Abstract

Pariwisata pedesaan dapat berkontribusi untuk mengurangi eksodus penduduk dari daerah pedesaan dan menciptakan lapangan kerja serta mempromosikan pembangunan sosial-ekonomi daerah pedesaan. Pariwisata pedesaan sebagai alternatif kegiatan pengembangan daerah pedesaan serta melestarikan alam, tradisi, budaya dan kegiatan khas yang ada di daerah tersebut. Kearifan lokal merupakan nilai-nilai atau norma yang bersifat baik dalam suatu masyarakat yang terbentuk dalam menjalani dinamika kehidupan masyarakat tersebut akan pengelolaan sumberdaya alam. Makalah ini mengidentifikasi dan meninjau studi literartur yang berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pengembangan desa wisata yang berkearifan lokal yang merupakan bagian dari pembangunan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan desa wisata, kearifan lokal dan pembangunan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata yang berkearifan lokal merupakan bagian dari pembangunan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

 Environmental pressure caused by tourism activities is increasing in line with the number of visitors and the development of infrastructure-related tourism to meet the needs of tourists who visit the tourist attractions. This leads to the increasing of the amount of solid and liquid waste, pollution, sanitation and aesthetic problems. Bukittinggi has a leading tourist attractions that are almost all located within the city making it easier for tourists to travel to various locations. A thorough concern on environmental sustainability has not been undertaken by the tourism sector of Bukittinggi City. Bukittinggi is currently overshadowed by the concerns of the carrying capacity of the city to accommodate several functions simultaneously within a limited area. The purpose of this research is to analyze the environmental problems caused by tourism activities in Bukittinggi City. This research was conducted by qualitative approach using in-depth interview to sector related with tourism, observation and literature study. Research activities conducted in June to October 2017. The results showed that tourism activities that tend to be centralized in the city center resulted in congestion and lack of parking space. The increase in tourists is followed by increased waste generation, energy use, CO2 emissions and water consumption. It is suggested to the government to synergize the policy of tourism development with the concept of sustainable development. Keywords: Sustainable Tourism , Tourism Environmental Impact, Ecotourism, Sustainable Development  ABSTRAK  Tekanan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh kegiatan pariwisata semakin meningkat seiring dengan jumlah pengunjung dan pengembangan infrastruktur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan. Hal ini menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah limbah padat dan cair, polusi, sanitasi dan masalah estetika. Kota Bukittinggi memiliki tempat-tempat wisata yang terkenal dan hampir semuanya terletak di dalam kota sehingga memudahkan wisatawan untuk melakukan perjalanan ke berbagai lokasi. Akan tetapi, perhatian menyeluruh terhadap kelestarian lingkungan belum dilakukan oleh sektor pariwisata. Sedangkan Kota Bukittinggi saat ini dibayangi oleh kekhawatiran daya dukung kota untuk mengakomodasi beberapa fungsi secara bersamaan dalam area terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis masalah lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh kegiatan pariwisata di Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan wawancara mendalam pada sektor yang terkait dengan pariwisata, observasi dan studi literatur. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga Oktober 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pariwisata yang cenderung terpusat di pusat kota mengakibatkan kemacetan dan kurangnya tempat parkir. Peningkatan wisatawan diikuti oleh peningkatan timbulan sampah, penggunaan energi, emisi CO2 dan konsumsi air. Disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk mensinergikan kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata dengan konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Pariwisata berkelanjutan, Dampak lingkungan pariwisata, Pembangunan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Abstract: Competition in telecommunications industry makes industry players look for various ways to get awareness from consumers, one of which is by approaching them through advertising or advertising with the message appeals method that is attracti ve to consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the message appeald in influencing the purchase intention of XL Axiata prepaid data card users in West Sumatra. The calculation of the number on samples using the Slovin formula with a total sample size of 400 and the sampling of districts / cities from the total sample using cluster random sampling. The collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for all variables. The findings indicate that there is no significant rational appeals effect on purchase intention. Emotional has a significant effect on purchase intention. Rational has a significant effect on brand awareness. Emotional has a significant effect on brand awareness. Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchase intention

Abstract

In this decade, mobile banking applications greatly facilitate customers to make transactions and enjoying banking services without having to visit branch offices, in which it can conducted anywhere. This paper aims to evaluate the direct and indirect effect of m-banking service quality on customer loyalty through mediating contribution of customer satisfaction. For the technique of sampling, this paper has used purposive with two criteria. In the distribution process, online method by assisting g-form questionnaires. As many as 154 completes questionnaires returned, then analyzed by Smart PLS 4.0.9 with the technique of SEM. Results indicated that M-banking service quality has a positive and significant effects on customer loyalty and satisfaction, then success in the mediating test by partial effect.

