Abstract

ABSTRACTPolicy Implementation Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 on Agricultural Land and Land Reserves Sustainable Agriculture Sustainable Food in Temanggung RegencyPolicy Implementation Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 on Agricultural Land and Land Reserves Sustainable Agriculture Sustainable Food at Temanggung Regency is a policy made by the Government, namely the Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 on the Protection of Agricultural Land and Land Reserves Sustainable Agriculture Sustainable Food. This policy is a policy that has the objective to control and protect LP2B.menjamin LP2B availability, and achieve independence, resilience, and food sovereignty at Temanggung Regency.This study is a qualitative study with the primary objective to describe in depth the Policy Implementation Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 on Agricultural Land and Land Reserves Sustainable Agriculture Sustainable Food Temanggung Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using in-depth interviews and documentation and document analysis. Analysis of the data in this study include stage data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusion.From the results of this study concluded that the policy Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 on Agricultural Land and Land Reserves Sustainable Agriculture Sustainable Food in Temanggung Regency has been running optimally implementation, the socialization process is carried out in stages, beginning after the passing of Governor Regulation No. 2 of the Regional Regulation 2014 governing the Protection of Agricultural Land Sustainable Temanggung Regency of Agricultural Land and Land Reserves Sustainable Agriculture Sustainable Food at Temanggung Regency. Socialization starts from dissemination to government officials in Waterford District, then dissemination to the public.For that in the aspect of law enforcement in order to be confirmed by follow-up acts irregularities, misuse of land that is not as it should be appropriate sanctions violations that have been set up and published in Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2014 on the Protection of Agricultural Land Husbandry and Food Agricultural Land Reserves Sustainable.Keywords: Implementation; Sustainable Agricultural Land; Sustainable Food Agriculture Land Reserve; Temanggung Regency

Abstract

Abstract

AbstractGreen areas in Semarang city have been change into housing and building. This problem happened because increasingly the growth of infrastructure. Many buildings around of centre of Semarang city cause decreasing of green areas. Based on that case, the local goverment formed regulation number 7th in 2010 about management of green areas in Semarang city.This research aimed to find out implementation of that regulation in Semarang and how people can be involved in this policy. Research method using qualitative with descriptive data.Theory of Edward III explained that four variables to observe the implementation of policy : communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucracy structure. In communication through socialization of some green activities conducted by local departement of planning development (Bappeda) with green communities, developer, and people. Resource variables divided into two aspects; human and financial resource. Human resources include department of planning development, department of city and housing estate, institute of environmental, and department of garden and sanitation. Meanwhile, financial resource comes from the budget. Disposition variable has been implemented well. Some services and training has been held by department of planning development to developer and green communities. They also provide meeting to increase the responsibility for the policy. In bureaucracy structure, goverment expand the link with some companies to increase green areas. Unfortunately, there are no many companies which involved in this activity yet. Goverment should give more concern about that.2The implementation of regulation also persuade people to actively support green areas in Semarang. Developer, green comunities, and people supposed to be responsible and participate in this policy well. This regulation has been implemented well enough by all of people. It also one of some efforts to solve decrease problem of green areas in Semarang. It will be supposed to give positive value to other people.Key words : Implementation, regulation, green area

Abstract

Clean water is one of the human basic needs and Nation should fulfill theircitizen basic needs. DKI Jakarta Province, as Capital City of Indonesia, encounterclean water crisis which made the citizen have been hard to getting access to cleanwater. Therefore, the government proposed cooperation with private partners toimprove DKI Jakarta citizen access to clean water through Water PrivatizationPolicy. For that, the authors conducted research to discover the success of WaterPrivatization Policy in order to improve DKI Jakarta Citizen access to clean waterafter privatization of water.The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative withinterviews data collection methods and document study. Subject were PublicWater Company in DKI Jakarta (PAM JAYA).The result showed that Water Privatization Policy in DKI Jakarta Provincewas failed because after the matter in cooperation with the private partners, thecitizen access to clean water decreases. It is caused by the performance of privatepartners that are not optimal in serving the needs of clean water citizen of DKIJakarta Province.So the authors conclude the need for this research as an evaluation ofGovernment of DKI Jakarta Province for more leverage in providing water serviceto the citizen of DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know how much is the socio-economic impacts relocation of street vendors at the intersection of Simpang Lima and Pahlawan streets of Semarang City. This research used inferensial analysis and deskriptif percentase. To know the socio-economic impacts, it was done by interviewing and questionairring some street vendors at the intersection of Simpang Lima and Pahlawan streets of Semarang City. The result of this research showed that the social impact of the relocation of street vendors at the intersection of Simpang Lima and a Pahlawan streets of Semarang City a positive impact in terms of the social economy that is improve social relationships among traders, feasibility and convenience of business and can increase the income of street vendors. Still a constraint in terms of infrastructure and facilities

