Abstract

This research aims to investigate the utilization of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), as an effort to facilitate the donation process at the Mosque of Baitul Hikmah Campus, Lambung Mangkurat University. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, involving data collection through direct observation, interviews, and documentation related to the use of QRIS in the donation process at the mosque. The background of the research indicates that the use of technology in the donation process can accelerate and simplify financial transactions, as well as enhance community involvement in religious activities. The findings of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of QRIS utilization in the context of donations within the campus environment, as well as insights for stakeholders to enhance the implementation of technology in mosque financial management. The implications of this research include the potential enhancement of efficiency and transparency in the management of religious funds, as well as increased community participation in supporting religious activities on campus. Abstract

This article explores the application of Musharakah in the context of Islamic economics and its financial strategies for enhancing daily welfare. Musharakah, a fundamental concept in Islamic economics, entails partnership or cooperation between two or more parties for investment and mutual profit purposes. The paper presents a conceptual overview of Musharakah principles and its contributions to fostering economic equality, wealth redistribution, and strengthening social bonds within society. Additionally, it discusses financial strategies applicable within Musharakah to optimize economic benefits and improve the welfare of individuals and communities. A qualitative analytical approach is employed to evaluate the effectiveness of Musharakah in addressing economic challenges faced by individuals and groups in their daily lives. The findings provide valuable insights for Islamic finance practitioners, policymakers, and the general public regarding the potential of Musharakah as a financial instrument that can promote financial inclusion and sustainable economic development within the framework of Islamic economics.

Abstract

For centuries, money has served as a method of payment. Starting from metals, coins, banknotes, to the curent introduction of E-Money that relies on credit cards. With the advancement of payment system technology, the global community is gradually shifting from cash payments to Cashless payment methods. Cashless payment is a component of a new regulation by Bank Indonesia. The goal is to increase the purchasing power of Indonesians which ultimately leads to economic growth. Non-cash transactions offer convenience and security, eliminating the need to carry large amounts of cash and no longer relying on cards. These advantages highlight the advantages of non-cash payment methods over traditional cash instruments.

Abstract

Among the various religions in the world, Islam is the most special religion above all and the religion most loved by Allah SWT. In Islam, there are many prayers that deserve reward, both obligatory prayers and sunnah prayers. Prayer is one of the acts of worship in Islam that is mandatory for Muslims and offered to Allah SWT. By praying from the heart, we always feel calm and peaceful. Salah means prayer or grace. Prayer is called prayer. This is because the entire prayer movement contains the meaning of prayer revealed to Allah SWT. The entire prayer recitation is a form of glorification of God's Servant. This series of words and movements are not just words and movements without intent and meaning, each one contains a lot of history, philosophy, teachings, goals and wisdom of the person who did it. Prayer also has many benefits, including psychological or spiritual health aspects. The psychological aspect itself is an emotion that arises from within our heart and soul. From a psychological perspective, one of the benefits is peace of mind. Prayer makes our souls calmer and more peaceful. Apart from that, prayer can help reduce excessive stress. If people are vulnerable to changes in religious or cultural values ​​and feel inferior because of the dynamics of life that might influence changes in existing behavior, then you are actually looking for an antidote to all of that. What do fear and confusion seek? Here, he began to revive spiritual values ​​that he wanted to drink to quench the thirst for dry morality that he had felt for a long time. Stay away from dangers and deviations that can harm yourself or others, and return to religious teachings which teach us a lot about the importance of noble morals.

Abstract

In this article, we explore the prohibition on buying and selling transactions, especially in mosques, which are places of worship and religious teaching. By discussing this, we want to show the social, economic and cultural impact on the Islamic community and beyond. The prohibition of buying and selling transactions in mosques has become an important topic in the development and understanding of religious and cultural values ​​associated with treatment in places of worship. This article tries to understand the reasons for the prohibition of buying and selling transactions in mosques and how this can affect relations between Islamic communities. We analyze the way these restrictions influence individual and group behavior in cultural and religious contexts, and demonstrate their impact on relationships between communities. In this research, we used observation methods and literature analysis to explore topics that are considered important in the influence of the prohibition on buying and selling transactions in mosques. We found that these restrictions can strengthen religious and cultural values, strengthen ties between communities and improve the quality of settlements. However, this can also result in debate and conflict between parties who have different visions and goals in overcoming social and economic problems around mosques.