Abstract

This research examines the concept and empirical basis of settlement and local wisdom. Settlements contain residential environments along with facilities and infrastructures to support functions. Local wisdom is local ideas that have good values or norms practiced and believed to be referenced in everyday life. This study observes the implementation of local wisdom in settlement management, which aims to assess the local wisdom contained in settlements Nagari Pariangan, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province using a qualitative descriptive method. The novelty of this research reveals contextually the local wisdom of settlements in Nagari Pariangan, which has its characteristics, including Rumah Gadang and surau (prayer houses) owned by each suku (ethnic group), as well as tapian (banks) used for common purposes. Results of this study show that the values of local wisdom in settlements in Nagari Pariangan are manifested in the value of environmental conservation and social values, where these values are not fully maintained, and some have not been continued or implemented until now. To maintain the values of local wisdom can be continued it is necessary to provide learning to the younger generation and to activate the surau as a mean of learning and education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore domestic tourist emotions and their crisis behavioral intention during the stage of new normal phase associated to COVID-19 Pandemic. Using a purposive sampling, this study adopts quantitative exploratory with online survey technique in 34 provinces in Indonesia. A descriptive analysis was employed to explore tourist emotions underpinned by Russel’s emotion classification scheme and travel intention during the new normal a part of prodromal phase of COVID-19 crises lifecycle. About 3650 Indonesian “quarantined” resident- a former of active traveller before COVID-19 pandemic- participated in this study. This study found that being alerted, bored, exhausted as the top three main negative emotions developed during the new normal phase associated to COVID-19 pandemic. The result also showed most of tourist felt lack of tourist confidence to travel during the new normal phase. This study limited by single stage of prodromal phase in COVID-19 limited to Indonesian context. This study is one of the first that deeply explored tourist behavior centered on psychological factor in new normal phase- a transition phase between semi lockdown to normal era with COVID-19 health protocol in Tourism Disaster and Crisis Management discipline.

Abstract

The presence of e-commerce and online trading platforms has enabled and directed people to buy goods online anywhere and anytime. Sellers can choose various online trading methods that best suit the business model, one of which is live streaming through the Tiktok social media platform. This study aims to investigate the effect of Prodomestic Etnocentrism, Customer Trust and Live Streaming on Purchase Intention wich are mediated by customer trust. Online survey was applied to 160 respondents. Research instruments were adapted from previous studies. Structural equation modelling was applied to analyzed the data of this research by using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that live streaming and customer trust have an important and meaningful impact on customer attitudes. The impact of live streaming, customer trust, and customer attitude on purchase intention is significant. This study also found the significant role of attitude in mediating relationship between live streaming and customer trust towards purchase intention. But, pro-domestic ethnocentrism didn’t have significant effect to both of customer attitude and purchase intention in Tiktok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh personalitas destinasi Sumatera Barat terhadap niat berkunjung kembali wisatawan nusantara. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Generasi Z dan Milenial yang berkunjung ke Sumatera Barat dalam kurun dua tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria berusia antara 18 dan 42 tahun, dan bertempat tinggal di luar Sumatera Barat. Data dari 178 responden dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS Amos untuk Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personalitas destinasi, keseruan dan ketangguhan, memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the use of QRIS in the tourism support sector in west sumatra tourist destinations with the technological acceptance model (TAM) Approach (Survey On West Sumatra Tourists). The type of research used in this research is explanatory research, with the research method being an explanatory survey that emphasizes quantitative methods. The sample is 250 tourists who use QRIS as a means of payment in the tourism support sector in West Sumatra tourist destinations. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that perceived usefulness has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use QRIS. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use QRIS. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on the attitude toward using QRIS. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the attitude toward using QRIS. Attitude toward using has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use QRIS. Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on behavioral intention to use through attitude toward using QRIS. Abstract

Tourism is well-known as a profitable economic activities both to developed and developing countries. Many scholar has identified some benefit from tourism. Tourism can accelerate economic growth and regional development from tourist needs and activity in the destination. This research examines studies on tourism infrastructure that have been published in journals and other venues to develop better knowledge about the position of past and current research and to create recommendations for future research. After reviewing 27 publications, this research shows the importance of the infrastructure to support tourism development.
