Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the factors that affect the competitive advantage through product innovation. The method used is the method of survey data obtained directly through questionnaires. Sampling using sensus sampling methods and methods of analysis used in this research was the path analysis.  Based on the research results revealed that human capital, and entrepreneur orientation have effect on innovation. And variable innovation, have effect of the firm competitive advantage

Abstract

Performance is an important part of an organization, either a business or non business. To perform well, it is very dependent on the role of a manager. The present research seeks to investigate the effect of budget preparation participation on the managerial performance with job relevant information, job satisfaction and motivation as the intervening variables.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the influence of WCT toward profitability and liquidity of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is every manufacturing company enlisted in the BEI at the year 2009-2012. The samples were obtained by using the purposive sampling method until only 15 companies were qualified as samples. This research used regression analysis method to find out the effect of independent variables, which are wct to the profitability and liquidity of the company.The result of this research shows that the WCT (working capital turnover) has insignificant effect to the profitability and liquidity of manufacturing companies enlisted in the BEI at year 2005-2012.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence of perceived feasibility, perceived desirability, and propensity to act to entrepreneurial intention. The data in this study were obtained from student at STIE Totalwin Semarang. Results and the theoretical implications of this research is that this study supports previous research that says that the perceived feasibility, perceived desirability, and propensity to act affect to entrepreneurial intention.
