Abstract

In this research aims to the pattern of tourists’ visit on tourists attraction in the area of Sarbagita. This reseach was carried out to find out the movement of tourists in visiting one to other tourist destinations which existed in the area of Sarbagita. This research was through several stages, namely: identification of characteristic of tourists who were visiting Sarbagita area and how about the pattern type of their visit. Next it was studying how the path of tourists’ movement who were visiting tourist attractions existed in Sarbagita area. Data collection technique was using observation, interview, distribution of 100 questionnaires, literature study and documentation. Informant determination technique was using accidental sampling. The result of research showed that tourists who were visiting various tourist destinations existed in Sarbagita area with the highest number of visits was in tourist attraction of Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Kuta Beach, Sanur Beach, Bedugul, Ceking Rice Terrace and Pandawa Beach. The pattern of tourists’ visit who were visiting Sarbagita area had 4 types of visits, namely the first wasm “Single Destination With or Without side Trips” , the second was “Transit Leg and Circle Tour at a Destination” , the third was “Circle Tour With or Without Multiple Access , Egress Points ; Different Itinerary Styles Possible at Different Destination Areas”, and the fourth was “Hub and Spoke Style”. Abstract

Abstract Kuta beach is one of the most visited places in Bali, it offer a great beach with a perfect wave to surf and become a number one spot for any tourist who come to Bali for surfing. With that being said the accident rate of water related accident in the area is very high, to manage the risk and ensuring the safety of the area Gede Berata a Balinese partnering with two Australian Kevin Weldon and Alan B Welpton founding The Indonesian Surf Life Saving Association/ Badan Penyelamat Wisata Tirta or more known as Balawista. This  job require a very high standard of commitment, not only a competent staff but also need a sufficient equipment to help the rescue activity, it also require a high standard of operation procedure to ensure that the rescue are done in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the safety for both of the victims and rescuers. The goals of this research are to know how far Balawista implement health and safety procedure when doing daily operation, and what are the other factors that impacting the performance of Balawista. The data are collected using an observation method and in-depth interview and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive. With this paper writer hope that Balawista will be able to do their job professionally by implementing health and safety procedure considering the high importance of their job and by doing that they will be able to increase the safety for both of the victims and rescuers.

Abstract

The number of tourist arrivals during the low season tends to decline. It also has an impact on sightseeing. Therefore, marketing strategy is very important to be able to increase the number of tourist visit to be able to compete with other tourism object and can give positive impact for society Sembalun. Sembalun tourism is located on Jalan Wisata Rinjani, Sembalun Bumbung, Kab. East Lombok Kec. Sembalun, Sembalun Village of West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the marketing mix, and marketing strategy at Sembalun Tour. The data collection in this research is done by observation, in-depth interview, document and literature study. The determination of informants was determined on the basis of random purposive sampling in which subjects were chosen on the basis of specified criteria. These criteria are Sembalun tourism managers and communities around Sembalun East Lombok. The result of this research is marketing mix at Sembalun tourism based on product, price, distribution channel, promotion, person, physical proof and process. In this research also discuss about SWOT analysis about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned by Sembalun tourism which is related to mix mix (marketing mix), from marketing strategy that is Increase promotion to other market, Increase cooperation with Travel agent good Outside and inside the country, improve access, improve the quality of human resources. Abstract

Abstract Canggu village now has developed into a tourist area visited by many domestic and foreign tourists because of the potential of nature, especially the potential of beach owned by the village of Canggu. One of the many beaches visited is Batu Bolong which used as a place to learn surfing. Many tourists who visit for surfing activities on the beach making communities build supporting facilities of tourism activities in Batu Bolong Beach, for it was in this study, researchers wanted to know the potential of tourism and the type of management in Batu Bolong Beach as a tourist attraction surf by dividing it into two potential indicators of the potential physical and non-physical that is institutional or organizational, human resources and culture. While for its management, is divided into two indicators of potential management and facilities management are available in Batu Bolong Beach. Batu Bolong beach used as a place to learn to surf (surfing) by tourists, especially foreign tourists because it has the waves are not too big so it is suitable for surfers (surfers) beginner. While the potential for coastal management there has been no specific organization that handles, managing only limited security, hygiene and board rentals in Batu Bolong Beach is managed by two organizations and form a group in the field of rental board. In addition, for the management of the facilities available today is managed by many of these temples which consists of three hamlets.

