<![CDATA[Abstract_Bengkulu Middle 4 State Senior High School is the only senior high school in Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency. Selection of scholarships at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah is still done manually to select scholarship recipients and this results in errors and often inaccurate selection of scholarships. The Additive Ratio Assessment Method (ARAS) implementation application for selecting scholarship recipients at the Bengkulu Tengah 4 State Senior High School was created to assist teachers in making decisions easier in selecting the right scholarship recipients and assisting in the correct data collection. Processing in terms of data storage. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, functionally the application of the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) Implementation Method for selecting scholarship recipients at Senior High School 4 Bengkulu Tengah is going well as expected.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract_Broncho pneumonia can occur at any age caused by pneumococcal bacteria. Usually the symptoms of bacterial pneumonia are preceded by a mild respiratory infection a week earlier. Implementation of expert systems in the field of health and medicine in the form of initial diagnosis, treatment of the results of the diagnosis, determination of visible clinical symptoms. As-Shifa Bengkulu Clinic is one of the health clinics in the city of Bengkulu. In its service, this clinic serves all those related to disease from children to adults. One of them is Broncho Pneumonia. The lack of expert doctors in handling every problem in this clinic is one of the problems that occur. So that this can cause patients to wait a long time or not be able to consult directly with a doctor. Of course this takes time and will be in vain if the doctor concerned is not available. Therefore an expert system is designed to diagnose Broncho Pneumonia with the Certainty Factor method. This expert system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult online about Broncho Pneumonia.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract_The skin is the outermost organ of the body that lines the human body. The skin makes up 15% of the total body weight. On the outer surface of the skin there are pores (cavities) through which sweat comes out. The skin has many functions, including protecting the body, as a means of touch or communication, and as a means of controlling temperature. To do skin care requires sufficient knowledge. Before carrying out skin care, determining the type of facial skin is very necessary because the determination of skin care must be adjusted to the type of facial skin. The role of a skin specialist is very necessary in determining the type of facial skin care according to skin type. The limited number of dermatologists and doctor's hours of practice, very long queues and long distances are obstacles that are often experienced by most women who seek treatment at beauty clinics. Therefore a tool is designed using an expert system to diagnose facial skin types early. This expert system was designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database by implementing the Certainty Factor Method. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult about facial skin types online. From the results of tests carried out by the certainty factor method, it can be used as a solution in using an expert system to diagnose this type of facial skin care. In applying the certainty factor method, it can provide a percentage of the level of confidence in a disease. So that users can make this expert system as an application that can provide assistance in facial care.]]>

Developments in the field of information technology are currently progressing and developing rapidly, especially in the development of mobile phones, starting from hardware such as Samsung, Lenovo, Oppo, Xiomy and other devices that embed Android. as an operating system because it has many advantages. Umrah worship is mostly carried out by Muslims in Indonesia nowadays due to the long waiting time in the queue to be able to go on pilgrimage. Guidance is given directly or indirectly. Directly, the department of religion or the Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) conducts hands-on training on guidance for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. In using a guidebook prepared by travel or smartphones that search for prayers via Google and make it a little difficult for the congregation because of the many references. This was considered impractical because the guidebook that was included with the travel party was easily scattered, got wet with water or could even be torn so that it could no longer be used. Created a system that continues the design made in this study so that it can be used by related parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Forecasting is an analytical technique that uses historical data as input to make informed forecasts to determine the direction of future trends. Forecasting can be used for business actors to be able to manage and organize sales strategies and inventory in the following month or year. Ficus Bengkulu Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies in the city of Bengkulu which sells various types of medicines, both prescription and non-prescription. The processing of drug sales data is still conventional, so when pharmacists want to know drug sales and drug supplies they have to look at the records from the book so it takes a very long time. Therefore, an inventory application is needed that is able to record drug records and provide recommendations in the form of forecasting to maintain and control drug use and drug demand which is carried out every month. The forecasting method used is the Straight Line Model Method. Based on the implementation of Tremenza drug sales data for 2021, the results for forecasting Tremenza drug sales in 2022 are obtained every month from January to December 2022, where the average value of sales forecasting results per month is 1041 and an increase of 4.83% from average sales per month in the previous year.]]>

The goal of the Health Social Security Administrative Body is to improve access and quality of health services for all underprivileged and incapable people to achieve optimal public health status effectively and efficiently. One of the problems faced by the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining beneficiaries of Health Social Security Administering Body assistance for the Contribution Assistance Beneficiary group is the process carried out by the Bengkulu City Social Service in making decisions on receiving Contribution assistance Health Social Security Administrative Body for poor families, still uses the manual method so it takes time. long to process. This decision support system for determining beneficiaries applies the K-Nearest Neighbor method to assist the selection process of citizens who are entitled to receive the Health Social Security Administrative Body so that it is easier to assess the criteria for residents. K-Nearest Neighbor can perform a mathematically based procedure to evaluate the values ​​of these criteria into an accurate description of the data classification. This decision support system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. This decision support system can provide convenience for the Bengkulu City Social Service in determining beneficiaries of Health Social Security Administering Body assistance for groups of Contribution Assistance Recipients in Bengkulu City.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract-The performance of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) is one of the elements that greatly determines the quality of PUPR services. With this very important function, PPPK performance needs to be managed properly to determine whether PPPK professionalism has been maximized. One way is by using the Clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm which is very fast in the process of grouping potential PPPK performance. This research method uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which is a logical process used by systems analysts to describe an information system, including requirements, validation, training and ownership. The end result of this research is a system that can cluster PPPK performance into 3 parts where the Best Performance Quality consists of 7 people, Fairly Good Performance Quality consists of 1 person and Poor Performance Quality consists of 7 people.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract- Acceptance of new students is a routine activity every academic year that is carried out at school. IT IQRA' High School in Bengkulu City is one of the private schools in Bengkulu City which accepts new students every Academic Year. Based on data obtained from the 2018/2019 Academic Year to the 2022/2023 Academic Year (data attached), it shows that the level of the number of students sometimes decreases and also increases. This fluctuating pattern of student numbers is a problem faced by the school. IT IQRA Senior Middle School' Bengkulu City in determining the strategic steps and policies of the school in dealing with the Acceptance of New Students each Academic Year. The application for forecasting the number of enrollment students at IT IQRA' High School Bengkulu City was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. the forecasting application for the number of student enrollments at IT IQRA' High School in Bengkulu City is an application that can help schools find out how many new student enrollments will be in the coming school year based on the results of an analysis conducted from previous trend data using the Weight Moving Average Method. From the sample data used in the 2018/2019 Academic Year to 2022/2023, the forecast results obtained for the number of new student enrollments in the 2023/2024 Academic Year were 249 new students.]]>

However, only a few have implemented technological sophistication such as the absence of mobile applications and manual admin management. This causes few business units in Indonesia to be able to retain customers due to the lack of management in the gym business unit. Management in gym services is the main focus to improve performance and quality in the business so that it can be properly designed with the right calculations as well, with the existence of technological sophistication can help these problems by developing a website for admin management in the gym business. The design uses the design thinking method which includes the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test stages by conducting tests to find out how easy, efficient, easy to remember, and errors or security of the designed website. Testing is done by interviewing users directly. So that it can be immediately implemented in real terms and can continue to be evaluated to improve admin performance.]]>
