Abstract

Abstract The wood craft industry is one of business that has a big contribution in Jepara’s economy. The wood craft industry GDP’s value higher than others make this industry has been choosen by majority of Jepara people. Moreover, because so strong products created on the national of international scene, Jepera City has a nickname “Carving Center”. In this case, researcher would try to investigate what is the role of Jepera’s Local Goverment in Keeping the continuity and existance of wood craft industry in “Carvung Center”.The goal of this research is to know the roles performed by Jepara local goverment in keeping continuance and the existance of wood craft industry. This research is a type of qualitative research. Than type of research used in this research is descriptive analytic research. The  data capture through interviews and and Departement of Industry and Comerce Jepara’s documents.Based on research result, it is known that the role of Jepara’s local goverment in keeping the existance of wood craft industry divided into 3 funtions, those are as regulatory policies, facilitatory, and motivator. As regulatory policies, the local goverment has published Perda No. 17 year 2013 about industry potection. Then as facilitators, the local goverment often has contribution to advance the wood craft industry enterprises. One of which is increas the quality of Human Resources. The activities of the local goverment in order to improve the quality of human resources are training, aid equipment and apprenticeship for craftsmen and entrepreneurs. Then, the last is motivator for wood craft industry, the local goverment has built cooperative relationship with institutions that take care of the wood craft industry.Research that has been done to provide information that in keeping the existance of wood craft industry in Jepara, local goverment have contribute and carry out takes according to their working area. But, one thing that needs to be underline that is basically the wood craft industry needs regulations that give special attention to wood craft industry. Because with the rules that focus in wood craft industry can walk up. Therefore, when there issue and problems that arise and threaten the survival of the wood craft industry in Jepara can be overcame well. Keywords: the role of goverment, wood craft industry

Abstract

In the political arena in the district / city , competition between local and ethnic immigrants looks verystrong . Regional Head Election ( Election ) June 30, 2010 , held simultaneously in five districts / cities inLampung has prove it . The combination of Java and Lampung ethnic almost always arise until thegeopolitical characteristics of an area in Lampung could be represented on the winner of Regional HeadElection . In Metro Citie majority ethnic Javanese , for example , Lukman Hakim and Saleh Chandra Javabloody win the General Election . In Pesawaran district the ethnic composition was balanced betweenLampung and Java , the winner is Aries Password ( Lampung ) and Musiran ( Java ) . The same case is seenin East Lampung , although with suspect status , Satono , was dominate sound among 60 percents in themiddle of Java bloody . In South Lampung regency with dominant Lampung ethnic composition thanJavanese , so winning the Regents and Vice Regents elected, they are Waki Rycko Menoza SZP - EkiSetyanto . The purpose of this study is to determine " the role of ethnicity in the general election in SouthLampung regency at 2010”. The research methods are qualitative - descriptive type because descriptivestudies systematically describe a situation , problem , phenomenon , service or program , the provision ofinformation about a situation , problem , social life , or describe the attitude of the people responding to aparticular issue.

Abstract

Golkar domination in Tanah Datar regency is an interesting research, at the territory which has a very good of islamic law in its culture, golkar can beat all of islamic party in Tanah Datar. Golkar Party in Tanah datar show us that political grouping cant happen there as we see in the java, that is can wee se on the result of public election of a regent, golkar’s domination at parlemen, and also a massive  golkar’s networking until in the village level. On this study, researchers using a qualitative approach that will generate data through observation,in deeph interviews with a elected informantThe research show that the influence of Golkar and its networking in Tanah Datar Regency was until village level. A best figure at all of Tanah Datar regency is a golkar member. This networking is the key of Golkar victory in Tanah Datar Regency. This all figures make a patron klien relationship between a Golkar member and the society. Abstract

