Abstract

The Simalungun Regency Transportation Service is one of the agencies within the Simalungun Regency government. This research aims to see the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Simalungun Regency Transportation Service. The theory used in this research is human resource management theory which is related to the work environment, motivation and performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research this is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 30 people. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews, distributing a list of questions and documentation studies. The results of the research on the first hypothesis show that the work environment does not have a positive influence, but motivation has a positive influence on employee performance at the Simalungun Regency Transportation Service.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of main duties and functions (TUPOKSI) on the work effectiveness of employees at the Siborongborong Superior Livestock and Forage Animal Breeding Center. The sample in this research is all 76 employees at the Sibarongborong BPTU-HTP Office. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. To calculate the closeness of the relationship between variables using a simple correlation coefficient, the results show that TUPOKSI (X) on Work Effectiveness (Y) is 0.743 in the strong category. The Determination Coefficient obtained was 0.552% or 55.20%. This shows that the influence of TUPOKSI (X) on Work Effectiveness (Y) at the BPTU-HTP Siborongborong Office is 55.20% and the remaining 44.80% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research. From the calculation results, through simple linear regression calculations the line equation is Y = 6.734 + 0.581 Hypothesis testing results tcount 9,552 > ttable 2,000, this means that the TUPOKSI (X) variable has a positive and significant influence on Work Effectiveness at the BPTU-HTP Siborongborong Office, so the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The problem in imi's research is that students' learning outcomes have not been completed classically in the science subject matter of light and its properties in class V of SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I for the 2017/2018 academic year. This is because the implementation of learning is still teacher-centered. This research aims to find out whether students' science learning outcomes using the Number Head Together model are better than using the Make A Match model in science subjects regarding light and its properties. This type of research is experimental research. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani L. The population of this research were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I, totaling 40 students and divided into two parallel classes. The data collection tools used were tests and the data analysis used was the normality test, homogeneity test. , the hypothesis test used was the difference test between two means (test 7). From the results of data analysis, student learning outcomes were obtained in science subjects, light material and its properties after using the Number Head Together type cooperative learning model in class V of SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I Academic Year 2017 /2018 obtained an average score of 86.93 and student learning outcomes using the Make A Match learning model obtained an average score of 167.93. So it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in the science subject light and its properties taught using the Number Head Together type cooperative learning model are better than those taught using the Make A Match learning model in class V of SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I for the 2017/2018 academic year.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that student learning outcomes are not optimal. One of the factors causing this is that the learning model used is still not varied enough and is not in accordance with the learning materials. The aim of this research is to determine student learning outcomes and the effect of using the Snowball Throwing learning model on fifth grade students' mathematics learning outcomes. The material is changing ordinary fractions to percent and vice versa. 2017/2018 Academic Year. This type of research is quasi-experimental. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 091585 AFD III Dolok Simumbah. The population of this research was all class V students at SD Negeri 091585 AFD III Dolok Sinumbah, totaling 40 students and the research sample was divided into two parallel classes. The data collection tool used is a test and the data analysis used is the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using an independent test between two factors. From the results of data analysis, it was found that student learning outcomes in the mathematics subject matter of changing ordinary fractions to percent and vice versa, after using the Snowball Throwing learning model in class V of SD Negeri 091585 AFD III Dolok Sinumbah for the 2017/2018 academic year, an average score of 86 was obtained. .31 and student learning outcomes in Mathematics subject matter of changing ordinary fractions to percent form and vice versa. After using Conventional Learning in class V of SD Negeri 091585 AFD III Dolok Sinumbah for the 2017/2018 Academic Year, an average score of 78.00 was obtained. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of the Snowball Throwing learning model on Mathematics learning outcomes, the material for changing ordinary fractions to percent and vice versa in class V of SD Negen 091585 AFD III Dolok Sinumbah 2017/2018 Academic Year

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country, where the main source of livelihood for its people is in agriculture. The utilization of agricultural resources is the key in increasing agricultural productivity so that these limited resources must be allocated as efficiently as possible. Management that is not wise and refers to the future will result in a decrease in the quality of the resource itself which ultimately affects agricultural productivity. As is the case in Karapuh Village, the agricultural sector plays a very important role as the main source of income for farming communities, generally farmers produce agricultural products to meet their daily needs. This study aims to calculate the income of lowland rice farmers in Karapuh Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District, and also to determine the factors that affect the income of lowland rice farmers in Karapuh Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District. This research was conducted in Karapuh Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai District. The results showed that the income of rice farmers in Karapuh village, Dolok Masihul sub-district, was relatively high, namely that labor had a significant effect on the income of lowland rice farmers, with income costs between Rp. 2,796,000 - 6,891,000 (25.71% - 45.71%). Fertilizer costs and land area variables do not significantly influence income, while pesticide cost variables, seed costs and labor have a significant effect on income.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan penting dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja driver untuk mencapai tujuan dengan baik yaitu dengan memberikan insentif dan motivasi kepada driver. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui insentif dan motivasi yang dilakukan PT. Tokoton Meiwa Indonesia terhadap kinerja driver. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 responden menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f, lalu koefisien korelasi dan determinasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kinerja dalam kategori sangat baik lalu insentif dan motivasi dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis verifikatif menunjukan hasil uji t dan uji f terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara insentif dan motivasi terhadap kinerja driver. Hubungan insentif dan motivasi terhadap kinerja driver termasuk kategori sangat kuat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at the PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tb. Lampung Branch is impacted by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction. PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tb Lampung Branch has a total of 45 employees, and all study participants are drawn from this workforce using census or saturated sample procedures. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method employed, and the software used is SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Descriptive quantitative research methodology was applied in this study. According to the findings of hypothesis testing, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have a favorable and significant impact on workers' productivity. These two variables have a 38.5% percentage influence on employee performance, with other factors having a 61.5% influence.

Abstract

Elderly people are synonymous with various declines in health status, especially physical health status. These changes affect the quality of life of the elderly. The elderly become independent, productive and healthy if they are supported by a good quality of life. This will also make the elderly less likely to get sick, and speed up the healing process if the patient falls ill. This activity aims to provide information to the public about the importance of maintaining reproductive health in improving the quality of life. This educational process uses the lecture method with the help of powerpoint and leaflets. The results obtained from this activity are that participants in this service activity become more knowledgeable and know more about how to improve the quality of life, especially for the elderly. The assessment is based on the participants' responses and enthusiasm in receiving the material provided.

Abstract

The conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in online learning at all levels of education since May 2020. Currently there is talk of holding face-to-face meetings at schools while still adhering to health protocols. The consideration is that there are various online learning difficulties felt by students, parents and teachers who are still not ready for the home learning system. he health and quality of education of the nation's next generation are equally important, and need to be strived for as optimally as possible. This community service aims to prepare students who will run offline schools through parental understanding. Carrying out discussion activities with parents to increase self-efficacy and providing learning media in the form of digital books and other visual media to explain to parents the standard rules for face-to-face school that will be implemented later.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential. The low quality of human resources is caused by the low quality of education in Indonesia. Education is an interaction activity between students and educators as well as various educational resources that take place in educational, teaching, training and guidance situations. In order to achieve maximum learning outcomes, a professional teacher is needed. This activity aims to provide broader insight to elementary school teachers in developing learning models, to provide increased knowledge regarding learning administration to elementary school teachers, to find out the role of teachers in implementing existing learning models in elementary schools. The results of this activity show the increasing knowledge and understanding of the community of teachers at State Elementary School 122350 East Siantar District in developing learning administration. Most of the elementary school teacher community participated in the entire series of community service activities with great enthusiasm.
