Abstract

Catering Mpok Atiek SME’s is one of the SME’s that is engaged in home catering business in the regency of Ogan Komering Ulu. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted, it is known that the applied marketing strategy is not optimal, causing low levels of marketing, benefits and productivity of the marketing low, current marketing productivity is 1,4282. In formulating the right marketing strategy used business model canvas and SWOT analysis to identify and analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer Relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure owned by SME’s. Then the SWOT matrix is used to produce an improvement strategy. Tthe implementation of improvements included expanding the area of the order, conducting promotion (the sticker creation of business logos and advertising through Instagram) and optimizing production processes and services (addition of product variants, increase in the number of manpower, payment timing, addition of suppliers). Marketing productivity after the improvement implementation was 1.1580. From these data, there is an increase in marketing productivity by 6.94%. increase that occurs is not optimal because there are additional costs to be such as worker salaries and fees for the addition of food containers.

Abstract

The problem in XYZ Wukirsari's batik handicraft creative industry is that performance measurement has not been done, even though performance is an important factor affecting the company's progress and setbacks. Researchers carry out performance measurement and analysis with the aim of knowing the criteria and performance indicators, knowing the value of the performance of each performance indicator and total performance, knowing the actual performance achievement of initial performance, and achieving actual performance against target performance. The research method uses a balanced scorecard to determine performance criteria and indicators and omax to measure performance. The results obtained by 4 criteria (financial,consumer,internal business processes,learning andgrowing). There are 6 performance indicators (IK) formed. IK1 score is good (8 score), IK2 is good (score 6), IK3 is very good (score 10), IK4 is very good (score 10), IK5 is good (score 6), and IK6 is good (score 6). Overall performance value was 7.66 with a performance score of 8 (good). Achievement of actual performance to the initial performance of each performance indicator and overall has exceeded the initial performance. Partially IK3 and IK4 have reached the target, while IK1, IK2, IK5 and IK6 have still not reached the target. Overall total actual performance when compared with total target performance has not yet reached the target set. Keywords: Performance, Measurement, Batik

Abstract

Electricity is the impetus of economic activity and improving the quality of human life. PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam Samarinda as the company that is supply the electricity who keep trying to provide the best service to their customer, so its demanding to every elements which is involved in improving the performance. The aim this study was to know about the influence of motivation of variable, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to the employee’s performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam, Samarinda. The respondent of this study was the employees of 4 power plants in Samarinda and Kutai Kartanegara which is owned by PT PLN (Persero), there are 132 respondents. The data was collected by using questionnaire method and giving the question list or questionnaire to the respondents directly. The data analysis technic in this study was using analysis SEM (structural equation modelling) that is operated by AMOS 22 program. The results of this study showed that the variable of job satisfaction was not influential to the employee’s performance (CR = -1,216; P = 0,224), the variable of motivation was influential to the employee’s performance (CR = 2,412; P = 0,016), the variable of job satisfaction was not influential to the organizational commitment (CR = 0,868; P = 0,385), the variable of motivation was influential to the organizational commitment (CR = 2,022; P = 0,043), and the variable of organizational commitment was not influential to the employee’s performance (CR = -1,102; P = 0,271) Keywords: Performance, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Motivation

Abstract

The high business competition in the culinary field is certainly a challenge for business people to retain their customers. Product quality and service quality are important to attract consumers. Therefore, there are many ways undertaken by business owners to meet consumer expectations by creating a satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at UNY Food Court using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 software. From the results it was found that there was a significant influence between the Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) variables to the Consumer Satisfaction variable (Y) with the level (Sig 0,000). The contribution of Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) variables to the Consumer Satisfaction (Y) variable at UNY or R square Food Court is 67.4%. So it can be concluded that the Food Court must always evaluate, improve and also innovate the level of service and product in order to increase consumer satisfaction which has an impact on increasing revenue. Abstract

This research aims to measure the quality of academic service to the level of student satisfaction. Students ' complaints are based on the brain-strorming in small discussions of each generation. This research was conducted on the Faculty of Engineering Progam Industrial Engineering Study of Stikubank University of Semarang. This Research uses quantitative approaches. The population in this study is a student of the Faculty of Engineering Progam Industrial Engineering Study of Stikubank Semarang University. In this study because the population was relatively limited, the entire population in this study was made into samples (census samples), so the samples in this study amounted to 69 people. It is based on the theory expressed by (Arikunto, 1993), "if the subject of research is less than 100 people then it is better taken overall. Data collection techniques using questionnaires have tested their validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this research is with the help of simple linear regression. The results showed that 40 valid statements and 6 sub-variables of reliable service quality. The level of influence on the student satisfaction level of each sub variable from the highest on the system Information sub variables with a constant value of 1,138, the second on the assurance sub-variable with a constant value of 1,111, the third on the Sub Tangibles variable with a constant value of 1,075, the fourth one in the empathy sub-variable with a constant value of-1,027, the fifth one on the responsiveness sub variable with a constant value of-1,067, and the lowest one on the reliability sub-variable with a constant value- 1,195. Abstract

One of the UKM loans issued is adequate equipment. This happened in an effort to cut Styrofoam in the village of Kalisari Semarang, which still uses cutters in the Styrofoam cutting process. To overcome this problem, a study was carried out to design a Styrofoam making tool that can help the Styrofoam cutting process.The design of the tool uses Anthropometry and economic analysis as well as work analysis with the RULA method. Anthropometric data used are elbows in the sitting position, stretches of hands forward, stretches of hands to the side, height of popliteal. The data that has been obtained is then tested for data uniformity, data sufficiency test, and percentile selection. The result of the RULA score when cutting Styrofoam manually is 7 with a high level of risk that needs to be taken now.The results of this study consist of work facilities that use semi-automatic styrofoam. Analysis of work posture with the RULA method produces a RULA score of 3 with a small level. Aids try on the Styrofoam cutting area, and produce tools that can be used quite well, cutting workers that can be done easily and neatly. This tool can also help in cutting Styrofoam compared to the previous manual process. Keywords: RULA, Anthropometry, Product Design, Ergonomics

Abstract

System Planning and control of Production is system which effort manufacture used to plan goods to produce pursuant to order of customer. This goods production require matured planning in preparation of material required, to be sent out for to supplier. Abstract

Information era and globalization cause natural business environment very fast change with tight emulation story level. Therefore companies claimed to operational activity effectively and efficient to maintaining its. Information system also needed in levying of goods for the fluency of process purchasing of goods of supplier and also to buyer. Goods purchasing procedure entangle some part in company for the purpose of execution of purchasing of goods can observe better. One of the ‘cause the happening of chaos in goods purchasing procedure is weakening of internal control at procedure and system arranging an transaction. To overcome the problem, hence each; every company require to compile a[n procedure and system able to create good internal control in arranging execution of transaction of corporation.
