Abstract

The high rate of theft of two-wheeled vehicles makes vehicle owners afraid to leave their vehicles. Most vehicle owners increase the security of their vehicles by providing a padlock key that is placed on the motorcycle disc.Along with the increasing acts of motorcycle theft, vehicle security must also be improved, so that vehicle owners are not afraid if they have to leave their vehicle. Therefore the author wants to create a security system by utilizing a smartphone as a vehicle control tool remotely. In this study a vehicle security system was designed with fingerprints as keys and realtime monitoring of vehicles via telegram by utilizing Arduino Uno, Relay, FingerPrint Sensor, ESP32 CAM and NodeMCU. This study used an experimental method which directly tested the vehicle. The test was carried out with 10 different fingerprints, 8 finger positions and 5 fingerprint obstacles. The test results show that the system can execute commands with an average delay time of 9.11 seconds and can provide notifications in the form of messages to Telegram and can be monitored in real time when someone tries to activate the vehicle.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the Decision Support System in giving rewards to the best doctors at Hasanuddin Damrah Hospital. Currently the job evaluation system at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital is still carried out conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. The sample in this study was 8 data doctors where in the selection of the best doctor will be determined based on the assessment criteria used the main indicators of assessment. The assessment criteria used at the Hospital are Discipline, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Patient Care, Writing and Completeness of Medical Records, Professionalism. Based on the results of this study, the authors designed a Decision Support System to evaluate Doctor's Performance using Visual Basic Net Weighted Product (WP).

Abstract

Studio Foto Lotus adalah salah satu tempat yang menyediakan layanan jasa yang bergerak dibidang fotografi dan beralamatkan di muhajirin Kota Bengkulu. Studio Foto Lotus telah menggunakan alat bantu komputer pada proses pengerjaan fotonya, akan tetapi proses penyampaian informasi produk yang disampaikan tentang layanan jasa pada perusahaan belum begitu efektif berjalan karena banyak pelanggan yang masih merasa kurang jelas mengenai jasa apa saja yang ditawarkan, sehingga pelanggan harus datang langsung ke lokasi atau menggunakan media telepon untuk menanyakan informasi apa saja jasa yang disediakan oleh Studio Foto Lotus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi Promosi dan pelayanan jasa pada Studio Foto Lotus berbasis web dalam melakukan proses Promosi dan pelayanan jasa. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD), perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem yang telah di bangun dapat di manfaatkan oleh studio loneng dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada konsumen yang memerlukan jasa foto. Konsumen yang akan menggunakan jasa dari studio loneng tidak perlu repot-repot untuk datang ke alamat studio loneng, konsumen cukup melakukan order dan memilih paket yang telah di sediakan oleh studio loneng sehingga lebih cepat dan efisien

Abstract

The rapid use of information technology today has made the government more aware of the benefits of using information technology, especially in the internet sector. The high use of the internet is inseparable from the emergence of various website applications developed by the community, entrepreneurs, including government agencies. The Central Government strongly supports the creation of various kinds of community service websites as an effort to keep the wheels of government running. The development of this community service website is an effort to prevent crowds at public service facilities which currently need to be avoided to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 outbreak, which recently has not shown a significant decline. In terms of community services in rural areas, the central government also understands and encourages village governments to have village websites that can be used to empower villages and village communities, this is evidenced by the launch of the desa.id domain extension as an official domain extension and is devoted to websites. Village website development is also a government priority program contained in Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Appendix I CHAPTER I Letter E concerning Priority List in the Village Development Sector, Point d concerning Procurement, Development, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure information and communication and item 2 mentions the creation of a village website. This shows that the central government is really serious so that villages can develop website-based services and information. Karang Dapo Village is one of the villages located in Sikap Dalamg District, Empat Lawang Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. The constraints experienced by the Karang Dapo village government today are the limited access to information that can be seen and accessed by the village community in particular and the surrounding community in general, especially access to information on village activities, village administration, superior village products and village locations. Based on these problems, it encourages the author to create a website and administrative application for the Weskut village. With the existence of a village website and an online village administration application it is hoped that in providing services to the community it can be maximized, and access to information about the village of Karang Dapo can be accessed and seen by anyone and from anywhere while an internet network is still available.

Abstract

Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Bingin Kuning merupakan salah satu Kantor Urusan Agama yang berada di daerah Kabupaten Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu. Pada KUA Kecaqmatan Bingin Kuning proses pendaftaran pernikahan masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu calon pengantin datang langsung ke KUA dan staf KUA menulis pendaftaran di buku pendataan pernikahan. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan secara manual tersebut menjadi permasalahan yang menghambat pelayanan pendaftaran nikah,misalnya menumpuknya jumlah data, hilangnya data, kesalahan menginput nama calon pengantin dan sering tercecernya pasfoto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran nikah dan meningkatkan pelayanan publik di KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD), perancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sistem informasi pendaftaran nikah pada KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning dengan dengan 4 user yaitu admin, calon pengantin, kepala KUA, dan penghulu. Sistem informasi yang dibuat pada KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning berhasil mempermudah calon pengantin melakukan pendaftaran pernikahan yang bisa dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus datang langsung ke KUA dan bisa menghemat waktu.

