Abstract

Brebes is one of the regency in Central Java that have conducted elections in 2012. The winner is the couple Idza Priyannti - Narjo. Victory of this couple is interesting to observe. First, look at the background of candidates who in fact had no political background to face with incumbent candidate Agung Widyantoro. Second, look at to the abung party support that he get by many of party coalition and the large parties in Brebes Regency, to face with Idza Priyanti who had supported by only some party. By the two reason above, interesting to know about political strategy to used by Idza Priyanti Narjo, so they can be the winner of election in Brebes Regency.The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies used by couples Idza Priyanti - Narjo so can obtain a majority vote in the Brebes General Election 2012. This study uses a qualitative analysis in descriptive analytical. The main data sources obtained from indepth interviews with several informants, Idza Priyanti and Narjo as the main actor, the bearer party PDIP and PKS and successful team, and literature of documents that relevant to this study.Based on the research, the strategy used by Idza Priyanti - Narjo, can be classified in two ways. First, the strategy that ijo used including job program, fight to people prosperous and 6 main pillar program and had the independent tim from this couple. Second, the strategy that propose party used including the solid party support and the strategy by succesful team, political marketing strategy and the effective campaign.Keywords: Winning Strategies, Election.

Abstract

Local wisdom be considered as the identity that determines the dignity a society in their community. In other words, an embodiment which is manifested through the way of life, behavior, and knowledge of activities performed by the local people to answer problems in fulfilling the life, and maintain their cultural matters. .This concept of these is a philosophy in every motion public life in Tabanan, including in political life. This research aims to determine the role of local knowledge in the government to achieving good governance in order to reduce the rate of corruption in Tabanan by explain the implementation of local knowledge on public policy and its actualization in the practice of government.This research uses the method of qualitative study, with data collection method through the interviews and literature. The data sources used in this reseach was primary and secondary data which reviewed and analyzed by descriptive approach.The results of this research is the values of local wisdom in tabanan are the basis of the principles of public life, including in the governance aspect. Parameters that indicate the values of local wisdom in Tabanan government contained on accountability, transparency and public participation. That point was characteristic in efforts to achieve good governance in Tabanan. Some empirical manifestations of local wisdom contained in the actualization of governance practices in achieving good governance in order to reduce the rate of corruption include making the procurement of goods and services policy in an accountable and transparent and make a model of electronic transactions and the transparency of budget management so that people can participate oversee groove in and out of government funds.There needs to be planting the thought of democracy based on ethics and morality in order to end the political taboo in most societies tabanan. .The form of relation the village community pakraman with village administration agency as an extension “hand” the country better have been decentralized than centralized as a form of recognition of the diversity of the village which has the right to manage themselves. Abstract

Some researches about coalition had done by scholars show us the unstructured pattern of party coalition among one area to others.  One of them is the research by Riri Romly which said that coalition among parties in a direct local election is pragmatic coalition. It is a kind of coalition which neglects the similarity of ideology, vision and mission, platform, and also working programs. Unfortunately it also happened in the coalition which is support the winner of Regent Election in Purbalingga, Central Java where PDI Perjuangan as the winner of legislative election there, develops coalition with PKB, PKS, and PAN which is near with Moslem society. In this research, the author wants to know what the reasons of that coalition are. Besides, it also can be additional reference for coalition among political parties. In other hand, to do this research, the author use qualitative method and the data collection methods are interview and documentary study. Those data which I got, then, ascertained its validity by triangulation method, especially Method Triangulation.             From those background and research method, the result of this research is the author got the fact which shows us that the coalition among them only based on the aim to be winner by embrace every element in the society, the nationalist and the religious (Moslem). All in all, this result is in line with Heywood though which said that one of the motifs of coalition among parties is to win the game or called as Electoral Coalition.