Abstract

Community Based Forest Resource Management (CBFM) is a system of forest management conducted jointly by the company and community, or the company and community with other interested parties (stakeholders) to share the soul, so that common interest to achieve sustainability of the functions and benefits of forest resources can be realized in an optimal and proportional. Along the way, the implementation of CBFM systems create conflict between the parties. The reason is because many stakeholders interested in the forest, while each of parties have many different needs and objectives. This research uses qualitative research methods with techniques of data collection through indepth interviews (depth interviews) and analysis of documentation. The results showed that the social conflict in Randublatung’s forest happened since colonial times untill this time is caused by some factors. Social conflict is caused by four factors: differences in perception, differences in interests (economic), changes in values and recognition of land ownership. Perhutani has done a variety of ways to resolve and reduce the conflict, such as socialization of CBFM, education and skills training, PLDT, providing support and so on. Based on the result, this research recommends some alternatives for conflict resolution, through a collaborative approach with open communication with the public space, management of forest resources are more participatory, improving the quality of human resources, and strengthening the management of organization.

Abstract

AbstractOptimization of utilization of Tamansari station in order to increase public transportationservices in the city of Salatiga is a variety of efforts made in developing governmenttransportation Salatiga city which until now still not running at maximum. The findings showthat the situation of tamansari station doesn't go Past optimally due to many factors such as (1)a terminal Condition is not in accordance with the conditions of Salatiga, (2) the TransportConditions is overload on certain routes, (3) a very good road conditions but are not offset bythe condition of the terminal itself, (4) The number of staff that are minimal, the quality of thedriver as well as a growing community of low leaving city transport as a means of publictransport. Of the issues the City Government has made numerous attempts, such as: Restrictionson the route permit routes already crowded city transport, standardization, standardization oftransport drivers, as well as the total renovation of the terminal doing Tamansari StationSalatiga. Abstract

This study was conducted to explain how Golkar chance to win the 2014 legislative elections in the city of Semarang, both in the scale of the vote and of seats in Parliament in Semarang. The things will be the basis of the observations is the target of the vote and seats as well as a political marketing strategy ahead of the 2014 elections Golkar in Semarang, strengths and weaknesses of the Golkar party in Semarang city today, as well as the level of community support for Golkar Semarang.This study will use a mixed methods or qualitative-quantitative where researchers will use qualitative methods to collect the data written and spoken words of research subjects and informants. In addition, researchers using quantitative2methods that manifested by the use of a questionnaire to measure the level of community support numerically.The results showed that the Golkar chair set acquisition with an estimated 8-9 vote totals for voice 80000-90000. Golkar try to focus on winning the election and local scale by using a personalized approach and promotion strategies of candidates through various media to attract the support of the community Semarang. They are quite benefited with the large popularity of competent candidates and candidate - though also have the problem of the threat and the level of materialism abstentions Semarang people. Primarily, they are optimistic to achieve the targets that they have created. However, their optimism does not correspond with the level of community support for Golkar Semarang. Because, the Semarang people are not too keen to choose Golkar due to various reasons such as more interested in choosing the other party and the notion that politics is full of corruption. Furthermore, this study only found Golkar loyalist sympathizers and minimal amounts.

Abstract

Governor multiple appointments by Sri Sultan Hamengku as King of Kasultanan is one ofDaerah Istimewa Yogyakarta’s privileges. In one side, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is able toimplement the democracy in daily lives. But in other side, the absences of elections as oneelement of the democracy, bring out the questions about governmental process which isdemocratic and effective in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Courteous attitude owned by thepeople and legislative institution causing minimum control system for executive institution.
