Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan teman sebaya danmotivasi belajar terhadap penyesuaian diri santri. Sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah santri kelas 1. Extention Pondok Pesantren Daar el Qolam sebanyak 204orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Analisis datayang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression Analysis pada taraf signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dukunganteman sebaya dan motivasi belajar terhadap penyesuaian diri santri. Proporsivarians dari subjective well-being yang dijelaskan oleh semua independent variableadalah sebesar 10,1%, sedangkan 89,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel laindiluar penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis minor menunjukkan bahwa Dimensiamotivation pada motivasi belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadappenyesuaian diri. Sementara itu dimensi dukungan teman sebaya: emotionalattachment, social integration, reassurance of worth, reliable alliance, guidance,opportunity for nurturance, dan tipe motivasi belajar: intrinsic motivation danextrinsic motivation tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyesuaiandiri santri.

Abstract

Studi ini ingin menguji hubungan antara dukungan social dan rasa terima kasih terhadap resiliensi di kalangan orang-orang dengan disabilitas fisik. Pengukuran dukungan sosial, rasa terima kasih, dan resiliensi dilakukan pada 110 orang dewasa dengan disabilitas fisik di beberapa tempat di Jakarta. Peneliti berhipotesis bahwa aspek dari dukungan sosial dan rasa terima kasih akan mempengaruhi resiliensi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis multiple regresi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan rasa terima kasih memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap resiliensi. Secara spesifik kontribusi terbesar diberikan oleh dukungan emosional dan rasa berlimpah. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini dalam menyediakan sebuah intervensi untuk meningkatkan tingkat resiliensi diantara orang dewasa yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik kembali di diskusikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur pengaruh need for achievement, need for autonomy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, internal locus of control, external locus of control, risk taking propensity, dan gender terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 20 Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMKN 20 Jakarta sebanyak 233 siswa. Jenis pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan need for achivement, need for autonomy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, internal locus of control, external locus of control, risk taking propensity, dan gender terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMKN 20 Jakarta. Proporsi varians dari intensi berwirausaha yang dijelaskan variabel independen yang digunakan adalah sebesar 22.6%, sedangkan 77.4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis minor menunjukkan bahwa need for autonomy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, dan internal locus of control memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Sementara itu, variabel need for achievement, external locus of control, risk taking propensity, dan gender tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Children with Down Syndrome have limited cognitive-related ability and special fenotive behavior. In this study, special and prominent behavior problem on children with down syndrome, such as comprehending ability, limited attention, disobedience, impulsiveness, compulsiveness, social withdrawal, aggression, and passivity which are related to family belief systems and parenting style. Sample of this study are 16 parents of children with down syndrome who are members of Perkumpulan Orang Tua Anak Dengan Down Syndrome (POTADS), Jakarta. Sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling, incidental sampling. Analysis of data used was nonparametric, using Wilcoxon Correlation Test, α=0.05. Result of this study indicates family belief system and parenting style are significantly negatively correlated. Nine of 16 respondents stated their children has problem on emotion aspect. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, achievement motivation, and demographic profile on the adversity quotient of students memorizing Qur'an. This study involved a sample of 205 students memorizing the Qur'an with a nonprobability sampling technique (purposive sampling). Measuring instruments used in this study are adaptations of Adversity Quotient Profile (AQP), Assessing Emotion Scale (AES), Achievement Motivation Inventory (AMI). Test the validity of measuring instruments using the technique of confimatory factor analysis (CFA). Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed a significant influence on emotional intelligence, achievement motivation, and demographic profile on the adversity quotient of students memorizing the Qur'an. The significant dimensions that influence are the regulation of emotional self from emotional intelligence variables and self-control of achievement motivation variables. Future studies are expected to develop this research by involving variables of religiosity, spirituality, and parenting parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh trait kepribadian dan persepsi iklimorganisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 orang pegawai salah satu universitas di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel terbagi menjadi 71 orang (44,4%) perempuan dan 89 orang (55,5%) laki-laki. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja, skala persepsi iklim organisasi, dan skala trait kepribadian dalam bentuk Likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatorik (CFA) dengan bantuan software Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima variabel yang di uji, yaitu trait openness to experience, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness dan persepsi keadilan organisasi, hanya satu variabel yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh self-esteem, kecerdasan emosi, serta jenis kelamin dan usia terhadap perilaku prososial di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 santri diambil dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini merupakan adaptasi dari skala perilaku prososial dan self-esteem, yaitu Prosocial Tendencies Measurement dan The School Short-form Coopersmith Self-esteem Inventory. Sedangkan skala pada kecerdasan emosi dikembangkan sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek-aspek kecerdasan emosi dari Goleman (1998). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel self-esteem, kecerdasan emosi, jenis kelamin, dan usia secara signifikan memengaruhi perilaku prososial dengan kontribusi sebesar 35.5%. Dari sebelas variabel yang diteliti, ada empat dimensi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku prososial, yaitu aspirations, mengenali emosi sendiri, keterampilan sosial dan jenis kelamin.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the significance influence of the big five personality (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness, neuroticism) and coping stress (confrontive coping, distancing, self-control, social support accepting responsibility, escape avoidance, planful problem solving, positive reappraisal) towards emotional intelligence. Participants in this study are medical students of State and Private Universities in Jakarta who are undergoing pra-clinic / Co- Assistant period from the 8th to 11th semester and taken by snowball sampling technique. The CFA technique (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was used to test the validity of the measuring instrument and multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the big five personality variable and coping stress had a significant influence towards emotional intelligence. A large proportion of the variance of emotional intelligence that is explained by all independent variables of 63.5%, while the remaining 36.5% are influenced by other variables outside this research. There are six variables that have significant effect on emotional intelligence which is agreeableness, openness, self control, social support, planful problem solving, positive reappraisal. Meanwhile, the variables of extraversion, consciencetiousness, neurotiscm, confrontive coping, distancing, accepting responsibility, escape avoidance, has no significant effect on emotional intelligence. Researcher suggest that all medical faculty creates emotional intelligence as an additional course so they can understand and practice how to control their emotions properly.  DOI: 10.15408/tazkiya.v22i2.8410

Abstract

The present study investigated factors that influence smoking behavior among adolescents.Peer attachement, stress (increased workload, lack of academic performance and lower gradethat anticipated), parenting styles (authoritarian, authoritative, and permissive) werehypothesized influence adolescent involvement in smoking. A number of 249 students thatcame from SMP Darussalam Jagakarsa South Jakarta and actively smoking were recruitedusing non-probably sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Multiple RegressionAnalysis were carried out to evaluate validity of the scales and answer of the researchquiestions by using SPSS and LISREL 8.70 programs. The results found that peerattachment , stress, and parenting styles significantly influence smoking behavior amongadolescents (p < 0.05), (F=39.676, df=7) and R2=53.5%. However, analysis based on eachdimension only four dimensions significantly influence smoking behavior, namely peerattachment , lack of academic performance, increased workload, and authoritative parenting(p-value < 0.05). This study suggested to conduct more extensive research to investigate theinfluence of stress especially getting lower grade that anticipated; and authoritarian andpermissive parenting styles on smoking behavior among adolescents. Moreover, the studysuggested to develop scale that suitable with indonesian culture, as well as to recruit morefemale adolescent smokers.

Abstract

The results showed that there was a significant effect of variables religiosity andsocial support on quality of life. The test results were minor hypothesis test thesignificance of each dimension of the independent variable on quality of life, thereare three significant regression coefficients, including experience, conviction andconsequences. The results showed the proportion of the variance of quality of lifefor all the independent variables explained 31.6% and 68.4% is influenced byother variables outside the research.