Abstract

The verification process of legislative candidates on legislative election 2014 in Semarang attracted a lot of attention in various circle enough. Verification is a gateway from search of qualified representative and clean from Corruption, Collution and Nepotism (KKN). Not only the political parties thah have to prepare everything for legislative elections. However, the election organizers such as the General Election Commission (KPU) should also show an attitude that cling to the principle of independence and professional.To determine the role of General Election Commission Semarang in verification of legislative candidates on legislative election 2014, the research using descriptive research method. These data were obtained from in-depth interviews as the primary data and some books as secondary data. Theory of the General Election Commission (KPU) and the theory of evaluation are used to ease in analyzing daa.Result of the research is the evaluation verification process of the legislative candidates on legislative election 2014 in Semarang basically already refers to the General Election Commission regulation No. 7/2013. But the implementation is not maximal. Because there are still problems that occur during the verification process, especially the problem of lack of socialization and establishment of DCS into DCT. So many constrains make the verification process has not been worked maximal that carried out by General Election Commission Semarang.Recommendation for next research is General Election Commission Semarang should be more cooperative and better coordination in improving the profesionalism and socializm that relate to what is the matters and needs that legislative candidates should know so that the verification process of legislative candidates can be maximal.Keywords: Verification, General Election Commission, Legislative Candidates

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the Implementation Process Jaminan Persalinan Program in Pekalongan and to find out why Pekalongan Less Achieve MDG Target's Policy Delivery Guarantee Program is a program of the Central Government's Ministry of Health Reublik Indonesia. Evaluation process used to determine program execution Jaminan Persalinan in Pekalongan descriptively analyzed by looking at the phenomenon that is happening in the community. Looking at the various aspects that have been analyzed can be concluded that there are still barriers and obstacles in the implementation of the Programme Jaminan Persalinan

Abstract

Pemilihan umum secara kepala daerah langsung merupakan manifestasi tumbuhnya demokrasi di indonesia. Pilkada membuka peluang yang sama dari masing masing calon atau kandidat untuk berkompetisi memperebutkan jabatan tertinggi yang memegang kekuasaan.Faktanya, dalam pilkada, incumbent tidak selalu menang dan penantang tidak selalu kalah. Akan tetapi, incumbent mempunyai posisi yang lebih menguntungkan jika dibandingkan dengan penantang.Salahnya satunya adalah di kabupaten ponorogo dimana penantang mampu mengalahkan incumbent dan yang mengalahkan incumbent tersebut adalah wakil bupatinya sendiri yakni H. Amin, SH.ini sebenarnya hasil yang mengejutkan banyak pihak. Karena sebelumnya diprediksi oleh banyak kalangan, incumbent akan menang dengan mudah. Tetapi fakta berkata lain justru H. Amin yang keluar sebagai pemenang.Dalam hal ini yang akan diteliti adalah variabel atau faktor yang menyebabkan perolehan suara H. Amin, SH bisa meningkat drastis yang kemudian diambil tokoh agama dan politik uang sebagai variabel utamanya.2Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan antara tokoh agamadengan politik uang terhadap kontribusi perolehan suara H. Amin, SH padapilkada 3 tahun silam.Penelitian ini termasuk tipe penelitian eksplanatif karena akan mengujisuatu hipotesis. Metode yang akan digunakanTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari hubungan antara tokoh agamadengan politik uang terhadap kontribusi perolehan suara H. Amin, SH padapilkada 3 tahun silam.Penelitian ini termasuk tipe penelitian eksplanatif karena akan mengujisuatu hipotesis. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodekuantitatif dengan tipe eksplanatif. untuk metode pengumpulan datanya dengancara penyebaran kuesioner kepada para resonden.Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sumber data primer dansekunder yang kemudian dikaji dan dianalisa dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif.Hasil dari penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimanapengaruh tokoh agama dan politik uang dalam pilkada kabupaten Ponorogokhususnya terhadap kontribusi perolehan suara H. Abstract

ABSTRACTTubanan village is a village with a large number of the population in the district Kembang subdistrict of Jepara. Tubanan village is also famous for its PLTU Tanjung Jati B located in the Tubanan village. Many pros and cons with the existence of the PLTU Tanjung Jati B in the Tubanan village. The problems that occurs is hampered by land acquisition price of the land that does not comply with requests from the public. Of the problems that often occur in Tubanan village, a group of community building Non-Government Organizations (NGO) that aim to help and assist the public role in resolving cases.The purpose of this study to determine the role of Non-Government Organizations (NGO) in community development afterbuilding PLTU Tanjung Jati B in Tubanan village, Kembang districts. The method of this study used a qualitative descriptive approach-analytic.PLTU Tanjung Jati impacts both positive and negative. The community also affected by the environmental damage resulting from the operation PLTU Tanjung Jati B. In the case of course Non-Government Organizations big role and contribute in helping resolve problems that occur. Compagnie is a Non-Government Organization that is still active in the Tubanan village. This Non-Government Organization very active role for the community in solving a case. Besides development helps the community in a new job.The role of Non-Government Organizations in the Tubanan village inactive value. However, the need for improvement in terms of supervision of theNGO. So the need for cooperation by the Non-Government Organizations,community and village government in terms of solving a case.Key words : Non-Government Organization, Community Empowerment.