The title of this thesis is Dynamics of Internal Conflict in the Duchy Pakualaman onthe Yogyakarta Privileges Issues. This background of research for the phenomenon of a conflictin one of the most influential indigenous units in Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) where isthe passing of the debate on the status of the privilege in Yogyakarta. Kadipaten Pakualamanas one of the most influential, suffered internal divisions due to differences in views on thePrivileges Yogyakarta and the struggle for the throne as Paku Alam IX.Based on the above formulation of this study aims to determine the Dynamics ofInternal Conflict Kadipaten Pakulaman at the same time of the passing of the DIY Privilegesissues the enactment of Law No.13/2012 about Privileges DIY where is sets Sultan and PakuAlam Hamengkubuwono as a regional head in DIY. However, the conflict in which the kingtwin is more complex at Paku Alam are not only fighting over the throne but also the positionof the deputy governor of DIY.The formulation of the problem posed in this research is "How does that happen onDynamics of Internal Conflict in the Kadipaten Pakualaman as a result of KPH Anglingkusumodisobedience attitude and underlying factors such insubordination in 2012".The Authors in conducting this study is used descriptive analytic methods andtechniques of data taken is collect documentation and interview. Abstract

Semarang city having broad areas 373,70 kilometers2 .With long coastlinewhich reached 13.6 kilometers, Therefore coastal areas in the city ofsemarang very has the potential to areas in additional or reclaimed that indoing in marina beach .In accordance with regional regulation which prevailat that number 8 years 2004 about layout of semarang city , marina area thatwill be reclaimed are allocated for the area building that support functionhousing .To education for example , sports , health and recreation .So , aimedas the area that support the common interests .The purpose of this research is to give evaluation or an assessment of policythe purpose of reclaiming the marina beach which accounted for target , aperiod of time the implementation of the , a budget and assessing how outputand outcome of these policies reclaiming the extent that was already carriedout .This research writer do research evaluation with the qualitative method. Thedata collected directly from the or source that deals with this research,obtained through direct interview with respondents.The interviewsconducted with a decisive manner of key person. Abstract

Recruitment politics or political representation plays an important role in the political system of a country with a democratic political system. Because the process is determining the people who will carry out the functions of the country's political system through existing institutions. Therefore, the goal is reached or not a good political system depends on the quality of political recruitment. This study aims to examine the change recruitment pattern of legislative candidate partai keadilan sejahtera of post defined as open party for 2014 election in semarang city. PKS recruitment mechanism is the formation of Regional Committee of the executor legisltaif candidate recruitment, socialization, Networking legislative candidates by a cadre member in each electoral district, verification of legislative candidates, internal elections plenary meeting by the committee and the board of DPD PKS and Determination of candidates for the Board legisltaif Regional Board PKS and the National Election Commission. Recruitment pattern adopted by the PKS is a semi-open pattern for all the people who qualify can be selected as candidates of the party. The society, unable to register in person to the Prosperous Justice Party, but a cadre of each electoral district will conduct a search on its territory, in the sense that the entire community has no right to register as a candidate member legisltaif. Abstract

Development policy provided through the Mining Permit (IUP) have a major impact on people's lives. Impact question is conflict that left three people villagers Praikaroku Jangga be suspect. Given the policy violates the rules of the aa in Law 4 of 2009 on Mineral and Coal Mining. In accordance with Law No. 4 of 2009 on Mineral and Coal which has regulated the Mining Business Permit (IUP) in a region must understand the applicable regulations. In the case of mining in Central Sumba District, the local government in this case the regent less true examine the existing provisions so that the measures taken in the Regent give conflicting recommendations. In this study, researchers used a qualitative research method, the type of research that is used is the type of descriptive with the aim to portray the factual situation, systematic and accurate. The study was conducted to collect data that is accurate and extensive search for information through interviews, documentation, library research and field observations. The results showed that the government violated the provisions of Law no. 4 in 2009. The issue of kewajban IUP holder, about the mining area, IUP discharge requirements, concerning the suspension of mining. It is not understood very well by the local government district of Central Sumba. The impact of the policy pursued by the government, namely the conflict in the mining area which resulted in tools drill on fire company and the community were arrested. In anticipation of the same conflict, the government should understand and learn well the existing regulations as stipulated2by the Act so as not give rise to misunderstanding and conflict led to the community. Abstract

