This research aims to analyze the Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) program in the form of teacher competency assessment through self-evaluation. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method, namely data collected in the form of words and pictures. The procedure was carried out through interviews with Islamic Education (PAI) teachers as informants who provided basic data. The first stage is carried out; the teacher fills in the identity of self and school data on the instruments that have been provided, the teacher fills in the core competency items and finally reports for evaluation. The supporting factor in the running of the PKG is the existence of good coordination between stakeholders. But it also has obstacles such as the saturation of respondents (teachers) in slicing too many core competency indicators. Solutions are provided to minimize the above obstacles by providing assistance, approach and motivation to teachers when filling out instruments. PKG through Self-Evaluation (EVADIR) can make it easier to identify the weaknesses and strengths of a teacher, improve teacher performance and other benefits that can be felt by all school members.

The rapid development of technology that has penetrated the world of education requires educators to adapt to follow it. Adaptation can be done by creating technology-based teaching materials. One application that can be used to develop android-based modules is mit app inventor. In chemistry learning, android-based learning modules are very helpful in understanding abstract material. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing an android-based chemistry learning module on macromolecule material developed using mit app inventor in the preliminary stage. The research method used is R&D with the Plomp model. The data collected were obtained from observations and interviews. The results of the study showed that android-based chemistry learning modules on macromolecule material are very much needed by students to make it easier to understand chemical material.

The goal of this research is to assess how personal dedication and group dynamics impact the job performance of employees at Warkop Agam. A quantitative method was employed, utilizing an explanatory research framework and encompassing all staff members of Warkop Agam as participants (n=31). Information was gathered through structured surveys and examined through multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 26.0 software. The findings indicated that an individual's dedication has a favorable and noteworthy impact on the productivity of employees, evidenced by a regression coefficient of 0.371. Additionally, the collaboration within the team plays a key role in improving employee performance, as shown by the regression coefficient of 0.210. The combined impact of the two independent variables on employee performance was substantial, with an R² value of 75.1%, suggesting that these variables account for a large portion of the variance in employee performance. This study confirms the important role of individual commitment and team factors in improving employee performance. Therefore, organizations are advised to develop programs that support the improvement of individual commitment, such as training and incentives, and create a work culture that supports effective teamwork.

This research explores the importance of implementing Pancasila values in shaping student character. Indonesia is facing a moral crisis in the educational environment, such as violence between students, injustice, and loss of respect for teachers and parents. The research used a qualitative approach with a literature study method to analyze related theories and data. It was found that Pancasila-based character education is effective in instilling morals and national values. Teachers play an important role as role models in shaping students' morals. Pancasila value-based education needs to be implemented from an early age through various formal and informal programs, supported by technological innovation and preservation of local wisdom. With systematic and integrated education, the next generation can have strong integrity, tolerance and social responsibility. This research implies the importance of integrating Pancasila values in a character-based curriculum by utilizing technology and local wisdom. Collaboration is necessary between family, school, and government to raise a generation that can tackle global challenges with tolerance, inclusivity, and resilience.

This study examines the implementation of the demonstration method and the use of jobsheets in enhancing student comprehension in the subject of Informatics at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was employed, using data collected from questionnaires and task completion analysis. The results indicate that most students found jobsheets and teacher-led demonstrations helpful in understanding the learning topics. Furthermore, the task completion results show that all students achieved scores above the established Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM). However, a few students were close to the KKM threshold, indicating a need for additional guidance. Overall, the combination of jobsheets and demonstrations proved to be an effective approach for improving student comprehension and accommodating diverse learning styles. Hence, more focus should be given to students who are close to meeting the minimum competency requirements by offering extra support to help them fully understand. In addition, a variety of teaching methods that are more interactive and in accordance with student needs can further improve learning outcomes.

SMKN 2 Pengasih is a Vocational High School that has an Industrial Electronics Engineering expertise program, one of the subjects taught in this expertise program is the application of electronic circuits. In its implementation, there are various obstacles in learning the application of electronic circuits, especially the lack of learning with software simulations related to the basics of electronic circuits. Proteus 8.12 software is one of the software that can be used as a learning medium to improve basic understanding in students related to the application of electronic circuits in various circuit applications. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to review the feasibility and improvement of learning the application of electronic circuits through proteus 8.12 software simulations using questionnaires distributed to students. The results obtained in this study were that 33 students experienced an increase in understanding of electronic circuits through the proteus 8.12 simulation with an average increase value of 3.35 out of 4.0 maximum points. This indicates that the application of proteus software can be optimal in supporting learning the application of electronic circuits held at SMKN2 Pengasih.

The objective of this study is to examine how the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approach, combined with visual mapping techniques, impacts the academic performance of students studying employment material in class XI at SMAN 1 Pasuruan. Through a quantitative method and linear regression analysis, the research findings reveal that this teaching model has a notable and beneficial impact on student learning outcomes, accounting for 29.3% of the variation observed. Although effective, challenges were encountered such as non-normal residual distribution and heteroscedasticity. In conclusion, the PBL-visual mapping model proves to be a valuable tool for enhancing students' understanding of complex labor-related material, fostering critical thinking, and improving academic performance. Nonetheless, the study highlights the importance of addressing methodological limitations and exploring additional variables to further optimize the model's effectiveness. Future research should focus on refining the analytical approach and integrating complementary teaching strategies to maximize the potential of this innovative learning model.
