Abstract

This research is motivated by the gap phenomenon about capital structure and the inconsistency of previous research results. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and bank size on capital structure in the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted in the banking industry that has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2022 period with a saturated sampling method or pooled sampling where this method is a way of sampling where all members in the population are used as samples. This study uses secondary data and the analysis tool used is SPSS software. The results of this study found that profitability and bank size variables have a significant effect on capital structure while liquidity variables have a negative effect on capital structure in the banking industry in Indonesia. The results of this study are also expected to be a reference for further research to increase the number of research variables and increase the number of research populations in various sectors and increase the research period.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the use of QRIS in the tourism support sector in west sumatra tourist destinations with the technological acceptance model (TAM) Approach (Survey On West Sumatra Tourists). The type of research used in this research is explanatory research, with the research method being an explanatory survey that emphasizes quantitative methods. The sample is 250 tourists who use QRIS as a means of payment in the tourism support sector in West Sumatra tourist destinations. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that perceived usefulness has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use QRIS. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use QRIS. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on the attitude toward using QRIS. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the attitude toward using QRIS. Attitude toward using has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use QRIS. Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on behavioral intention to use through attitude toward using QRIS. Abstract

Contemporary lifestyles have witnessed significant shifts due to the rapid pace of societal development. One notable change is the growing preference for instant noodles as a practical, tasty, and cost-effective food option. This research examines the interplay between key brand constructs: the influence of Brand Reputation on Brand Performance, the impact of Brand Credibility on Brand Reputation, and the influence of Brand Performance on Brand Credibility. Employing purposive sampling and a quantitative descriptive approach, this study surveyed 124 Indomie brand customers, aged 17 to 55. Primary data was collected via Google Form questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology with a five-point Likert scale for measurement. Results affirm all hypotheses. The first hypothesis regarding the positive link between brand credibility and brand performance is supported. Similarly, the second hypothesis reveals a positive connection between brand reputation and brand performance. Notably, the third hypothesis introduces a fresh perspective, demonstrating a positive correlation between brand credibility and brand reputation. In summary, this research unveils the complex dynamics in brand management. It highlights the critical roles of Brand Reputation, Brand Performance, and Brand Credibility in shaping consumer preferences and brand success. These insights hold significance for brand strategy and competitiveness in the marketplace.Top of Form

Abstract

The rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry presents challenges for companies. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze factors that can influence customer purchasing decisions that are crucial to enabling the establishment of businesses, promoting sales, and leading to profit enhancement. This research aims to investigate the impact of product knowledge, price perception, product quality perception, reference groups, and trust on the purchasing decisions of unbranded generic drugs in the city of Semarang. The data analysis method is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. A total of 163 respondents were gathered as the sample. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that all variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, both directly and indirectly, mediated by the variable of trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh moderasi kepemilikan perusahaan terhadap hubungan politik dengan penghindaran pajak di 78 perusahaan manufaktur Indonesia yang terdaftar di BEI antara 2018-2022. Hasil analisis regresi moderasi menunjukkan bahwa hubungan politik berpengaruh positif signifikan pada penghindaran pajak. Namun, moderasi kepemilikan perusahaan bervariasi; kepemilikan saham institusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sementara kepemilikan saham manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan. Keterbatasan penelitian meliputi sampel terbatas pada perusahaan manufaktur BEI dan penggunaan data sekunder. Penelitian mendatang sebaiknya melibatkan sektor industri dan ukuran perusahaan yang lebih beragam, data primer, serta metode penelitian yang lebih komprehensif seperti analisis jalur atau eksperimen. Faktor kontekstual dan variabel kontrol tambahan juga perlu dipertimbangkan untuk pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pengaruh moderasi kepemilikan perusahaan terhadap hubungan politik dan penghindaran pajak di perusahaan manufaktur Indonesia.

