Abstract

The Decision Support System for Determining Majors for students at State Senior High School 1 Huluk Palik, Sumber Rejo Village, North Bengkulu uses PHP and MYSQL for every second grade increase. The selection of majors is still manual. Teachers cannot yet measure students' abilities in terms of talent and academics. Sometimes teachers only measure in terms of report cards or class rankings. This certainly makes it difficult for students to enter majors according to their talents. Therefore, a decision support system application was created for student majors at State Senior High School 1 Huluk Palik, North Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The resulting application can help North Bengkulu 1 Huluk Palik State High School in its student majors. The results of this application can present data quickly and provide information with a calculation process according to the highest normalization results on the results of the decision tree made and ultimately can make a decision.

Abstract

Residential property business, an activity in which someone invests in one or more houses, the implementation of which does not involve production costs. Because it does not use its own production costs, of course it is very safe for business people to control it, and the results can be taken at any time in the future in the form of profits. Currently, housing business players generally still market products manually, namely face to face (coming directly to the marketing location) to provide information to consumers about the housing sold by the developer. The online market application for housing developers in Bengkulu City is a medium that can be used by developers to market the housing they manage, and also to provide information to the public about housing in Bengkulu City. The domain of this online market application can be accessed via www.olmarketplacedevperumahan.online. In this online market there are 3 access rights for applications, namely administrator (can be placed in housing and data developers in Bengkulu City), developer (can update developer data and housing data applications), and community (can see developer information, housing, as well as installment simulations). In order for developers to access this online market application, developers must enter themselves into APERSI directly by entering the developer's profile. Then APERSI will provide a username and password to the developer, so that the developer can access this online marketplace application

Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage is carried out based on the principles of justice, professionalism and accountability so that Hajj pilgrims can carry out their worship in accordance with the provisions of Islamic teachings. The Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu Province has used an information system in processing data on departure schedules for prospective Hajj pilgrims, however, determining the estimated departure schedule is still done manually. This research aims to analyze the departure schedule of prospective Hajj pilgrims using the weighted product method. The weighted product method in processing departure data is carried out by determining criteria, namely the age of the pilgrims, history of the Hajj and length of registration based on normalized weight calculations and determining vector values, so that a ranking is obtained where the highest value is taken which is used as the main priority.

Abstract

This application can predict data for the next academic year based on analysis of data from the previous academic year on the number of new student registrants per department. With the application, it can help the school in managing school quality assurance, so that it can attract interest from prospective students to register at the school based on the available majors. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application is running as it should and the application is able to display forecasting results based on the trend data entered.

Abstract

The world of education is facing big challenges with the Covid-19 pandemic. All lecture activities that are usually face-to-face are now prohibited and activities must be carried out online. Many applications are offered for carrying out online lectures, such as Zoom, Google Meeting, Whatsapp Group, and Google Drive and others. Lecturers and students must be capable and literate in technology, if one cannot utilize technology, it will be difficult to carry out online lecture activities. One of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic is the change in the school learning system to online. For most learning schools, many things still have to be adjusted, including how to train students to answer questions without them having to cheat by opening the internet. One technology-based learning media that can be used as a support for existing media is in the form of e-learning (electronic learning). E-learning is an internet application that can connect students and educators in an online learning space. E-learning is designed to overcome limitations between educators and students, especially in terms of time, space, conditions and circumstances. In summary, e-learning can create a digital learning space, where students can access material from various sources without being limited by space and time. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it was very effective to carry out online lectures using the Zoom application, Whatsapp Group and Google Drive.

Abstract

Cooking is an activity that can be done by anyone. By cooking, someone can serve a variety of dishes on the dining table. Ingredients, spices and how to process food ingredients in making a dish can be seen in the recipe. Cooking Recipes are a guide for someone in processing food ingredients into dishes that can be served. The use of Android-based devices has increased very rapidly from year to year. One example is an application in the culinary field. Android device users can get a typical Bengkulu recipe application. Searching is a job that we often do in everyday life. One method that is efficient is the binary search method. Binary search can be done on a sequence of numbers that have been sorted, either ascending or descending. Based on the summary above, the author is interested in applying the binary search method to the Android-based search application for Typical Bengkulu Cooking Recipes, which aims to help and make things easier for users who need typical Bengkulu cooking recipes. Based on system testing with User Statisfaction Testing, it shows a value of 4.14 for the display variable, 4.2 for the user convenience variable value and 4.13 for the system performance variable value with these values ​​it can be concluded that the overall result is "Good".

Abstract

The use of signatures is currently widely used to verify the validity of various financial transactions. Checks, credit cards and various other documents use signatures as identification of a person's legitimacy. Identification technology for recognition of signature patterns is included in biometrics which uses natural human behavioral characteristics. In this research, a signature pattern recognition application design will be created using the Support Vector Machine method. The goal to be achieved is to build a system that can detect types of signature forgery based on the Support Vector Machine method. The conclusion of this research makes it easier to recognize a person's signature pattern so that information on the owner of the signature can be known and obtain data about the signature pattern. The design of this application can help users in efforts to detect signatures. This design is suitable for use so that it can make it easy to recognize a person's signature pattern so that information about the owner of the signature can be known. The results of Matlab processing on image processing and artificial neural networks are usually stored in the *.mat extension because image processing and artificial neural network variables are numeric.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the Mikrotik cloud smart switch on the internet network at Bengkulu University, increase the effectiveness of device performance on the internet network, find out the factors that influence the performance of the Mikrotik cloud smart switch, make it easy for network admins to control each Cloud SmartSwitch installed on each Bengkulu University building. The research method used is action research, which is a research method that will be achieved and ended not only in certain organizational situations, but will continue to be developed in the form of applications or theories and then the results will be published to the public for research purposes. Abstract

In the PVJ Restaurant/Cafe business in Bengkulu City, the practice of ordering food and drinks still uses the manual method, where the waiter approaches the visitor and records the order on a piece of paper which is then handed over to the kitchen and cashier. This seems ineffective and allows writing errors to occur which result in inappropriate orders, repeated orders (redundancies), dull pencils, pens or paper orders running out which cuts down on a lot of time to replace them. In addition, with a manual ordering process like this, errors often occur in the ordering sequence due to a backlog of order receipts, this has a negative impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, a strategy is needed that can simplify the ordering process. Searching is a job that is often done in everyday life. The place to search for data is by tracing the data, the place to search for data can be an array in memory (internal search).
