Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) , Level Disclosure and Timeliness ( Timelines ) Submission of Financial Information Website On The Stock Market . Sample in this study consisted of 70 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index ( JII ) from 2008-2012. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis.The results of hypothesis testing showed that the IFR has a significant influence on the abnormal stock returns, the level of disclosure has negative effect on abnormal stock returns and timeliness has no significant effect on abnormal stock returns.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is a process in which individuals exchange their knowledge (implicit and explicit) and they create new knowledge together. Knowledge is an valuable source for organizations that cause to survive in competitive environment and can be used to achieve competitive advantage. Knowledge can be available to individuals and organizations, therefore, there must exit conditions in the organization that people be able to share their knowledge with other individuals. In such situation, organizations can improve employees performance and also organizations performance. This paper explores the antecedents and consequences knowledge sharing. This study argued that social interaction ties, shared vision and trust should be associated with knowledge sharing. Next, the conceptual relationship between knowledge sharing and individual performance, organizational performance, and organization competitive has been established.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influences of organizational commitment to employee performance. Respondents of this research are 130 Respondent are production staff in XYZ firm Semarang. This research use Structural Equitation Modeling (SEM) under AMOS 21 program as analysis toolsThe model of relationship between the three variables studied shown that the organizational commitment that comprise of affective commitment, continuance commitment, have a significant effect on employee’s performance with positive signs. The studied also shown that normatif commitment, have no significant effect on employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the quality of teaching,  and the quality of service in conjunction with satisfaction and loyalty student of the STIE Totalwin Semarang. Data were obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that student loyalty can be built from a variable learning through student satisfaction and student loyalty can also be constructed from the quality of service through student satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the influence of WCT, and liquidity toward profitability of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out using non-probabilistic sampling and obtained 62 of 149 manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. The results of regression analysis show that WCT, have a significant effect toward liquidity. Meanwhile, the liquidity variable influence significantly toward the profitability.

Abstract

This paper explores the relationship between knowledge sharing, organizational and individual performance. First, it is argued that knowledge sharing should be associated with individual performance, second that individual performance and organizational performance are strongly associated to each other. Next, the conceptual relationship between knowledge sharing, individual performance and organizational performance has been established. After that, corresponding prepositions on knowledge sharing individual performance and its relationship on organizational performance has been given. This study adds to the understanding of the effects of knowledge sharing on individual and organizational performance, and gives implications to the practice of knowledge sharing

Abstract

This paper investigates the antecedents and consequences of customer loyalty in an online business-to-consumer (B2C) context. We identify eight factors (the 8Cs— customization, contact interactivity, care, community, convenience, cultivation, choice, and character) that potentially impact e-loyalty. The paper also reveal that e-loyalty has an impact on two customer-related outcomes: word-of- mouth promotion and willingness to pay more.

Abstract

E-commerce has been giving a lot of benefits to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), but there are only a few SMEs which have adopted it. Therefore, it is necessary to find out what are the factors that support SMEs to adopt E-commerce. So far, researches on E-commerce have been done on foreign-large-scale businesses, while researches on SMEs especially about the adoption of E-commerce have been a few. That is why this research will discuss the adoption of E-commerce on Indonesian SMEs and will include the factors that support E-commerce adoption. The problems in this research are elaborated into research questions, i.e. do, top management support, organizational readiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits have significant positive effect to E-commerce adoption? And does the adoption have significant positive effect to company’s performance? The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that support E-commerce adoption on Indonesian SMEs and to analyze whether the adoption improves the performance of the SMEs. This technique is chosen because it is the second generation of multivariate analyzing technique that enables researchers to test the relation between complex variables to get an overall view of the whole model. Besides, SEM can also test a series of a complicated relation simultaneously. The results of this research explain that top management support, organizational readiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits have Significant positive effect to E-commerce adoption, and the adoption have significant positive effect to company’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leadership role and control system and staff proactive behavior.This study uses primary data. Data taken directly from the respondents by using questionnaire technique in star Hotel Semarang that are the object of research. Data were analyzed by simple regression analysis and residual test.The results showed that suggests that leadership role and control system significantly affect staff proactive behavior.

Abstract

Facing uncertain environtment, firms have strived to achieve greater exchange collaboration to leverage the resources and knowledge of customer. The objective of the study is to uncover the nature of exchange collaboration and explore its impact on firm competitive advantage. The results indicate that exchange collaboration has a significant impact on firm competitive advantage.Â
