Abstract

The purposes of this study were to find out (1) the relation betweenself efficacy, family social support and self regulated learning (2) the relationbetween self efficacy and self regulated learning (3) the relation betweenfamily social support and self regulated learning. The populations of thestudy were students of 8th grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah. Thetechnique sampling was cluster random sampling. The study used SelfEfficacy Scale, Family Social Support Scale and Self Regulated LearningScale to collect data about self efficacy, family social support and selfregulated learning. The data were analized by regression analysis. Theresults show that (1) there is very significantly positive correlation betweenself efficacy, family social support and self efficacy (r=0,837, p=0,000),(2) there is very significantly positive correlation between self efficacy andself regulated learning (r=0, 836, p=0,000), (3) there is very significantlypositive correlation between family social support and self regulated learning(r=0,418, p=0,002).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was exploring psychological readinesstoward the diversification of primary food among rural and urban community.The subjects were the residences at Kecamatan Gedang Sari KabupatenGunungkidul and the residences at Kecamatan Gedongtengen KotaYogyakarta.  Data were obtained through questionnaire tools, observationand interview. Analysis was done by qualitative analysis and descriptivestatistics. The result of this research indicated that: (1) the rate of knowledgeabout the diversification of primary food among urban people was higherthan rural people; (2) rural and urban people have the same positive attitudeto the diversification of primary food; (3) rural people have applied thediversification of primary food, but they still have extrinsic motivation; (4)urban people haven’t been ready yet  to apply the diversification of primaryfood; (5) there was the difference of primary food variance among ruraland urban community; cassava was the rural people’s choice and wheatwas the urban people’s choice.

Abstract

AbstrakStudi validitas konstruk dengan menggunakan factor analisis terhadap variable-variabelpsikologis merupakan fokus penelitian yang penting dalam penelitian aspek-aspek dari berbagaivariable dependen maupun independen, tetapi validitas konstruk yang berkaitan dengan budayadpertanyakan. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengembangkan suatu kuesenair dengan ujipsikometrik untuk mengevaluasi afek remaja. Pengembangan psikometrik afek untuk remajadi smu disajikan.Alat ukur ini menggambarkan jawaban subjektif  responden thd afek remajaberkenaan dengan domain tertentu dalam kehidupan. Item penelitian berjumah 27 dengansubjek sejumlah 313 siswa dengan rentang umur 14-20 tahun. Faktor analisis menghasilkansatu faktor dari dua faktor yang ada. Kesimpulan dari kuesenair yang berhasil dikumpulkanmenunjukkan tingkat umum afek terhadap kehidupan mereka.Kata kunci : afek, validitas konstruk, analisis faktor