Abstract

Social media is almost owned by the people of Indonesia, especially among young people such as students of  HMJ - FISIP-UNDIP 2012. Sudents of  HMJ - FISIP-UNDIP 2012 as beginner  voters in the 2014 presidential election, used the social media like Twitter and Facebook as a means to improve the knowledge of the two candidates for the presidential election of 2014. The use of social media accounts by both candidates in the 2014 presidential election is a recent phenomenon. Social media is used by both candidates to introduce themselves and present their vision and mission  or work program. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the role of social media in shaping perceptions of the student members of the Sudents of  HMJ - FISIP-UNDIP 2012  about candidates in the 2014 presidential election. The method used is a survey research method with quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling method applied was  random sampling. A sample of 40 was obtained. The data was collected by using a measuring instrument such as a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research was  descriptive analysis and cross tabulation analysis with the aid of a computer program that is the Statistical Program Packages For Social Science (SPSS) for Windows Release 16.0. .  Keywords: Perception, Social Media, The presidential election.

Abstract

Demokrasi yang kuat dan sehat tidak hanya membutuhkan dunia politik (political society) yang kuat. Tentu saja, penting memiliki partai yang kuat, pemimpin yang kuat, dan pemerintahan yang kuat. Namun, demokrasi juga membutuhkan dunia masyarakat (civil society) yang juga sehat dan kuat. Sebagai salah satu penyangga kekuatan civil society Meski hasilnya belum seimbang sesuai dengan harapan publik. Potensi serta modal sosial jika dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh GP Ansor tentu akan memiliki dampak yang amat besar bagi perkembangan kehidupan, baik dari segi sosial, ekonomi, budaya serta politik dalam tubuh Ansor maupun masyarakat secara luas sehingga mampu menjadi penggerak dalam penguatan civil society di Indonesia khususnya di Jepara. Tidak dapat dipungkiri keberadaan GP Ansor selama ini terkesan begitu kental dengan aroma politik. Hal ini memang karena aktivis Ansor banyak terlibat di ranah politik. Aktivis GP Ansor lebih tertarik menjadi politisi ketimbang sebagai penyangga gerakan civil society. Sayangnya, naluri politik tersebut belum berkorelasi positif terhadap usaha-usaha GP Ansor dalam turut memberikan pemahaman dalam membangun iklim demokrasi pada masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBPD (Village Consultative Board) has given hope for the future of the village. The existence of BPD as parliamentary institution of village is expected to carry out the duties and functions as the channeling of people aspirations makes village regulation along with village heads and supervisy village governance. It is the basis of the concept of democracy based on government from the people, by the people and for the people. In this case, the BPD has a very important role. This study aims to find the reasons why the BPD Rembun Village didn’t play its role optimally and identify factors that hinder the role of BPD in implementation of the village governance.The place this research is Rembun Village, Subdistrict Siwalan, Pekalongan District. The study is limited to the period 2008-2014. The research informants are member of BPD Rembun Village, village government officials, and village community leaders that purposively selected. The data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. Researcher used interviews to collect data, then analyzed through the data collection, data reduction, data display and the last stage are conclusion or verification.The results of this study describe that the role of the Village Rembun BPD have not be able optimally in implementation of the village governance. The first, the representative function of members of BPD Rembun village are passive. Second, in the supervision function, BPD ignore his duties because more busy with work outside. Third, the legislative function of BPD is less initiative and less active in filing and making Perdes (village regulations).Keywords: Implementation of the village governance, BPD (Village Consultative Board).* Mahasiswa