Abstract

Dalam konteks Agama Islam dan era digital yang semakin berkembang, artikel ini menyoroti tantangan dan peluang dalam mempertahankan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Tantangan utama termasuk pengaruh media sosial yang bisa memicu penyebaran informasi yang salah dan ekstremisme, perubahan pola komunikasi yang mempengaruhi interaksi antarumat beragama, serta kompleksitas globalisasi yang membawa pluralisme agama. Namun, era digital juga membawa peluang besar untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam, seperti akses terhadap informasi agama yang lebih luas, pembentukan komunitas online yang solid, pendidikan agama online, dan penggunaan teknologi untuk memfasilitasi ibadah. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi secara bijaksana, umat Islam dapat menghadapi tantangan tersebut dan mengambil peluang yang ada untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan praktik keagamaan sesuai ajaran Islam di era digital ini.

Abstract

Saat ini kemajuan teknologi semakin pesat. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Revolusi Sosial 5.0 yang membuat hidup lebih mudah dengan satu tangan. Selain perkembangan teknologi, Islam harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Hal ini untuk memastikan kehadiran Islam terus berlanjut di dunia di mana teknologi menjadi semakin cepat. Namun permasalahan besarnya adalah dalam menghadapi teknologi yang semakin pesat, Islam tentu harus mencari cara untuk tetap mempertahankan kehadirannya di zaman modern meskipun perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dari beberapa makalah akademis tentang Islam dan teknologi. Penelitian ini fokus mengungkap hubungan teknologi dan Islam di Indonesia. Outcome yang ingin dicapai adalah eksplorasi teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung perkembangan Islam di Indonesia. Abstract

Sport is a physical activity that has many benefits, both for physical and spiritual health. From an Islamic perspective, sport also has an important spiritual dimension, functioning as a means of getting closer to Allah SWT, forming morals, and strengthening the Islamic brotherhood. This article aims to explore the wisdom of sport in Islamic religious life. The methods used are literature review and theological analysis. Research results show that exercise helps improve physical health by reducing the risk of heart disease, controlling body weight, and strengthening muscles and bones. Mentally, exercise relieves stress, improves mood, and improves sleep patterns. On the spiritual side, exercise done with the intention of worship can bring oneself closer to Allah and improve inner well-being. In addition, sport forms discipline, sportsmanship and hard work, as well as strengthening social relations within the Muslim community.

Abstract

Human existence in the Islamic religion is a deep topic that discusses the existence, purpose and responsibility of humans as caliphs on earth according to Islamic teachings. This concept involves philosophical, theological and moral aspects which are the basis for living life as Muslims. Allah SWT created humans as unique creatures with the ability to think, reason, and carry out religious duties with full awareness. Human existence in Islam is a human relationship with the Creator and a social relationship between fellow creatures. Humans have the task of maintaining ecological balance and realizing social justice within the framework of faith in Allah SWT. Fate and tests are also an important part of this understanding, where humans are tested with various trials as a form of test of faith and steadfastness. A deep understanding of the concept of human existence in the Islamic religion provides valuable insight into the meaning of life, the purpose of human existence, and the duties that must be undertaken as Muslims. By strengthening faith, devotion, and awareness of true existence, humans are expected to be able to live a life full of meaning, meaning, and usefulness that brings happiness in this world and blessings in the after life.

Abstract

Cases of violence against women in Indonesia continue to be in the spotlight, where there has been an increase in cases from the previous year (2020). In 2021, cases of violence against women emerged, namely cases of rape committed against 13 female students. Abortion is often a choice as a way to suppress the psychological trauma experienced by rape victims. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the act of abortion due to rape from the perspective of Islam and medical bioethics and to provide an overview of the legal policy for abortion due to rape in countries that already have a legal abortion system due to rape, as well as providing an overview of the impact of the policies that have been implemented. The type of research used is empirical juridical by collecting and analyzing, and focusing on Islamic views, bioethical rules and applicable legal norms. The results of this research show that from an Islamic perspective, abortion due to rape is permitted before 40 days of pregnancy and is approved by the authorized team. Meanwhile, from the study of medical bioethics, it can be seen from medical indications, in this case pregnancy due to rape, which can result in mental health disorders by applying the principles of beneficence and non-maleficence, respect for human dignity and human rights, respect for autonomy, and respect for confidentiality and privacy. . The act of abortion due to rape is legally regulated in Indonesia and several countries, however its implementation is still a challenge in providing access to information and providing adequate health services.