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about the pictureof adjustment at class XI  Pasundan high school 2. The methodology inthis research used descriptive study. The population of this study was 340students in grade XI and the samples were 181 students. The sampleswere taken used cluster random sampling technique by looking at theKrejcie table. Collecting data used adjustment scale developed byresearchers based on the theory of adjustment from Schneiders. Data wereobtained in the form of ordinal data and analyzed using the median andPercentage (%). The results showed that as many as 86 students (47.5%)could be well adjusted, and 95 students (52.5%) could not be well adjusted.In addition the result showed that students with authoritative parenting andwere not influenced by peers is the most well adjusted.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan intense prososial antara siswa Sekolah MenengahUmum Negri (SMUN) dan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negri (MAN) di Yogyakarta, perbedaan antaraswa pria dan siswa wanita secara keseluruhan serta siswa pria dan siswa wanita pada masing-masing sekolah. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 214 orang siswa Sekolah Menengah Umum Negri (SMUN) Yogyakarta dan siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negri I (MAN I) Yogyakarta, yang terdiri dari 42 siswarang siswa pria dan 61 orang siswa wanita SMUN 6 serta 49 0rang siswa pria dan 62 orang siswaanita MAN I. Metode peengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Intensi Prososial.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of mind mappingmethod to improve the learning achievements of physics. The subjects ofthis study were students in grade VIII of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Yogyakartawhich have average score of physics subjects below 6.5, and have theability to see and hear well. Data collection methods used in this study wasthe academic score on the physics subject of optical tools, documentation,observation and interview. This study used the experimental method ofpretest-posttest with control group design and used the t-test analysis.The results of paired sample t-test analysis in experimental group obtainedthat mind mapping method has highly significant positive effect in enhancingachievement of physics learning (t = -11.006, p = 0.000). The results ofthe paired sample t-test analysis in control group showed that conventionalmethod has insignificant influence on achievement enhancement of physicslearning (t = -1.941, p = 0.070) and the independent sample t-test in bothgroup found that there are significant difference of average (mean) posttestscore between the experimental group and control group (t = 2.144, p =0.020). The results demonstrate mind mapping method is very effective inimproving the learning achievements of physics.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan penalaran moral antarasiswa yang bersekolah di Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama Umum dan MadrasahTsanawiyah. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada perbedaan penalaran moral antarasiswa yang bersekolah di Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama Umum dan MadrasahTsanawiyah.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II dan III dari Sekolah Lanjutan TingkatPertama Negeri “X” Yogyakarta dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri “Y” Yogyakarta.Jumlah  subjek penelitian sebanyak 53 siswa yang terdiri 28 siswa SLTP N “X” dan 25 siswaMadrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri “Y” serta memiliki tingkat kecerdasan di atas rata-rata (gradeII). Pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yangdigunakan meliputi: Skala Kohlberg dan Standard Progressive Matrices (SPM).Dari hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan Scheffe test diperoleh t : 0,2248 dengan p :0,015 (p < 0,05). Dengan hasil uji statistic di atas, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan : Adaperbedaan penalaran moral yang signifikan antara siswa yang bersekolah di Sekolah LanjutanTingkat Pertama Negeri “X” dengan siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri “Y”. Rerata tingkatpenalaran moral siswa SLTP N “X” (2,420) lebih rendah daripada rerata tingkat penalaranmoral siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri “Y” (2,660).Kata Kunci : Penalaran moral

Abstract

Aims: to investigate the role of religiousity and psychophysiologicalsupports during labor in primipara.Method: Women under 35 during gestation weeks 36-42 screenedfor traumatic symptoms living in urban area of Yogyakarta, 50 metinclusion criteria and were randomized into an intervention (n=26) andcontrol (n-24) group. This research was done experimentally. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the factors that affect the organization citizenship behavior, namely teacher competence, spiritual intelligence, and self-determination theory in junior high school teacher. Some 231 junior high school teachers in East Kotawaringin Sampit are given four scales to fill in, namely teacher competence scale, spiritual intelligence scale, self-determination theory scale and organization citizenshipbehavior scale. Data was analyzed with statistical techniques namely structural equation model (SEM). The results showed there is the influence of teacher competence in self-determination theory (ë= 0.147, p = 0.003).The influence of spiritual intelligence to self-determination theory was significant ( = 0874, p = 0.000). There is a significant influence of teachers’ competencies on organizational citizenship behavior (ë = 0097, p = 0.007). There is no significant influence of spiritual intelligence to organizational citizenship behavior (ë= 0070, p = 0461), but the effect through selfdetermination theory (ë= 0808). There is a significant influence of selfdetermination theory to organizational citizenship behavior (ë= 0924, p =0.000).Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, self determination theory, spiritual intelligence, teacher competency

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to test empirically the relationship betweenorganizational climate and the quality of work life of employees at PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The sample is the whole employees of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. Data were collected through organization climate scale and qualityof work life scale. Product Moment Correlation was used as analysis technique. Based on result of data analysis, there is positive correlation between organizational climate and PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja employee’s quality of work life. The effective contribution of organization climate to quality of work life was 48,4%.Keywords : organizational climate, quality of work life.
