Abstract

Matematika adalah suatu ilmu dasar yang digunakan dalam perkembangan teknologi. Metode Gasing merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan tujuan memudahkan siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dapat menentukan seorang anak dapat menguasai matematika secara gampang, asik dan menyenangkan. Kegiatan pelatihan Matematika Gasing bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan matematika siswa serta meningkatkan minat belajar matematika siswa dengan mengajarkan matematika secara gampang, asyik, dan menyenangkan. Keuntungan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar guru-guru dapat dengan mudah mengajarkan materi pelajaran matematika kepada siswa sehingga tidak ada kata bahwa matematika itu sulit. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan matematika siswa serta meningkatnya minat belajar matematika siswa terlihat pada respons positif yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner peserta pelatihan matematika Gasing. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada peserta pelatihan yaitu guru kelas tentang salah satu metode cepat, asik dan menyenangkan untuk melakukan perhitungan dalam matematika.

Abstract

Sesak napas adalah gejala yang umum terlihat sebagai perasaan nyeri karena kesulitan bernapas, napas menjadi pendek (sesak napas) dan pasien merasa tercekik pada saat bernapas. Sesak nafas dapat terjadi pada pasien dengan gangguan sistem pernafasan seperti penyakit penyakit paru obstruksi ronik (PPOK), TB Paru, Asma Bronhial , ISPA, pneumonia dan Covid 19 dan penyakit pernafasan lainnya. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi sesak nafas dengan melakukan Pursed Lip Breathing dan proning position. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan pada pasien yang mengalami gangguan sistem pernafasa dengan tanda dan gejala sesak nafas / dyspnea. Adapun solusi pada kegiatan ini adalah pendidikan kesehatan kepada mengenai penangan sesak nafas dengan Pursed Lip Breathing dan proning position. Pengukuran frekuensi nafas dan saturasi oksigen dan membentuk tim pemantau di setiap RT yang bertujuan untuk memantau kondisi kesehatan warga yang memiliki riwayat penyakit dengan gejala sesak melaui kartu monitor dan bekerjasama dengan pihak puskesmas setempat.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV or commonly abbreviated as PTPN IV is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN). The government restructured BUMN in the plantation subsector by merging businesses based on exploitation areas and streamlining the organizational structure starting with the step of merging management. This is supported by quality human resources. The object of research for employees of the PKS/PPIS PTPN IV Kebun Pabatu office is a company operating in the personnel sector which is tasked with carrying out a series of HR management activities on administrative related matters in order to regulate work relations between the company and its employees. For example, payroll, managing BPJS, managing pension funds, managing files for employees who are still working and those who are not working, and so on. The PKS/PPIS PTPN IV Kebun Pabatu office is open from 07.00-15.00. Human resources (HR) are one of the most important factors in a company and cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. HR is also the key that determines the company's development. In essence, human resources are humans who are employed in an organization as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve a company's goals.

Abstract

Early marriage is a marriage between children whose preparation targets have not been said to be maximal, physical preparation, mental preparation and material preparation. Apart from that, early marriage will affect pregnancy and childbirth. Being in her teens carries certain risks, both the mother and her future baby are both at high risk. This research aims to determine the knowledge and attitudes of teenage girls regarding the impact of pregnancy at an early age at SMKN 3 Pematang Siantar. The research method used in this research is descriptive. The population in this study was 397 with a sample size of 40 respondents. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. The results of the research show that the description of the knowledge and attitudes of young women regarding the risks of pregnancy in early marriage at SMKN 3 Pematang Siantar in 2023 is concluded. The level of knowledge of young women about the risks of pregnancy in early marriage at SMKN 3 Pematang Siantar in 2023 shows that 25 respondents (62.5%) have good knowledge, 10 respondents (25%) have sufficient knowledge, and 5 respondents (12.5%) have poor knowledge. The attitude of young women regarding the risk of pregnancy in early marriage at SMKN 3 Pematang Siantar in 2023 shows that 80% (32 respondents) have a positive attitude and 20% (8 respondents) have a negative attitude.

