Abstract

Consumer’s perception of online shopping risk, convenience and usefulness distinctly affects consumer’s trust as well as consumer’s acceptance behavior of online shopping. Therefore, this paper puts forward a consumer’s trust antecedents model based on TAM to explain online shoppers` behavior, in which consumer’s trust plays a core role. The result shows that consumer’s online shopping intention is decided by trust, perceived usefulness and perceived risk of online shopping, and consumer’s trust depends on consumer’s perceived risk, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of B2C E-commerce.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of determinant factors of student loyalty. Population in this study were students in STIE Totalwin Semarang. Based on purposive sampling method, 240 samples were obtained by observation data. The results of this study indicate that students satisfaction, students trust, students commitment, and students perception about learning has significant influence on student loyalty

Abstract

A significant amount of research has focused on the ethical dilemmas facing business-to-business salespeople and the conflicts these salespeople face in making decisions on how best to represent and sell their products. A number of studies have identified the common implications that result as a consequence of ethical or unethical behavior, but few studies have made an attempt to understand the factors that lead to ethical salesperson intentions. The present study empirically examines antecedents of ethical salesperson behavior.

Abstract

This paper reviews and extends the literature on entrepreneurs ethical behavior. Building on previous ethical decision making models, we argue that the nature of both the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurship context warrant additional theorizing within the ethics literature. We propose that entrepreneurs face unique internal and external drivers of ethical behavior. Likewise, in the course of engaging in entrepreneurial activities, the entrepreneurs higher accountability and concern for reputation may lead to relatively  higher ethical conduct, while the increased uncertainty may countervail these pressures. We discuss the implications of these tensions and future directions for research.

Abstract

Academics as well as managers have long been interested in the role of satisfaction with complaint handling (SATCOM) in shaping customers’ attitudes and repurchasing decisions. This interest has generated a widespread belief that SATCOM is driven by the perception that the complaint handling process is just. To test how SATCOM is modulated by distributive, interactional, or procedural justice, we performed a meta-analysis of 60 independent studies of the antecedents and consequences of SATCOM. Results indicate that SATCOM is affected most by distributive justice, then by interactional justice, and only weakly by procedural justice. We also find that SATCOM mediates the effects of justice dimensions on word-of-mouth. However, contrary to com-mon belief, SATCOM does not mediate the effects of justice dimensions on overall satisfaction and return intent. We draw on our results to suggest several avenues for further research.

The purpose of the paper is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the concept of intrapreneurship. Concluding, the paper suggests directions for future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control to entrepreneurial intention. The data in this study were obtained from student at STIE Totalwin Semarang. Results and the theoretical implications of this research is that this study supports previous research that says that the attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control affect to entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the factors that affect the competitive advantage through service behavior. The method used is the method of survey data obtained directly through questionnaires. Sampling using sensus sampling methods and methods of analysis used in this research was the path analysis.  Based on the research results revealed that organizational communication, and service culture have effect on service behavior. And variable service behavior have effect of the firm competitive advantage.
