Abstract

This research, which was entitled: (The Gospel of Luke, Its Origin, Sources, and Perception of God and Jesus, Peace be upon Him), deals with the definition of the meaning of the Gospel and an overview of Luke's personality and the origins of his Gospel and its sources. He also stood on the conception of God and Jesus, peace be upon him, in the Bible and the position of the Christians towards it and proved the loss of the original Gospel of Jesus. The researcher concluded with the Qur'an's testimony to the true gospel and his rejection of the current gospel. Perhaps one of the most important reasons for choosing this topic is to find out the state of the current Gospel of Luke and the texts that depict God and Jesus (peace be upon him). And a statement of the most important sources of Luke in this Gospel. Likewise, the Holy Qur’an’s interest in dialogue with the People of the Book, for the Qur’an was filled with dialogue with the People of the Book in many surahs, as God commanded to debate and dialogue with them. Still on pure monotheism. The importance of the topic lies in its usefulness to the People of the Book; And that it confirms and highlights the dominance of the Qur’an over other books and that it is a copyist of them. One of the objectives of this research was to show that the Gospel that the Holy Qur’an talked about is different from the Gospels that the Christians have today. As well as standing on the texts that confirm the humanity of Jesus, peace be upon him, and that he is a prophet and that he is not a son of God or is God, and to achieve the goals that the researcher seeks, he will follow the descriptive analytical approach through the methods of deduction and induction.

Abstract

Mukena is a women's prayer dress in Indonesia. It is well known that the Nine Saints knew her in the fourteenth century AD, but the truth is that Nyai Mukena first knew her in Cirebon. Mokina is considered an Indonesian women's prayer dress. The prayer dress has standards that must be met for the validity of its use in prayer. The mothers of the believers wore the dress of prayer for the Arabs in the past, as mentioned in some narrations. This research analyzes Mukena's hadiths about the dress of the mothers of the believers' prayer. This research is written using the analytical method by searching for hadiths of the prayer dress of the mothers of the believers, looking at the explanation of the hadiths, and analyzing them in the Arabic traditions in Mukena. The method of writing this research is the library method of collecting sources, references and scientific theses related to this research. One of the results of this research is that Mukena is the prayer dress of Indonesian Muslim women. It is the result of Indonesian culture, and is said to be the result of adaptation by the Nine Saints in the revival of Islamic law. The hadiths describing women’s prayer dress indicate that Islamic law has standards in prayer dress, which are not to show a woman’s private parts. Islamic law does not require the form of dress, and all Muslim women must use the local dress that meets the conditions for covering the private parts of the body in prayer.

Abstract

The Prophet’s Sunnah stressed on highlighting the tumultuous strife that will afflict the Islamic Ummah with the characteristics of those arrogant and fanatics. This research focuses on highlighting the prophetic directives that warned from temptations against the contemporary reality of Muslims, by analyzing what was mentioned in some hadiths related to epics which advised on ways to predict the occurrence of seditions and the ways to ward off them by taking lessons from them since they are considered as a treatment of the prophet against seditions. This topic aims to explore the characteristics of sedition advocates in the Prophetic Sunnah, ways to prevent sedition based on Sunnah, and the danger of sedition advocates to the stability of the country. The article employ the analytical and inductive approach. The first was used to analyze some of the narrations related to the chapters on seditions and epics and understanding them in accordance to what our Prophet intended as the main way to prevent the seditions. The second was used to trace the characteristics the seditions’ advocates and illustrating their danger on the five purposes of Sharia. This article indicates that the advocates of sedition are the hard-liners among the Islamists, and the alienated ones among the secularists alike, and they both pose the greatest threat at the present time on the security and stability of nations in the Islamic world, and their danger to the nations is very clear, especially at the present time where chaos prevailed in most of the Islamic countries; Which exposed it to the risk of disintegration at the hands of those who adopted those speeches from the enthusiastic youth. Furthermore, the noble Prophet's Sunnah contains the adequate treatment and healing balm for all the dangers and strife that befell or befall the nation.