Topographically, Tegal city located in low-lying areas in the northern coastal areas of Java Sea. This topographic conditions that led to the city of Tegal has the potential vulnerability of disaster caused by sea water is quite high. The city is faced with the question every year tidal flood. According to Law No. 32 of 2009 in the protection and management of environmental, district / city government duty and authority to determine level of district / city. Tegals city government has a duty to establish appropriate policies in order to rob the response. Development paradigm has gradually shifted its efforts on increasing public participation in various phases of development activities. Principles of the implementation of the program is to put the public other than as objects of development is also a subject or perpetrator of development that is expected to continue / expand the development program and can solve their own problems, especially in improving the quality of settlement environment. Of it is to know how public participation in the prevention rob tegal city.In this study the researchers used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed methods design). Mixed methods design is a procedure to collect data, analyze and "mixing" both qualitative and quantitative methods in a single research study to understand the problem. This research will use models aim sampling (purposive sampling). Understanding of purposive sampling is carefully selected samples were deemed worthy or representatatif in providing information on research problems.Implementation strategies used by the Government in response to rob Tegal is by involving all relevant agencies and elements rob problem, namely by engaging on education, the local, non-governmental organizations, communities and society tokok affected rob. The involvement of all elements and elements that comprise the city of Tegal; stages of planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation. Prior to the establishment of management policies rob, to the community, especially people who were targeted socialized programs in advance of planned steps to be performed Tegal City Government to the areas affected by flooding, in addition to the community in hopes to have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding, as well can actively participate in the later stages implmentasi.In general, the respondents' participation in the management process is classified as long rob upper middle. Community actively participate in the planning, establishment and implementation of government policies by Rob Tegal. Abstract

This research was motivated by the frequent occurrence of naturaldisasters occurring in Indonesia, especially the eruption of a volcano disasterMerapi in Klaten region which occurred in 2010. Here, we can see readiness ofLocal Government to face merapi disaster, considering the Merapi disaster occursevery few years. How government can coordinate every institution that relating todisaster management, infrastructure readiness for evacuation of disaster victimsuntil the budget allocated for disaster management. Experience from previousdisasters and local wisdom can be a lesson in facing disasters that happened. Thepurpose of this research is to determine the institutional capacity and the potentialof local wisdom in anticipation overcome of Merapi disaster in 2010 and thebarriers that faced. Through people local wisdom to face disaster and gooddisaster management application from the government could minimize the impactof Mount Merapi eruption disaster, particularly in the district of Klaten.Key word: Institutional, Local Wisdom, Disaster Management.

Abstract

Local urban planning spatial sound in the environment is very important to realize the spacethat is safe, comfortable, productive and sustainable. Good spatial plan was drawn up with dueregard to environmental sustainability and the condition of the area must be considered so that theresulting space use plan can be efficiently and optimally. To achieve environmentally sounddevelopment that have aspired. Implementation success is influenced by three basic things thathave a big impact on the implementation, human resources, the attention of governments and theproblems that arise.As a newly established district after the Regional Autonomy Law enacted, precisely since 2003Seluma District needs to develop sustainable regional development through regional spatialplanning. The results of this study describes journey the implementation of Regulation No. 2 in 2013Seluma District for two year journey and its application areas. The data used in this study isqualitative data, ie data and tend to use a descriptive analysis of the study results. Thus this studywill describe the facts and explain the circumstances of the object of research based on interviewsthat exist.The results of this study describes the journey of implementing regulations No. 2 in 2013Seluma District since 2012 to 2014. The basic factors constrain implementation, such as humanresources government officials, economic factors, public ignorance of the rules, as well as lack ofsocialization goes well. District of spatial plans is very important Seluma known, adhered to andmonitored by the community to achieve the spatial be better based on the environment.
