Abstract

Web mining in searching based on keywords by automatic clustering is a document searching method by classifying documents based on its keyword. Following is the clustering by centroid linkage hierarchical method (CLHM) to the number of keywords from each document. In clustering, initialization is commonly required for the number of cluster to be formed first, however, in some clustering cases, the user cannot determine how many clusters can be built. Therefore, on this paper, the Valley tracing method is applied as a constraint which identifies variants movement from each cluster formation step and also analyzes its pattern to form automatic clustering. Document data used are from text mining process on documents. Based on 424 documents, this research shows that clustering method using CLHM algorithm can be generally used to classifying documents with exact number automatically.

Abstract

This paper proposes a novel compact band-stop filter based on Rectangular SRR unit cell. The BSF structure consists of modified microstrip line connected to 50 Ω feed line on both sides and Rectangular-SRR which has been added and located in the center of the proposed design. The R-SRR dimensions are chosen and optimized in order to achieve a resonant frequency in the undesired band. This filter is designed, simulated and optimized using two electromagnetic solvers. The circuit performances have been investigated and found to have an excellent BSF characterized by high power rejection level in the stop-band, low insertion loss in the both pass-bands and compact size. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed BSF achieves a wide fractional bandwidth of 72 % at 2.2GHz.

Abstract

Different fractal structures have been widely used in many antennas designs for various applications. A fractal antenna is used for miniaturization and multiband operation. This paper presents a design of a dual-band fractal antenna fed by coplanar waveguide (CPW) transmission line. The proposed antenna is designed and fabricated on an FR4 substrate with a volume of 70x60x1.6mm3, resonates at 2.42-2.62GHz and 3.40-3.65GHz with a return loss less than -10dB. The design and simulation process is carried out by using CST-MW studio electromagnetic solver. Simulation results show that the resulting antenna exhibits an interesting dual frequency resonant behavior making it suitable for dual band communication systems including the ISM and WiMAX applications. Concerning the fabrication and measurement of the final prototype of this antenna, a good agreement is found between simulation and measurement results for both frequency bands.

Abstract

A minute is all it takes for a hacker to gain informations from your computer, such as Wi-Fi password. Due to the limited capability of people to remember a lot of complex and unique password, people tend to use the same password for most of their account. This paper aimed to implement Wi-Fi password stealing program in USB Rubber Ducky using USB Rubber Ducky Scripting, Visual Basic Script, Web Server, Command Prompt, and Ducky Toolkit to obtain clear text Wi-Fi password that ever connected to the computer. In the testing phase, the success rate of Wi-Fi password stealing program reached 94.28% with 87.87% obtained personal password is still categorized as guessable password and the password reuse rate reached 81.81%. Thus, Wi-Fi password stealing program can be very dangerous as most of the personal password was used in lots of account and still categorized as guessable.

Abstract

Utilizing Gouy-Chapman-Stern model can improve ISFET sensitivity and stability using Stern layer in direct contact with electrolyte in ISFET sensing window. However, this model remains a challenge in mathematical way, unless it’s re-applied using accurate simulation approaches. Here, we developed an approach using a commercial Silvaco TCAD to re-apply Gouy-Chapman-Stern model as ISFET sensing membrane to investigate its impact on sensitivity and stability of conventional ISFET. Sio2 material and high-k Ta2O5 material have been examined based on Gouy-Chapman and Gouy-Chapman-Stern models. Results shows that the ISFET sensitivity of SiO2 sensing membrane is improved from ~38 mV/pH to ~51 mV/pH and the VTH shift stability is also improved. Additionally, the results indicate that the sensitivity of Ta2O5 is 59.03 mV/pH that hit the Nearnst Limit 59.3 mV/pH and achieves good agreements with mathematical model and previous experimental results. In conclusion, this investigation introduces a real validation of previous mathematical models using commercial TCAD approach rather than expensive fabrication that paves the way for further analysis and optimization.

Abstract

In this paper two very efficient pulse width modulation techniques were discussed named Sin pulse width modulation and space vector pulse width modulation. The basic structure of the three-level inverter neutral-point clamped is introduced and the basic idea about space vector pulse width modulation for three-level voltage source inverter has been discussed in detail. Nearest three vectors space vector pulse width modulation control algorithm is adopted as the control strategy for the three phase three level NPC inverter in order to compensate the neutral-point shifting. Mathematical formulation for calculating switching sequence has determined. Comparative analysis proving superiority of the space vector pulse width modulation technique over the conventional pulse width modulation, and the results of the simulations of inverter confirm the feasibility and advantage of the space vector pulse width modulation strategy over sin pulse width modulation in terms of good utilization of dc-bus voltage, low current ripple and reduced switching frequency. Space vector pulse width modulation provides advantages better fundamental output voltage and useful in improving harmonic performance and reducing total harmonic distortion.

Abstract

Products are goods that are available and provided in stores for sale. Products provided in stores must be arranged properly to order to attract the attention of consumers to buy. Products arranged in a store will depend on the type of store. The product arrangement at a retail store will be different from the product arrangement at a clothing store. Store display will reflect a picture that is in the store so consumers know the types of products sold by product arrangement. An attractive arrangement will stimulate the desire of consumers to buy. In data mining there are several types of methods by use including prediction, association, classification and estimation. In the prediction method there are several techniques including the frequent pattern growth (FP-growth) method. FP-growth algorithm is the development of the apriori algorithm. So, the shortcomings of the apriori algorithm are corrected by the FP-growth algorithm. FP-growth is one alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the set of data that most often appears (frequent itemset) in a data set. Results of research on the application of the FP-growth algorithm to maximizing the display of goods. It is hoped that this research can be used to adjust the product layout according to the level of frequency the product is sought by the customer so that the customer has no difficulty finding the product they want.