Abstract

It is no secret that the Qur'anic discourse is divine, and no one has been able to call it except as God called it in his Holy Book, where he called it (the book) unique from other speeches and in all his levels of sound, lexical, compositional, rhythmic, and deliberative. This research employs the descriptive analytical approach to investigate the latest linguistic studies, which is the science of the text, which is the “linguistics of the text” in order to find out the aspects of its coherence, consistency and consistency. Among the objectives of this research are: To show some aspects of the Qur’anic miracle by monitoring the most important means of text consistency and consistency through its application in the Holy Qur’an; planting conceptual rapprochement in the fields of discourse analysis between the old criticism (rhetoric) and the new (the linguistics of the text); And an attempt to explain the nature of the Qur’anic rhetorical images and how to operate them by inserting them into a general format and extracting the common structure between them. This research indicates that the Qur’an has included all witches. This is a clear and clear evidence of its comprehensiveness and the unity of its structure, even in terms of meaning, as it does not talk about a life without another. Also, the Qur’anic text is replete with many models, which the commentators mentioned in their books, which highlight their primacy in clarifying the tools of consistency and harmony in the Qur’anic text in general and in Surat Al-Baqarah in particular.

Abstract

The research aims to know the role of women in teaching legal rulings before society in Surat An-Nahl: 125, a comparative study between the interpretations of Al-Bahr Al-Moheet and Nizam Al-Durar in the proportion of verses and surahs. As for the research method, it is the comparative method, which is that the interpreter relies on a group of Qur’anic verses in one place, so he explores the views of the interpreters following what was written in the interpretation of that sentence of verses by describing the methods of interpretation of Sheikh Abi Hayyan Al-Andalusi and Sheikh Burhan Al-Din Al-Baq’i through their interpretations, and then I analyze their ideas about the role of women in teaching Islamic rulings before society in Islam in Surat An-Nahl, verse 125, and then compare their opinion with the discussion. As for the method of this research, it is a library method by collecting information from sources and references related to the topic from books of interpretation. and the sciences of the Qur’an. One of the results of this research is that the Sufi color that approached the interpretation of Abu Hayyan Al-Andalusi and learned the occasion when interpreting the Bekaa’i, this interpretation was able to draw the role of women in teaching the legal rulings before the community. Abu Hayyan al-Andalusi and al-Biqaa’i said that God commands the caller to call to the religion of Islam with wisdom, i.e. the Qur’an, and by the preaching of the Qur’an, he means by good exhortation and by means of arguing with kindness and gentleness. This is the way to achieve success in the field of calling to the path of God.

In this research, the two researchers used an analytical approach, which is the analysis of some positions of the resurrection in Tafsir of Al-Azhar and the interpretation of the Ruh al-Bayan and the hadith of the Prophet. As for the method of this research, it is a library method, where the researchers collected information from sources and references related to the topic. One of the results of this research is that Sheikh Ismail Haqi al-Turki, who composed the interpretation of Ruh al-Bayan, is a Sufi exegesis, while the Indonesian Buya Hamka, who composed the interpretation of al-Azhar, is a literary exegesis. The two interpretations agree in most of the Qur’anic verses, and the difference may occur between them due to the different directions of their interpretation. The difference in style between the Prophet’s hadith and the Qur’anic verses in depicting the conditions of the Resurrection and its positions in the two things: First: The hadith focused on human conditions, while Qur’anic verses focus on the conditions of the universe. The second: The hadith used to depict the horrors of the Resurrection in clarifying the situations and consequences of the two sects: the believers and the unbelievers, and most of the Qur’anic verses portrayed the horrors of the Resurrection in exploding the world and the universe.

Abstract

This study deals with one of the most significant issues of hadith science, which is the issue of the evidence and their impact on the difference between the judgement of the critics on hadiths and outweighing (Tarjeeh) them. It also aimed to show its role in obtaining a decision regarding the different hadiths in terms of their correction or explanation among the critics. To achieve this objective, I used the incomplete inductive approach to collect the models that I reviewed and studied. Then I applied the deductive and critical approach in analyzing and studying this data.  I used the previous methods to obtain accurate results concerning each issue of this research and to indicate the extent of its relevance and strength according to the hadith criticism. This research is divided into different topics including an introduction, and four main topics than a conclusion that explains the results of this research. The most important of which are: One of the features of the critical approach among the modern scholars in the science of Ilal Al- hadith is the search for evidence in each hadith to outweigh one hadith over the other. Also deeming the judgments of the critics on the narrations without considering the evidence that they considered when judging al-hadith and leads to the occurrence of the error in the outweighing between the narrations.
