Abstract

Selection of providers of goods and services is a routine work carried out by the Ministry of Public Works Directorate General of Water Resources (DPU DirJen SDA) Yogyakarta as auctioneer project procurement. The auction process conducted by 2 steps that must be passed by each participant selection, namely the pre-selection andselection process. Pre-selection stage takes a long time from the announcement of the project which will be auctioned to the technical bid evaluation assessment of participant selection document roadmap participants. The next stage of the selection process, this process will not work if the previous stage of the selection of participants who did not pass the next phase still could not accept the results of the selection committee on the assessment of the value of the technical evaluation of bids that have been made by the participant selection, because the rule is no objection period provided to participants if the selection can not accept the results of the assessment selection committee. The selection process will run to the next stage after the selection of participants receiving the results of the assessment of the selection committee and given objection period had expired. Based on the background of the existing problems can be formulated on how to make a design decision support system for the selection of providers of goods and services in DPU DirJen SDAYogyakarta. The decision support system aims to implement a decision support system for the selection of goods and services providers to the selection committee in DPU DirJenSDA Yogyakarta. The system works based on the data input of the selection committee which will then be processed by the system based on the required criteria. The data has been processed the system will be displayed and ranked by graphs of each participant selection. From these results we can conclude the committee which participantsprocurement of goods and services providers are entitled to handle the project.

Abstract

Sales of Furniture at Asri Store done manually which services to consumers and recording of goods sold recorded modest. This allows for the difference in the numberof inventory items and the difficulty in knowing revenue each month. Therefore need to be made selling computer-based information systems as an alternative to avoid errors in processing the data on the old system. Sales information system that will be made is built and developed using data modeling with DFD, diimplementasian using visual basic programming language and the use of Microsoft Access databases in data management and storage. The information generated from the sale of informationsystems that report the best-selling items, income statement, and statement of sales transactions. Based on the results of testing with user subjective evaluation, a total of12 respondents (60%) assess quickly the system in service, 11 respondents (55%) assess the performance of the system makes it easy, 13 respondents (65%) believe the system is easy to use good, 13 respondents (65%) assess the system easy to understand

Abstract

Calculate simple math might be resolved manually. But complex calculations such as Array, Matrix, and polynomial may require considerable time to complete. So in this study the authors make the modeling and simulation to assist the process for faster computation. The purpose of this research is to make the modeling and simulation of a simple mathematical operation, array of one-dimensional, two-dimensional arrays, matrices, and polynomial. Abstract

The development of internet technology ensures the availabilities of information anywhere and anytime. Internet users can access the required information via the internet very easy, that is no exception for students. However, if the availability of the information is not managed properly can cause some problems which can arise includeaccessing sites that are not related to education materials (such as porn sites, online gaming sites, etc.). Whereas sites like it usually requires a large bandwidth and are often infiltrated with warm or trojan. Also, often if the students want to access an internet, users must access to the site's server directly. This conditions will reduce access-speed. The university need a solution for it, so the construction of a Proxy Server can do. At Sahid University of Surakarta previously built systems using a proxy server with FreeBSD OS that has some weaknesses. Of weakness, the need to develop new systems to overcome the weaknesses encountered. The system will be constructed that is a proxy server using Fedora OS and Squid 2.6 as supporting software. Development of the new system is a proxy server, designed to block porn sites, online gaming sites, as well as speed up Internet access.The development of a proxy server system at Sahid University of Surakarta produce a faster internet access. Internet access management on the proxy server can block sites that do not relate to the world of education as well as network security firewalls and network control client. This system can also manage Internet access based on time and MAC Address of computer clients.

Abstract

Fractal geometry is branch of mathematics that studies the properties and behavior of fractal. In development fractal is branch of computer grpaphics. In this examination, fractal is discussi to develop computer graphics. The development does with literature and simulation based on former of each the curve. There are four fractal will be discussied in this examination, Koch curves, String Grammars, Julia and Mandelbrot Set. Koch curves are formed from line and angel rotation (α). For String Grammars the former of component is curve sentence, formulated with F : (axiom, F-string, f-string, X-string, Y-string, sudut). Mandelbrot and Julia Set are generation a set of complex number zn+1= z n2 + c. Where c belongs to the set of all complex numbers. Koch curve has a good curve if it has special angel (300, 450, 600) except 900. Example ofproduct from String Grammars are Dragon, Hilbert, Sierpinski, Island, Tree1, Tree2, and Tree3. Madelbrot and Julia Set has good curve if it has z coefficient among -2 up to 2 for Real and -2 up to 2 for the Imaginer and the number of iteration is bigger then 50, and the constant |c| is less then 1.

