Abstract

Makak river is located in gria village, lingsar district, west lombok regency with coordinates 8033’19.7”s 116008’01.4”e. makak river is unable to drain runoff water discharge due to changes in land use, which has an impact on river capacity. the purpose of the analysis is to check river capacity against the impact of changes in widening, spillway structure, depth, slope, sedimentation and river cliffs, with a review of the simulation of return period discharge that exceeds river capacity. simulated return period floods are used to determine river capacity using the nakayasu method, gama satu and muskingum methods. the results of the nakayasu synthetic unit hydrography (hss) analysis; less than 25 years 25.52 m3/sec, 50-year return period 28,474 m3/sec, 100-year return period 31,228 m3/sec, gama method; 25-year return period 26,523 m3/sec., 50-year return period 27,641 m3/sec., 100-year return period 28,705 m3/sec., muskingum out-flow discharge 8,744 m3/sec., inflo 28,705 m3/sec. standard step method analysis; spillway cres elevation ± 29, water surface elevation at spillway ± 29.5. diversion elevation ± 30 m, intake elevation ± 28.5 cm, drain elevation ± 28.00, river widening 250 meters, bed width 8 meters, cliff height 2 meters, river slope (i) 0.0015. sedimentation of makak river of 200 tons per year is drained once in two months

Abstract

Congestion is a traffic problem that must be given attention so as not to have a negative impact on road users. One of the congestion points that occurred in West Lombok Regency was the Labuapi Workshop Unsignalized Intersection. The PTV VISSIM student version application was used to model and analyze the Labuapi Workshop Unsignalized Intersection. The data used were primary and secondary data, such as traffic volume, speed, delays, and queue opportunities. The results of the analysis showed that it was in accordance with the standards of PM No. 96 of 2015. The existing condition of the Unsignalized Intersection of the workshop has a service level of E as evidenced by the average delay value (D) of 53.905 seconds/vehicle, average queue length (QL) of 39.134 meters, average carbon monoxide (CO) emissions of 161.956 grams and average fuel consumption of 8.765 liters. Therefore, 4 alternatives were made, namely alternative 1 4-phase planning, alternative 2 3-phase planning, alternative 3 2-phase planning, and alternative 4 road widening without APILL (Traffic Signaling Device). Of the 4 alternatives, the alternative of road widening without APILL is the best with a service level of D, an average delay value (D) of 29.912 seconds/vehicle, an average queue length (QL) of 12.767 m, an average carbon monoxide (CO) emission of 125.596 grams and an average fuel consumption of 6.801 liters.

Abstract

The construction of the SMP Negeri 16 Denpasar building is located at Jalan Kertha Winangun No. 1 in Sidakarya Village, South Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the risks associated with the construction of the SMP Negeri 16 Denpasar building. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely field research that uses data and information obtained through respondents as subjects to obtain holistic general picture answers regarding the matters studied. Risk identification is obtained through interviews and surveys to obtain possible risks that will occur in the construction of the SMP Negeri 16 Denpasar building. The results of the study showed that the identified risks were 32 (thirty-two) risks, namely 8 environmental risks (25%), 2 planning risks (6.3%), 2 economic risks (6.3%), financial risks (6.3%), natural risks (6.3%), 4 project risks (12.5%), technical risks (21.9%), human risks (3.1%), criminal risks (6.3%), and safety risks (6.3%). The results of the analysis of the level of risk acceptance showed that there were 2 risks (6%) included in the unacceptable category, 18 risks (56%) included in the undesirable category, 9 risks (28%) included in the acceptable category and 3 risks (10%) included in the negligible category.

Abstract

The Integrated Emergency Installation (IGD Terpadu) constructed at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Hospital has caused an increase in traffic density on the road network around the NTB Provincial Hospital, so it is necessary to review road services due to the additional traffic load. This research was evaluated of changes value in road network services due to trip generation and attraction to the NTB Provincial Hospital before and after construction. Trip generation and trip distribution indicators on the road network around the hospital was used to evaluate changes in road services, and a traffic modeling approach was used to explain the condition of road services 5 years after construction to. The Do Nothing and Do Something models are used to measure the effect of trip generation and attraction on road service performance after the building is operational. The research shown that there was an increase in traffic volume every year so that road services are decreasing annually. The performance of Prabu Rangka Sari road services has decreased slightly such as in 2023th LOS = C, in 2024th LOS = C, but if no there are no handling was carried out (do nothing) in 2028th the degree of saturation increased until 47%, and road service performance decreases to LOS = E, Raden Mas Panji Anom road section in 2023th LOS = B, in 2024th LOS = B and in 2028th decreased LOS = C, only Jalan Jaya Lengkara in 2023th, 2024th to 2029th road service performance (LOS) = B

The respondents of this study are all employees at the BPKAD office of Sumbawa Regency, NTB Province. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling with criteria based on employees directly involved in land and building asset management. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents at the BPKAD office of Sumbawa Regency. The results of the study indicate that the management of land and building assets at BPKAD Sumbawa Regency has been carried out in accordance with Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 17 of 2007. Abstract

General elections are a fundamental pillar of democracy that guarantee the sovereignty of the people through the mechanism of electing representatives. However, the mechanism for the resignation of elected candidates before the Constitutional Court Decision Number 176/PUU-XXII/2024 still left ambiguities and potential abuses that harm the constitutional rights of voters. The research problem in this study is how the resignation mechanism of elected candidates was before the decision and how the Constitutional Court decision strengthens the protection of voters' rights related to the resignation of elected candidates. This study uses a normative juridical method with a literature review approach, examining the Constitutional Court decision, legislation, and related legal literature. The results show that before the Constitutional Court decision, the regulation on the resignation of elected candidates in the Election Law was still open to multiple interpretations and did not regulate in detail the reasons and consequences of resignation. The Constitutional Court Decision Number 176/PUU-XXII/2024 affirms that the resignation of elected candidates is only permitted for state assignments in non-elective positions and rejects resignation for personal political interests such as running in regional elections. This decision strengthens the protection of voters' constitutional rights and the integrity of Indonesia's democratic system. Thus, the Constitutional Court decision is an important step in improving the election system and maintaining public trust in the democratic process.

Abstract

Currently, traffic conditions are certainly quite significantly different when compared to traffic conditions when the MKJI 1997 was created, which was almost 28 years old. The rural roads, the characteristics of traffic flow today with flat, hilly and mountain alignment types are certainly different from 28 years ago, which makes the pce value in the 1997 MKJI also different, where this pce is used to convert traffic flow so that the unit which was originally vehicles/hour becomes pcu/hour. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on Jalan H. Mansur, Pusuk which is rural road with a hill alignment type because it has a gradient of 11.34%, with a 2/2 UD road type. The purpose is to find out the pce value using the Time Headway method and then compare it with the pce value of MKJI 1997. The results obtained are differences in the pce value with this method and the pce value listed in MKJI 1997. With the Time Headway method, the pce value for MC is 0.84, MHV 1.30, and pce LT is 1.34. So with the time headway method, the pce for MC is greater than that of MKJI 1997, while for MHV and LT the pce value is smaller than MKJI 1997