Abstract

Tambakrejo Beach is located in Tambakrejo Village, Wonotirto district, South of Blitar City. Communities around the Tambakrejo Beach initially work as fishermen, traders, farmers, and to meet the daily needs in getting from fishing. However today many people are turning their professions into traders. The tourism development of Tambakrejo beach resulted in changes of community activities. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature study and the methods used to analyze the data is comparative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study related to the tourism development that tourists visits increases every year. The interaction of tourists with the community is also high, the number of tourist facilities increased, the attractions are two activities such as boating and riding ATV and watching Islamic local culture Larung Sesaji in the beach, and promotion is done with social media and cooperation between magazine and television to review Tambakrejo in their program . The results of the tourism development toward communities economy is community income increased and employment opportunities associated with the movement of livelihoods as a trader. Abstract

Tourism is the largest and fastest growing industry in the world. Tourism in one of the most important sector and has a significant influences in the economic development of the country. Tourism contribution is considered important for economic growth in Indonesia, because in addition to bring in foreign exchange, also felt able to open a new job for the community. Tourim in Bali has developed quite rapidly, tourism potentials in Bali has been developed well enough, so that it can be enjoyed by tourists, which became a leading tourist attraction in Bali that is nature tourism and cultural tourism. This research focuses on the planning and strategy of the packaging of heritage tourism products in Kerta Tourism Village in order to improve the local economy, considering that Kerta Tourism Village has so many heritage tourism potential that has not been developed yet. This research is expected to benefit local communities and Gianyar Government in adding data, as preliminary data, and consideration data for further in-depth research. This research has a scope that is limited to two variables, that is identifying the heritage tourism potential owned by Kerta Tourism Village and compile a strategy to package heritage tiourism in Kerta Tourism Village. The data sources used are primary data obtained from interviews with the informants, observations, and documentation in Kerta Tourim Village, and the secondary data is obtained from various books used as the theoretical basis to supporting the research. Based on the results obtained, in Kerta Tourism Village there are many tourism potentials that can be developed into a tourism attraction, one of which is heritage tourism that can be combined with cycling tourism activities and certainly useful for local people and tourists. Abstract

The village is located in the district peninjoan Tembuku Bangli regency. Peninjoan village has an area of ??1,350 hectares and has four village boundary that is north of the yangapi village, south Undisan village, Bangbang villages east and west Yangapi. The total number of villages included in the part of the six districts, namely Tembuku village including the village Jahem. Subdistrict Tembuku which has an area of ??4982 hectares with a population of 2007 to 2011 amounted to 34.040 inhabitants. Peninjoan village administratively divided in 13 hamlets.Peninjoan village ecotourism has the potential to be developed into a tourist attraction nature. Type of data and data sources used are qualitative, quantitative, primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentary studies, literature study and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Potential of the village peninjoan form unspoiled natural potential that can be developed into a tourist attraction. Natural potentials, which later will be made into eco-tourism agro-based activities in which these activities will be created an attraction that will be an attraction for tourists. The attraction in the form of tracking tours, cycling tour, and travel mute (silent tourism). To be able develop this potential requires the construction of facilities and infrastructure to support such activities.

Abstract

Tibu sampi waterfall is a waterfall that has the potentiality and opportunities to be developed into a tourist attraction. However, the development of this waterfall has not been optimally reached. This study aims to determine the development of Tibu Sampi Waterfall as a tourist attraction. This study uses qualitative data with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data sources are obtained through observation, interview and documentation techniques with the technique of determining individual sample selection. The results of this study indicate that there are internal and external obstacles in the development of Tibu Waterfall as a tourist attraction. The internal obstacles are divided into three, namely the limited capital owned by Gunung Salak village; lack of adequate human resources in the field of tourism; and lack of promotion in the development of tourist attractions. The external obstacle is lack of contributions from investors. Of the various obstacles faced and slowing down the development of Tibu Waterfall as a tourist attraction, the community must create several efforts including the government or related parties to provide tourism education and training to the local community; to improve tourism products; to disseminate information in the form of brochures and guidebooks; to improve structuring and infrastructure; to cooperate with investors; to make local culture an attraction for tourists; and to develope tour packages. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to discuss the problems of local communities in the management of Kuta Beach tourist attraction as well as the perceptions of local communities in the management of his involvement in the Kuta Beach tourist attraction. The purpose of this study is to determine the constraints faced by local communities in the management of Kuta Beach tourist attraction as well as public perceptions in the involvement of the management of Kuta Beach tourist attraction. The anticipated benefits of this research are the benefits of academic and practical benefits. In achieving the objectives of the study, used a qualitative descriptive method to conduct a review directly to Kuta Beach in the village of Kuta, Central Lombok regency. The technique of collecting data using interviews with several informants and questionnaires to local communities related to the theme in question, and supported by literature study of previous reports. To obtain information use informers determination technique using key informants and respondents determination techniques by means of proportional random sampling. From the analysis, there are several kinds of constraints which lead to a lack of role of local communities in the management of Kuta Beach tourist attraction such as the low quality of human resources and the lack of government attention in improving the quality of human resources. And note also the perception of the local communities as stakeholders in tourism in Kuta Beach that they really want the training and education about the management of a tourist attraction. Advice can be given to increase the role of local communities in the management of Kuta Beach tourist attraction include the active role of local government in improving the means of education, outreach activities promoting tourism and business management training to the business community as the perpetrator of tourism. Besides, the government's focus on improving the welfare of local communities so that people are more optimally excited to be involved in the management of Kuta Beach tourist attraction.
