Abstract

Insurance is a mechanism of protection or protection from the risk of loss by transferring the risk to another party. Sometimes a product that has just emerged becomes a product that is superior in terms of sales, so that interest in a product is not absolutely measured from the year the product was released. The constraint factors include the marketing of the product when it was launched. Offering products with low premiums along with the benefits that customers want. However, insurance companies still have difficulty in classifying superior products that are in great demand by prospective customers. For this reason, a technique for grouping insurance products is needed to make it easier for companies to see superior products and choose products that suit the needs of their customers. Analyzing and processing data using the K-Means method in the clustering of insurance products is the aim of this study. The application of the K-Means algorithm is to help calculate the purity value from the results of the clustering carried out so that the clustering of insurance products is in accordance with the needs of its customers. The application of the K-Means method with clustering techniques for data mining produces information on insurance products that are more attractive to potential customers. This is very appropriate in grouping data types because it is easier to implement and its application can filter quickly and precisely. Calculations using the K-Means method with a data sample of 55 customers obtained 3 clusters, namely cluster 1 for fire insurance which has 30 customers, cluster 2 for accident insurance 24 people and cluster 3 for health insurance 1 person.

Abstract

Products are goods that are available and provided in stores for sale. Products provided in stores must be arranged properly to order to attract the attention of consumers to buy. Products arranged in a store will depend on the type of store. The product arrangement at a retail store will be different from the product arrangement at a clothing store. Store display will reflect a picture that is in the store so consumers know the types of products sold by product arrangement. An attractive arrangement will stimulate the desire of consumers to buy. In data mining there are several types of methods by use including prediction, association, classification and estimation. In the prediction method there are several techniques including the frequent pattern growth (FP-growth) method. FP-growth algorithm is the development of the apriori algorithm. So, the shortcomings of the apriori algorithm are corrected by the FP-growth algorithm. FP-growth is one alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the set of data that most often appears (frequent itemset) in a data set. Results of research on the application of the FP-growth algorithm to maximizing the display of goods. It is hoped that this research can be used to adjust the product layout according to the level of frequency the product is sought by the customer so that the customer has no difficulty finding the product they want.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan K-Means dan metode Moora berbasis web sebagai alat bantu dan rekomendasi untuk pengelompokan data penerima dana Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) selanjutnya dilakukan perangkingan dengan metode Moora sehingga akan diperoleh siapa saja yang berhak menerima bantuan tersebut. Program BSPS di Kabupaten Simalungun masih terdapat masalah, seperti penyeleksian calon penerima program BSPS masih secara manual dan membutuhkan waktu lama menentukan penerima bantuan sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem dan metode yang dapat membantu pihak Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman. Terdapat rumah yang tidak layak huni namun belum tersentuh bantuan, padahal berada pada daerah yang sama mendapatkan bantuan. Ada juga mendapatkan bantuan walaupun mampu karena memiliki hubungan keluarga dengan fasilitator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkluster dan menyeleksi keadaan rumah tangga miskin agar mendapatkan dana BSPS sehingga bisa menanggulangi masalah kemiskinan. Beberapa kriteria : kewarganegaraan, status perkawinan, tanah hak milik, belum pernah mendapat BSPS atau program sejenis, penghasilan dan keswadayaan dengan sampel dari tahun 2020 sebanyak 80 data dan dibatasi 3 centroid dan 3 cluster yaitu cluster tidak layak (C3) sebanyak 28 orang. Cluster sedang (C2) ada 37 orang dan cluster cukup layak (C1) ada 15 orang. Nilai peringkat rangking paling tinggi dari Alternatif (A-78) dengan nilai Yi = 7,1261. Sedangkan nilai  paling rendah  dari Alternatif (A-20) dengan nilai Yi = 2,7049. Hasil penelitian mempermudah proses pengelompokkan data dan penentuan prediksi penerima bantuan program BSPS sehingga lebih cepat dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a decision support system (DSS) for the feasibility of providing loan funds as a tool and recommendation for cooperatives with several criteria as the basis for decision making, namely: business ownership status, ability, character, collateral, income, and salary. The system implementation uses the Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2010 programming languages. This application is designed for effective and efficient decision-making. This program uses two methods, namely AHP, to determine the weight of the criteria and TOPSIS for determining to rank. This combination is designed for high-accuracy applications. The results of the pairwise comparison matrix calculation show that the weights obtained are acceptable and consistent. This application generates alternative customer data from the highest preference value (feasible to get a loan) to the lowest (not feasible).