Abstract

This research will discuss the public relations activities of Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto as a bridge of stakeholders, with one of the main activities managing, creating, interpreting the reputation of companies and institutions in the disruption era. Reputation in higher education institutions is seen as an important aspect in creating activities related to agency communication with the public and stakeholders. Public relations in the disruption era is to have the ability to manage publications digitally, develop innovative and creative public relations programmes. The research used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The selection of qualitative methods is very appropriate, the data presented later will have a variety of colours and take a long time in finding the perspective or meaning of reputation for public relations itself. In the data validation process using triangulation techniques, one of the validation techniques often used in qualitative research. The results showed that the public relations unit on the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto campus in interpreting reputation is very important and realising it must be ready to face the challenges of the disruption era through always improving in the management of digitalised information and building a good strategy through the method of preparing and evaluating each program through the POAC method (Plan, Organization, Actualling, Controlling). Each ITTP public relations programme has a role in shaping positive public opinion for the institution and is supported by the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015-based management policies and improving the quality of HR Educators.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover on profitability, to find out the effect of liquidity on profitability, to find out the effect of solvency on profitability, to find out the effect of company size on profitability, to find out whether company size moderates the effect of working capital turnover on profitability, to find out whether Company size moderates the effect of liquidity on profitability, to find out whether company size moderates the effect of solvency on profitability in Property & Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. The population in this study was 81 companies and the sample in this study was 49 companies with 5 years of research and a total of 245 data obtained. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and MRA. The research results show that working capital turnover and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability, solvency has no effect on profitability, company size does not moderate the influence of working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability in Property & Real Estate Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine accountability and transparency, as well as determine the obstacles faced in implementing accountability and transparency in birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation carried out at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Aceh Tamiang Regency. The Population and Civil Registration Service of Aceh Tamiang Regency is the agency that manages and issues population documents. Employees in serving the community who take care of birth certificates are quite accountable and transparent, but this is not optimal because there are still obstacles faced by employees. Accountability can be seen from the professionalism of employee work, clarity of service, no fees, timely completion, adequate facilities and infrastructure. Transparency can be seen from outreach to villages, mobile services, official websites. The obstacles faced by employees include power outages, network disruption, lack of mobile service cars, the presence of brokers, and no incentives from the local government.

Abstract

The Jatiluwih tourist destination in Tabanan, Bali, has achieved global achievements with the beauty of its terraced rice fields and natural sustainability. Despite experiencing an increase in tourist visits post-COVID-19 pandemic, Jatiluwih is still faced with a number of challenges. This research uses SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to uncover internal and external factors that influence Jatiluwih's Tourist Attractions (DTW). Using a qualitative approach, this research found that Jatiluwih has strengths such as stunning natural beauty, strong environmental conservation, rich cultural diversity, promising agrotourism potential, and improved supporting infrastructure. However, there are also weaknesses, such as limited access, declining infrastructure, and tourism management that needs to be improved. To optimize Jatiluwih's potential, the recommended steps include exploiting opportunities such as infrastructure development, increasing agro-tourism, close partnerships with local communities, and diversifying tourism products. Meanwhile, decisive action needs to be taken to deal with threats that include environmental damage, competition with other destinations, intense rainy seasons and the risk of natural disasters. This can be achieved by focusing on environmental conservation, implementing sustainable tourism management, and providing a variety of attractive tourism experiences.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze pop-up book learning media in supporting the beginning reading abilities of class II students at SD Negeri 01 Tebaban. The research method used was a qualitative method; the research took place at SDN 01 Tebaban. The research subjects consisted of research data sources, namely class teacher and students. Data collection technique. Data collection techniques through observations and documentation. Data analysis technique. Pre- field analysis, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that initial reading in cllas II students is quite low because there are several factors that cause the students’ reading ability to be quite low. Trough pop-up book learning media, initial reading learning can improve because pop-up book media is quite interesting for students. Conclusion. Based on hat has beenexplained previously, whether pop-up book learning median can support students’ initial reading ability, early reading ability in grade 2 at SD Negeri 01 Tebaban, students’ ability to recognize letters, words and sentences is getting lower and lower, which causes students be to lazy about learning to read. Therefore, in overcoming this problem, the application of pop-up book media can attract students’ interest in reading because pop-up books are quite attractive to students and researchers can analyze the extent to which pop-up book learning media can support students’ initial reading abilities. Suggestion. With the analysis of pop-up book learning media, it is hoped that schools will be able to improve and develop books that contain several pictures in the book so that students do not feel bored when studying because many students are still not able read if there is an increase in learning media that can support students’ reading skills, students’ literacy skills at school will increase.

Abstract

The role of Standard Operating Procedures in ensuring the smooth execution of tasks is a significant focus for many hotels. This research aims to investigate the implementation of standard operating procedures in the breakfast service provided by waiters/waitresses in the buffet service at Four Star By Trans Hotel Renon. Data collection methods employed in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The gathered data is subsequently analyzed using a Qualitative Descriptive approach. The findings of this research provide insights into the effectiveness and consistency of implementing SOPs in breakfast services. The findings from this study can make a valuable contribution to Four Star By Trans Hotel Renon in ensuring that their SOPs are executed effectively and in accordance with standards.
