Abstract

Islamic education is an important part of the life of Muslims. Over time, Islamic education underwent changes and adjustments to keep up with the demands of modern society. One of the factors that played an important role in this change was technology. In this era of industrial revolution, technology had a significant impact on the existence of Islamic education. Entering this era of disruption, Islamic education must be more sensitive to the symptoms of social change in society. Islamic education must be ready to disrupt itself if it wants to assert its existence. Insisting on old ways and systems and shutting down from worldly development will make Islamic education worse and outdated. Therefore, there are three things that Islamic education must strive for, namely changing the old way of thinking that is restricted by bureaucratic rules into disruptive ways of thinking that prioritize corporate ways. Islamic education must also be independent to be able to implement innovation according to the demands of the 4.0 era. In addition, Islamic education must also transform or create all aspects of it so that it is always relevant to demands and changes.

Abstract

Floor exercise activities involve various movements such as rolls, jumps, handstands, and other acrobatics, which aim to improve physical fitness and health. However, in the Islamic context, it is important to pay attention to ethical and sharia aspects, especially related to choosing movements that do not reveal excessive aurat or body curves. This article aims to explore the Islamic perspective on movements in floor exercise that can reveal the intimate parts, especially for Muslim women. Islam teaches the importance of maintaining the intimate parts and wearing clothing that complies with sharia provisions in various activities, including sports. Apart from that, sincere intentions in doing floor exercises are also emphasized as a form of worship to maintain bodily health as an expression of gratitude to the khaliq. With a deeper understanding of religious values, it is hoped that Muslim women can carry out floor exercises more carefully and in accordance with Islamic guidance, and choose movements that maintain modesty and self-respect. This research uses a library method by analyzing various literature sources to support the arguments presented. It is hoped that this article can contribute to increasing awareness and understanding of floor exercise practices that are in line with Islamic values.
