Abstract

The Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Service will collect data on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Bengkulu Province every period. Apart from data collection, the Department will usually provide assistance funds for BUMDES that meet the requirements that have been set, namely there is a PERDES regarding the formation of BUMDES, active management, the business is running, there is an AD/ART, there is a bank account, there is a NPWP, and there is a cover letter. from the Regency DPMD Application for Data Classification of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in Receiving Assistance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Bengkulu Province is an application that can be used to determine the feasibility of Bumdes by analyzing test data (next year's data) based on parameters from training data (data previous year). Classification is divided into 2 classes, namely Eligible and Not Eligible. The method used in classifying Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) data in receiving aid is the Naive Bayes method. The training data will be analyzed first in order to find out the number and probability, where these values ​​will be used to calculate the final value of the test data. The assessment parameters used in the application are Village Regulation, Active Management, Business Already Running, AD ART, Bank Account, and NPWP. The training data was taken from 2018 while the test data was taken from 2019. Abstract

The Housing, Settlement Areas and Land Service of Bengkulu Province is a government agency in Bengkulu Province. Performance assessment using a predetermined form. This agency has 11 honorary employees. Every year an evaluation of the performance of honorary employees will be carried out to make decisions and consideration for honorary employee contracts. The aim of this research was to apply the K-Means Method to determine the pattern of honorary employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkulu Province and to create an application that could provide information on the pattern of honorary employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkulu Province. The application of the K-Means Method in determining the Pattern of Honorary Employees in the Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department of Bengkulu Province was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. The grouping of honorary employee data is based on the results of performance assessments that have been carried out, which in this case There are two to four groups that can be used to differentiate between one honorary employee and another. The results of this grouping can later be used as consideration for the Bengkulu Province Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department to determine who will be contracted for the following year. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application in determining the pattern of honorary employees can provide information to the Housing, Settlement and Land Services Department of Bengkulu Province as to who is eligible to be given a new contract from the results of grouping performance assessment data for honorary employees.

Abstract

Raja Computer Shop Bengkulu is a computer shop that provides laptops, computers and computer accessories. The Bengkulu Raja Computer Store still applies manual shopping procedures or customers must come directly to the store. As well as manual systems such as recording data and sales transactions. To solve the problems above, increase sales and reach a wider market share. Raja Computer Shop Bengkulu uses technology in its marketing and sales strategy by implementing E-Commerce. For data modeling, a structured method is used, namely Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) to describe the data model and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) to describe the functional model. This E-commerce application can help customers to get information about products offered by the No Way Distro, as well as make it easier for customers to order a product, and can help increase sales for the Bengkulu Raja Computer Store.

Abstract

Inventory management, to carry out searches, additions and subtractions, it is very necessary to have a computer so that what is needed to manage inventory becomes better. Amanah Variation is an independently owned business entity which operates in the field of vehicle variation installation services and accessory sales. Because there are many kinds and types of goods being sold, as well as the large number of goods available, the longer it goes on, the more difficult it will be to search and find out the number of each type and type of goods owned. Therefore, it is necessary to have tools (programs) that will be able to solve various inventory management problems. Spare parts or what are called spare-parts are usually not always readily available on the market but are very limited. These spare parts are supporting tools for machines that are used to produce a product so that spare parts have a very vital role in the continuity of the production process in every manufacturing company. This program can be used on an ongoing basis, it will provide a lot of assistance in completing administration and inventory control. ) existing spare parts. This is because by using this program, the process is faster and more controlled. It is also easy to operate, so operators who are tasked with using the program do not experience many difficulties.

Abstract

The Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Service is a government agency in Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Performance assessment using a predetermined form. Every year an employee performance evaluation will be carried out to make decisions and consideration in determining the performance obtained by the employee. The criteria for evaluating employee performance at the Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Service are Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The employee performance application at the Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Service was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. The grouping of employee data is based on the results of performance assessments that have been carried out, namely assessment orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and leadership. The results of grouping employee performance assessment data showed that the number of employees in the high cluster (Cluster I) was 22% and the number of employees in the low cluster (Cluster II) was 82%. The functionality of the application is running well and the application can help the Central Bengkulu Regency Education and Culture Office in knowing the performance of its employees based on 2 groups, namely the high cluster and the low cluster.

Abstract

A library is one of the facilities provided by an institution or agency such as a school, college or region. The library functions as a place to store various book collections, educational, research, cultural, informative and also a place for recreation. The process of searching for books in the library takes a lot of time depending on the size of the library and the number of books available. Sometimes the book you are looking for is not owned by the library so visitors will spend a lot of time just looking for the book. For this reason, technological assistance is needed that can help in the process of searching for books in the library. Current technological developments are increasingly rapid because they adapt to human needs. Technology can help people solve problems quickly and easily, thereby saving time and energy. One way is to record all book catalogs in the library. The process of searching for books becomes easier because it can be done through the system by matching strings on the book title, author and publisher. One method that is suitable for searching book catalogs is sequential search with sentinel. Sequential search with sentinel is the process of comparing each array element one by one in a row starting from the first element until the element you are looking for is found or until the last element of the array. Sequential search can be performed on unsorted array elements or ordered array elements.

Abstract

Research carried out at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is developing a web service with the nusoap library which can interoperate with feeder applications for integrating academic report data. By developing web services, academic reporting can be made easier and the development of existing academic information systems easier. The web service that has been developed by researchers can currently do several things, namely the web service logs into the feeder, lists the tables in the feeder, views each table with the GetRecordSet request, views GetDictionary, GetRecord, imports new student data and KRS with the InsertRecordSet request and Update student grades with the UpdateRecordSet request.

Abstract

The adverse effects of cigarette smoke generally vary, depending on the age and condition of people who become passive smokers, including the impact of cigarette smoke on adults and the impact of cigarette smoke on pregnant women. If the impact of cigarette smoke on adults often inhale cigarette smoke, it can increase the risk of developing lung cancer by 20-30%. An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge where the knowledge is entered into a computer and then used to solve problems that usually require human expertise or expertise. How to make an expert system application for disease diagnosis in passive smokers with the certainty factor method. Can apply the certainty factor method rule pattern on the application of an expert system for diagnosis of disease in passive smokers. It is hoped that the development of this application can be a reference not only for passive smoking so that it is useful for the development of information technology.
