiveness and technology dependence simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to students and was supported by a literature review of related journals. The collected data were analyzed using statistical techniques to identify relationships among variables. The results indicate that AI has a positive effect on learning effectiveness, particularly in improving the speed of information acquisition, understanding of learning materials, and efficiency in completing assignments. However, intensive AI use may also increase students' dependence on technology in the learning process. Therefore, AI should be used wisely and appropriately to support students' critical thinking skills and independent learning.