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelayanan dan penghimpunan dana infaq di Masjid Al Muslimin masih sistem offline. Dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan kepada pengurus BKM Al Muslimin, sehingga jamaah dan masyarakat dapat melakukan infaq dengan menggunakan menu scan Quik Response (QR) di aplikasi. Pengguna hanya memindai kode QR milik BKM Al Muslimin. Aplikasi dikembangkan berbasis web menyediakan fitur infaq bagi yang akan berdonasi ke masjid tanpa harus memasukkan uang ke kotak infaq masjid. Aplikasi ini memfasilitasi pembayaran elektronik dengan mengintegrasikan Quik Response Code Indoneian Standart (QRIS) dalam proses transaksi elektronik. QRIS juga dapat dipindai langsung dari halaman web tanpa perlu mencetak. Sehingga tidak terjadi lagi kehilangan kotak infaq, dan menghindari adanya penipuan yang mengatasnamakan masjid. Program penggalangan dana infaq dengan sistem kode QR melalui sistem pembayaran non tunai dan distribusi, agar transparansi. Dengan QRIS ini, masyarakat yang ingin berdonasi ke masjid cukup memindai QRIS dengan aplikasinya sendiri tanpa harus berpindah ke aplikasi lain. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan pengabdian untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi QRIS berbasis web agar penggalangan dana infaq dapat lancar dan mudah. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pengabdian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi QRIS berbasis web untuk mempermudah memberikan infaq dan menyalurkan dana infaq dari masyarakat sehingga lebih efisien dan efektif.Abstract:  The service and collection of infaq funds at the Al Muslimin Mosque is still an offline system. By using the BKM Al Muslimin management training method, so that pilgrims and the public can donate by using the Quick Response (QR) scan menu on the application. Users only display the QR code belonging to BKM Al Muslimin. This web-based application provides an infaq feature for those who will donate to the mosque without having to put money into the mosque's infaq box. This application facilitates electronic payments by integrating Quik Response Code Indoneian Standart (QRIS) in the electronic transaction process. QRIS can also be scanned directly from web pages without the need to print. So that there are no more lost infaq boxes, and avoid being scammed in the name of the mosque. Infaq fundraising program with a QR code system through a non-cash payment and distribution system, for transparency. With this QRIS, people who want to donate to mosques can simply enjoy QRIS with their own application without having to switch to another application. Based on this, dedication is needed to design and implement a web-based QRIS application so that infaq fundraising can be smooth and easy. The goal to be achieved in this service is to implement a web-based QRIS application to make it easier to provide infaq and channel infaq funds from the community more efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to classify the data of superior class students so as to facilitate student education based on differences inability to learn and participate in learning at school. Grouping students with more and more data becomes less effective and efficient. Moreover, grouping students who have achievements to enter the superior class, of course, requires a computer-based system. Every year the number of students increases, thus the number of student data also continues to increase and there is a process of data accumulation that is difficult to process optimally. Conventional decision-making, cannot handle very large amounts of data. For this reason, data mining is needed in order to solve these problems through patterns of data accumulation. The application of k-means with a sample of 120 data from student report cards of SMK Raksana 2 Medan, can accelerate the grouping of superior class students by inputting the centroid value and finding the closest value so as to produce 3 clusters, namely: cluster 1 mastery of android programming as many as 10 students, cluster 2 mastery web programming as many as 62 students and cluster 3 mastering desktop programming as many as 48 students. The application of data mining with a web-based k-means algorithm to process it into information and knowledge as consideration for educators in the decision-making process.

Abstract

Penentuan dosen penguji skripsi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode ARAS, COPRAS dan WASPAS dengan 5  kriteria : masa kerja, fungsional, kompetensi, pendidikan dan tugas belajar serta ada 20 data alternatif. Penunjukan dosen penguji skripsi di STMIK Triguna Dharma, saat ini dilakukan masih secara langsung dan manual serta adakalanya mengesampingkan jumlah mahasiswa yang akan diuji sehingga kurang seimbang jumlahnya untuk setiap dosen. Masih ada ditemukan keputusan yang kurang optimal saat penunjukan dosen yang tidak sesuai dengan tema skripsi mahasiswa sehingga nilai kualitas karya ilmiah menurun. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem yang berguna dalam penentuan calon dosen penguji, agar sesuai dengan kompetensi calon dosen penguji dan tidak terlalu banyak jumlah mahasiswa yang akan diuji agar lebih fokus. Perbandingan metode dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan perangkingan supaya diperoleh alternatif secara optimal dan objektif diawali dengan penentuan bobot dari setiap kriteria, hasil ranking diurutkan dari nilai yang tertinggi agar pemilihan dosen penguji mudah ditentukan dan sebagai alat rekomendasi bagi pihak pengambil keputusan. Untuk mendapatkan pilihan terbaik metode ARAS menggunakan nilai utilitas (Ki) tertinggi, metode COPRAS didasarkan pada skor penilaian utilitas quantitatif (Ui) tertinggi dan metode WASPAS menggunakan nilai preferensi (Qi) tertinggi untuk mendapatkan pilihan terbaik. Alternatif terbaik dengan metode ARAS menghasilkan (A6=0,9385) selanjutnya A5, A19, A3, A11, A14, A16, A18, A10, A4, A17, A9 layak untuk direkomendasi. Metode COPRAS menghasilkan (A6=100) dan metode WASPAS menghasilkan (A6=0,7083)

