Abstract

Keberhasilan dalam suatu bank adalah jika dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari perusahaan perbankan go public yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2005 sampai 2009. Dari data BEI diambil sampel 19 bank yang memenuhi persyaratan dan di analisis menggunakan multiple regressiion analisis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran (size) dan Capital adequacy ratio (CAR) ada pengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan pertumbuhan deposito dan loan to deposit ratio (LDR) menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Abstract

KPPSB menjadi unsur strstegis dalam kelompok-kelompok masyarakat warga setempat yang selalu peka terhadap perubahan khususnya yang  terkait dengan ketidakberdayaan, kemiskinan,  keterbelakangan dan merumuskannya dalam bentuk kebijakan – kebijakan untuk dapat dilaksanakan. Abstract

Sistem Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Manajemen sangatlah penting di dalam melipatgandakan kinerja perusahaan atau unit organisasi. Konsep ini berorientasi ke masa depan, bukan masa lalu didesain sedemikian rupa sehingga sistem pengendalian manajemen ini sangat komprehensif, koheren dan berkerangka. Untuk membentuk masa depan organisasi, diperlukan efektivitas yang sangat tinggi berupa pembentukan mindset dalam diri sumber daya manusia yang menjalankan sistem tersebut.

Abstract

This study examined three independent variables, ie Procedural Fairness, Distributive Fairness, and Interactional Fairness can affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the three independent variables on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted with a questionnaire to 100 PLN customer obtained by using purposive sampling techniques. The data that have met the test of validity, reliability, and test the assumptions of classical. These results indicate that all the independent variables tested are positive and significant impact on customer  satisfaction through the F test and t test, whereas the number Adjusted R Square of 0.236 indicates 23,60%of the variation in people satisfaction which can be explained by the third independent variable, where the remaining 76.40% is explained by other factors outside of the study.   Keywords: Procedural Fairness, Distributive Fairness, Interactional Fairness, customer satisfaction

Abstract

A company will succeed or fail even largely determined by the leadership. Leaders establish direction by developing a vision for the future, then communicate to everyone and inspire these people in the face of all odds. Servant leadership simultaneously can improve employees personal growth and improve the quality and service institutions begun all personal involvement of every member of the organization in the decision-making process as well as ethical behavior and responsible. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of disclosure of intangible assets in the banking company. Disclosure of intangible assets is an important concern for modern accounting disclosures aimed determine the ability of an intangible asset in improving profitability, productivity and market valuation. New types of intangibles such as employee competence, relationships with customers, simulation models, administration and computer systems are not recognized in the financial reporting model and conventional management. Testing of intangible assets is done by using the components of capital, namely Physical Intellectual Capital, Human Capital, Structural Capital.This research was conducted by a quantitative method using secondary data. The population of this study was obtained from the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008 - 2011. The study sample was 12 Banks are selected using purposive sampling method. Analysis techniques used is by using multiple linear regression model using SPSS. The results showed results provide empirical evidence that the Physical capital does not affect the profitability, productivity, and penilaiaan banking market in Indonesia. While human capital affect the profitability and market penilaiaan, but has no effect on the pebankan produkivitas. Structural capital does not affect the profitability and market penilaiaan, but the effect on the productivity of banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Globalization is a process of economic activity and trade, where countries around the world into a single market forces increasingly integrated with the territorial limits of the country without hindrance. Developments in this era of globalization impact to human life. Based on these conditions, affect the appearance of many engaged in the retail trade of daily consumer goods in various cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of Display, Positive Emotion and Store Atmosphere to Impulse Buying.             This study used accidental sampling method on the visitor Alfamart Citarum Raya Semarang. Data obtained by distributing 100 questionnaires to the visitors Alfamart Citarum Raya Semarang. The independent variable in this study is the Display of Positive Emotion and Atmosphere Store while the dependent variable is the Impulse Buying. The statistical methods used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis            The results of this study indicate that the variable Display and Positive Emotion there is a significant effect on Impulse Buiyng. As for the Atmosphere Store variables showed no significant effect on Impulse Buying. The results of this study also showed that the value of R Square of 21.6% while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other variables that are not proposed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine variable-variable firm size, profitability, financial leverage, managerial ownership and devident payout ratio to find companies that perform income smoothing practices and that not doing income smoothing practices listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the year 2008 - 2012.This study uses a quantitative approach, where the data used for the study are the financial statements of the years 2008-2012. The samples are 265 companies for 5 years in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and were selected using purposive sampling method. Subsequently the samples were classified into groups grader profit and not income smoothing using Eckel. Analysis of the data obtained performed using logistic regression analysis.The test results of five independent variables using logistic regression showed that company size and financial leverage effect on income smoothing practices while to profitability, managerial ownership , and devident payout ratio has no effect on income smoothing practices

Abstract

Employe entrepreneurial behavior are considered to be an important driver of innovation and strategic renewal within companies. This paper focuses on employee behaviour and how it can be stimulated towards entrepreneurship. We propose and test a two-step model where formal and informal work context affects employees’ entrepreneurial behaviour, which then provides the basis for bottom-up initiated entrepreneurial projects. Our empirical data consist of questionnaire responses of 176 employees in Star Hotel Semarang. The results of structural equation model estimations indicate that organisational structure affect employees’ entrapreneurial behaviour, but also trust in the direct manager. We also find that innovativeness and personal initiative, but not risk taking, play a role for an effective translation of employees’ behaviour into entrepreneurial projects
