Abstract

Some ideologies of philosophy thinking, such as Rationalism, Empirism, and Positivism which were born in western countries could not be accepted easily in the Muslim countries many years ago. However, the awareness for not to refuse the mindset or western epistemology, finally could be tolerated by the Muslim scholars, such as Muhammad Abid aljabiri who strived to introduce his new theory of Bayani, Burhani, and Irfani. Those three theories are not substantially different from western epistemology. With different rhetoric, aljabiri strived to make his theories became a bridge to the contemporary Islamic thinking. The source of the Bayani thinking theory is from texts or messages from God, while the Burhani thinking theory is from the reality of nature, humanities and religion. Meanwhile, the theory of Irfani thinking is from the experience of the deepest soul or it is called reflective in the term of Isyroqi tradition. In addition, the theories are also as a reflection of his sadness toward the bad reality of the disability of the Arabian people to follow modem civilization.

Abstract

The framework of thinking about modern scholarship tries to break away from the spiritual dimension. Human consciousness is herded towards the secular. As a result, modern Western humans no longer know about the meaning and purpose of life. Then revisions arose in the form of relativizing the absurdities that had been attributed to the scientific method, while at the same time trying to pave the way for the entry of divine values and spiritual dimensions into the basis of scientific epistemology, ontology and axiology. Some even see that value based on revelation (religion) can enter the scientific methodology process. The scientific method can no longer be maintained in a neutral sense in the absolute sense. Postmodern criticism does not eliminate rationality and does not divert human attention from material phenomena to the spiritual world, but complements rationality with philosophical keys that contain world views and religious morality. Nasr's epistemological thinking has significance with modern or postmodern human consciousness, which requires moral awareness and the meaning of life. Nasr offers in the form of religious-spirituality formulations within the framework of modern human thought.

Abstract

Pornography and porno-action are the two words commonly heard and often become the community discourse. Even today the porno-action, which exploits the body of human being-especially the women-, become worse and is covered nicely as marketable entertainment business. It is believed that the growth of pornography and porno-action is not caused by a single Variable but is supported by other variables usually done by the artists as public figure and published by mass media. According to social philosophy paradigm, the great amount of pornography and porno-action today has clearly destroyed the perfect order of social structure. While according to Islam, it depends on how deep the subject's belief to the religious norm is. The more firmly they hold the religious values, the more slowly pornography and porno-action develop, so that the social structure is not very much disturbed. Therefore, the instruments to be applied to slow down the development of pornography and porno-action are establishing social awareness, as well as realizing the regulations for anti-pornography which function as efforts of prevention and cure.

Rawls' justice theory is based on three basic concepts: concept of property from John Locke, social contract from Rousseau, and imperative categories from Kant. This Rawls' justice conception itself emerges as a respond for social injustice in society as well as i nequitable behavior affected by the ethics of utilitarianism. Furthermore, according to Rawls, justice is fairness. The principles of justice are, (1) equal and maximum feasible liberty for all, (2) power and wealth to be distributed equally, except where inequalities; would work for the adage of all and where all would have equal opportunity to attain the higher position. The first principle supposes as permanent principle and, which cannot be interpreted. On the other hand, the second principle degrades two formulas: (a) everyone’s  advantage (b) equally open. So forth, from formula (a) can be degraded two possibilities: principle of efficiency and principle of differentiation, whereas from formula (b) also can be degraded two possibilities: equality as careers open to talents and equality as equality of fair opportunity): Hencefonh, from possibility of (a) and (b) yielded four possibilities of justice interpretation: natural freedom, free equality, free aristocracy and the equality democratize.