Abstract

This investigation seeks to elucidate the impact of the Korean Wave phenomenon and hedonistic consumer behavior on purchasing decisions regarding official and unofficial AESPA merchandise in Indonesia. The findings are anticipated to inform SM Entertainment's marketing strategy development, with particular emphasis on leveraging the Korean Wave and hedonistic lifestyle factors. Employing a quantitative research methodology, this study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis, executed via IBM SPSS version 29. The sampling procedure adheres to a non-probability approach, specifically utilizing judgment sampling. The study population comprises 100 Indonesian MY (AESPA fan community members) who engage with AESPA's music at a minimum frequency of once per month. The results demonstrate that both the Korean Wave and hedonistic lifestyle variables exert statistically significant influences on purchasing decisions, both independently and in conjunction.Keywords Korean Wave, Hedonism Lifestyle, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of e-logistics, e-service quality, and feature usage on customer satisfaction in the context of Shopee application usage in Indonesia. Through data analysis, the results in Table 2 indicate that hypotheses 1 to 5 are accepted with significant path coefficients. Thus, a strong positive influence is found between the variables e-logistics, e-service quality, feature usage, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of testing hypotheses 6 and 7 in Table 3 reveal that e-service quality successfully mediates the influence of e-logistics on customer satisfaction effectively, while the hypothesis 7 regarding feature usage as a mediator is not proven to be significant. This research underscores the importance of enhancing electronic service quality (e-service quality) as an effective strategy to improve customer satisfaction in the context of e-commerce, particularly on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

Atozz brand sandals are sandal products that will continue to develop in the future, so there are still many things to improve from this product. Therefore, this research aims to determine what consumers expect from Atozz sandals products in the future regarding improving the deficiencies in the products. This development research uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of this study concluded that the attributes can be prioritized first on the attribute of always doing service consistently. The second development is improving the selection of raw materials starting from making with strong glue. This development can make the products not easily separated when exposed to water, and the product is more durable and long-lasting. The development of proper packaging is also essential to maintain product durability. Moreover, the third development is designing various sizes according to the desires and needs of consumers in order to attract customer interest in purchasing the product.

Abstract

The cause of a company's declining income is close to employee performance, which is not optimal. So, an in-depth analysis is needed to see whether there are various causal factors. Therefore, this research wants to test whether work engagement, organizational culture, workload, and work stress influence employee performance. This research was conducted in the Gardens of Serdang District. The data collection method uses quantitative description. The research results show that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.001 0.05, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a level of significance 0.038 0.05, Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, and simultaneously work engagement, organizational culture, workload and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 0 .05. This research only focuses on four research variables, so other variables can still influence employee performance This research is fundamental because it will provide new knowledge that several things are important in improving employee performance. So it is concluded that all research variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja lingkungan memainkan peran penting dalam melestarikan lingkungan alam dari dampak negatif (polusi, limbah) serta mempertahankan kinerja baik bagi perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Lebih lanjut, kinerja lingkungan adalah hasil positif yang diperoleh organisasi atas usahanya dalam memperhitungkan atau memasukkan kepentingan lingkungan ke dalam kegiatan usahanya. Tujuan dari tinjauan literatur sistematis ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dalam organisasi apa saja yang dijadikan sebagai penentu tercapainya kinerja lingkungan. Data diperoleh dari database Scopus sebagai standar penerbitan artikel dan publikasi online dan telah disaring secara sistematis berdasarkan kriteria penulis hingga diperoleh 40 artikel. Dengan menggunakan penelusuran kata kunci “environmental performance”. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa determinan dari environmental performance dapat diidentifikasi menjadi dua level yaitu individu di antaranya green innovation, pro environmental-behaviour, green transformational leadership dan employee engagement. Kemudian dari level organisasi yaitu GHRM, stakeholder competitor pressure, buyer-supplier relation, green intellectual capital, environmental strategy, green supply chain management, corporate social responsibility, dan environmental commitment. Manfaat praktis dari penelitian ini sebagai masukan pada top manajemen dan praktisi untuk fokus pada faktor determinan tersebut demi tercapainya environmental performance.