Abstract

Abstract :This thesis is the result of research that describes how much influence the Village Consultative Body has on the people of Tanjung Tebat Village, golden flower District, South Bengkulu Regency. The Village Consultative Body is an institution that embodies democracy in administering village governance. The Village Consultative Council can be considered as the village parliament. As for the background, the writer's interest in writing this thesis is based on the results of observations and initial interviews that the writer conducted at the golden flower sub-district office, where the selection of members of the Village Consultative Council still uses manual assessment or it can be said that it is not efficient. Where the author offers a Preference Selection Index method to be used in selecting the best Village Consultative Body.In the Preferences Selection Index method, the results are obtained by minimal and simple calculations as they are based on statistical concepts without the need for attribute weights. From the calculations, it can be concluded that the best village consultative body members in the golden flower District fall into alternative A5, namely Design Women with a total value of 0.9084 which has been resolved using the Prefence Selection Prefence Selection Index method. Abstract

The Personnel Information System is an integrated system, which includes employee data collection, data processing, procedures, rank, employment status, and computer technology to produce fast, complete and accurate information in order to support personnel administration activities. Personnel storage is the main thing in staffing issues, especially in finding or changing staffing data to then change it according to needs. This Personnel Information System Application was made using descriptive research methods with the type of case study research at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration, Ogan Komering Ulu Setalan Regency , where the data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and literature studies. For the analysis and design methods used in making the system using the ERD method as a data model and DFD as a process model. Using codeigniter 3 programming and action scripts in making visual code programs. Based on the test results, it was concluded that it allows delays in the data manipulation process and delays in each data display that appears. Meanwhile, based on observations concluded that the system was considered good enough, learnable, easy to use. The system created is in accordance with the needs of the Ogan Komering Ulu Setalan Manpower and Transmigration Office, and this system has been tested using the Black Box testing technique.

Abstract

Telkom Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the field of IT services, ICT and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. PT. Telkom Indonesia has a service that can be used for individuals or companies, namely Indihome. Indihome is a network package, an Indihome Fiber package that provides internet services, interactive TV and home telephones. It takes a design data system for troubleshooting services that can be accessed by customers and suitable technicians to support the smooth running of the process, processing of complaint information and corrective action. By using the proposed system correctly, it may be easier to monitor the distribution of complaint information, so as to speed up the repair process. This can also help speed up the presentation of reports that are accurate, timely and relevant so that they can assist management in making decisions. This is intended so that technicians do not face the main obstacles in recording information and monitoring the length of time working on field problems. In order to overcome this problem, we need a design data system service for electrical problems that can be accessed by the appropriate admin to support the smooth running of the process of processing complaint information and corrective action.

Abstract

Abstract— The implemlelntation of computer network lectures in the delivery of learlning materials already uses media such as zoom meetings and pdf files. Basically there is nothing wrong in using the media. However, the authors argue that it would be better if it was comblined with the use of presentation medlia-based technology. Meanwhile students said that the material provided was quite understandable, but there was a feleling of bolredom during learning because the media was monotonous in the form of pdf files only, and the contents of each slide were too dense/many. Based on this, the solution given is to design a media presentation. Research on the deslign of preselntation media using focusky on computer network courses at the PTIK IAIN Bukittinggi study program uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the DDD-E development model. Media development using the DDD-E model consists of (1) Decide or set progrlam goals and materials, (2) Design or design, namely creating program structures, (3) Develop or developing is prolducing media elements and making media appearance, (4) Evaluate or evaluate, namely checking the entire design and development process. The product tests used in this study are validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. The results of the product test that the author did obtained a validity test from 4 validlators obtained a value of 0.85 with a very valid category, a practiclality test from 3 practicators obtained a value of 0.94 with a very high category, and the effectiveness test from 31 assessors obtained a value of 0, 88 with very effectlive category. Abstract

Abstract_Bandwidth management is a network management technique in an effort to provide fair and satisfactory network performance, which regulates computer networks so that bandwidth is used optimally and evenly. The internet network located in Renah Semanek Village has problems such as unstable internet connection, unequal internet distribution, making it difficult for everyone to access the internet. This study aims to stabilize the internet connection by dividing the maximum possible bandwidth across all clients, so that users will get an equal amount of bandwidth. This implementation has been tested and proven to improve Quality of Service (QoS) on Rt Rw Net. The results of the implementation of the PCQ-Queue Tree method get an increase in QoS value seen from the upload and download parameter testing, initially the internet connection was not divided equally.