Abstract

Traditional geometry learning method needs a condiserable long enough time. This problem can cerise an effort to an interactive geometry learning develop. To develop the application software it need an alogaritm and specification on the basic geometry shape, especially on triangle and circle. of this research is to develop a RAISE Specification on triangle and circle as well as to develop an interactive GUI software with Java program. The main steps on the rescarh conducted are to develop RAISE Soecification on point, triangle and circle in 2D geometry, to develop a software GUI implementation with Java programming in Netbeans 6.0 the triangle is an extend of point to test the correctness of specification and alogaritm, it is used a Boundary Value Test. If can be concluded that the specification and alogaritm are already developed and tested. Those specifications are also correct to be implemented on cases on triangle and circle it is also develop a GUI interactive software on Java programming

Abstract

Barokah is store that sales goods such as appliances household. It records all transaction in simple note. This allows the difference in the amount of inventory. Therefore the system needs to be made computer-based inventory information as an alternative to solve problem on the old system. Inventory system is built and developed using data modeling with DFD, implemented using the Delphi programming language and using Paradox database as data storage. The information generated from this inventory system which reports the data item, supplier data, purchase order, and sales transactions. Based on the results of questionnaire that was distributed to 30 respondents obtained that more than 50% of respondents said the system can be fast in service, ease of performance, easy to use, and easy to understand.

Abstract

Information systems research and community service institute (LPPM) Sahid. Surakarta University is an institution that has the task to coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of research activities and public service organized by the lecturers who performed in groups or individually. LPPM website already exist, the previous design of the website can be accessed by four users are admin, lecturers, students and visitors then it can be implemented for lecturers and students. In this research researchers completed the admin in order to provide information to visitors and adds reviewers to evaluate the proposal. Data collection methodologyused is the method of observation, and the design methods, the experimental method. The conclusion LPPM website has been tested by the method of McCall and got atotal value of 75.8% quality. According to the results of the test are expected to be applied to the LPPM website USAHID Surakarta to help provide the latest informationand online data processing.

Abstract

Data center information systems is used as a database system PT. Aksara Solopos Surakarta, the core of this system is the maintenance operation news and data access.Over time, based on observations of the authors found several deficiencies, that is: news the upload process takes a long time because of election news for and have to repeat the same number of clicks on each upload news and searching the lack of facilities. Data center information systems PT. Aksara Solopos Surakarta this is used as a data storage news which was published and processed every day. On the system admincan do maintenace news, maintenace account, maintenace category, maintenace channels, searching and downloads. While visitors can only access the news only. Based on the test results by using the method webqual and direct interview of the user obtained the value 89,7% that the quality of the data center's information systems is influenced by the usability and based on interviews with admin data center information systems PT. Aksara Solopos Surakarta that the system that has beendeveloped is now better compared to the previous system primarily on process uploading, searching and there are download button.

Abstract

The data processing system of the Job Training Informatics Engineering Program at the University of Sahid Surakarta rudimentary, especially for students who will carryout the course PKL, of course require more information about requirements, execution time, as well as the placement of the PKL is true, accurate and up to date. Looking atsome of these constraints then the authors developed a system is better to overcome some of these constraints.The data processing system made under the terms and conditions PKL registration in Informatics Engineering Program Sahid University of Surakarta. This system servesto input student data, Data lecturer, registration data PKL, and seminar PKL, and make the process of filing PKL title, appointment of supervisor, submission seminar PKL and the process of appointment of examiners PKL. The resulting output of this system in the form PKL data recap report, PKL title report, and PKL seminar report. The product resulted by this research is a tested The data processing system of the Job Training. Based on the result of system testing using McCall method with fivefactors used to assess those are : accuracy, reliability, efficiency, function, and maintenance. McCall method was chosen because it is often used and quite good toaccess the quality of software. By using McCall method this system got total score 76.60%. According to the test results required the development of a more significant toenhance the system, in order to improve the quality.