Abstract

Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is social food assistance that is paid in non-cash form every month by the government. However, the problem of identifying BPNT recipients has not been identified properly and it is not certain that the poor really deserve to receive BPNT. So far, the existing system has not been optimal for selecting BPNT recipients with the existing criteria. Data management still uses a manual system and is not effective in determining who is entitled to receive BPNT and who is not. A creative solution to overcome this problem is the use of a web-based decision support system (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. A system based on human and computer intelligence that creates options to improve decision making. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that helps decision making in deciding the acceptance of BPNT in poor families. This makes it easy to determine who is eligible and who is not eligible for assistance. This method is easy to apply for ranking by comparing it with other methods so that the results are more precise and accurate. The calculation process for the ARAS method using a very complex web-based system greatly facilitates and speeds up the determination of BPNT receipts. To facilitate implementation, 10 data with 5 criteria were used as sample data. Based on the calculation results of the potential beneficiaries on behalf of Selamat and Prayogi, the priority is getting assistance with a final score of < 0.07.

Abstract

Pencapaian hasil belajar memang sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai unsur. Unsur-unsur yang paling utama adalah unsur guru, siswa, kurikulum dan sarana prasarana pendukung pembelajaran. Namun yang terjadi disekolah-sekolah guru kurang memberikan kesempatan untuk melatih siswa dalam belajar menemukan jawabannya sendiri. Dengan model pembelajaran  seperti ini banyak siswa yang semakin pasif dan cenderung merasa bosan. Model pembelajaran seperti ini, dirasakan kurang efektif dan efisien bagi hasil belajar siswa,  karena  siswa  hanya  dijejali  dengan hafalan-hafalan mengenai konsep-konsep bukan bagaimana memahami dan menguasai konsep dalam memecahkan suatu persoalan, apalagi didukung oleh kurangnya kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan media selama proses pembelajaran, sehingga materi pembelajaran akan  semakin sulit dipahami siswa. Dengan  e-learning, belajar bisa dilakukan kapan saja, di mana saja, melalui jalur mana saja dan dengan kecepatan akses apapun sehingga proses pembelajaran berlangsung secara efektif dan efesien. Dengan teknologi informasi, e-learning  mampu menyediakan bahan ajar dan menyimpan instruksi pembelajaran yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dari manapun. E-learning  tidak membutuhkan  ruangan yang  luas sebagaimana ruang kelas konvensional. Dalam penelitian  ini dirancang suatu sistem aplikasi e-learning yang dapat membagikan dan menampilkan informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh guru dan siswa berbasis web dan dapat  diakses  oleh  pengguna secara online melalui internet

Abstract

Abstract:” Cryptography is one of the important subjects to learn because the content of the discussion discusses data security. Data security has a very important role considering that most transaction activities are carried out on the internet. Many platforms offer virtual transactions, such as motorcycle taxis, online marketplaces, and banking. For transacting on the internet, reliable data security is needed to maintain the security of user data from internet crimes (cybercrime). For cryptography learning to produce students who understand cryptography in-depth, this learning is carried out independently. One of the lessons to improve independent skills is a project approach. With project-based learning, students will be actively involved in completing projects given by the lecturer. To facilitate interaction and monitor projects completed by students, an LMS (Learning Management System) was created. The lecturer will later upload the student projects through the LMS, and if the student wants to work on the project, they can download it from the LMS.           Keywords: Cryptography; LMS; Online transactions  Abstrak:” Kriptografi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang penting untuk dipelajari karena isi bahasannya membahas tentang pengamanan data. Saat ini, keamanan data memiliki peran yang sangat penting, mengingat sebagian besar aktivitas transaksi dilakukan di internet. Banyak platform yang menawarkan transaksi virtual, seperti ojek online, pasar online dan perbankan. Dalam bertransaksi di internet dibutuhkan keamanan data yang handal untuk menjaga keamanan data pengguna dari kejahatan internet (cyber crime). Agar pembelajaran kriptografi menghasilkan mahasiswa yang memahami kriptografi secara mendalam, maka pembelajaran ini dilakukan secara mandiri. Salah satu pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mandiri adalah dengan pendekatan  project. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis project,  mahasiswa akan terlibat aktif menyelesaikan project yang diberikan dosen. Untuk memudahkan interaksi dan monitor project yang diselesaikan mahasiswa, maka dibuat LMS (Learning Manajement System). Setiap project mahasiswa nantinya akan di unggah oleh dosen melalui LMS dan mahasiswa bisa mengunguh project di LMSDengan menambahkan LMS dan pembelajaran yang berbasis project pada  pembelajaran kriptografi menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil tinjauan dilangan dengan penyelesaian sebuah soal dan hasil ujian akhir mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Kriptografi; LMS; Transaksi Online,
