Abstract

Marketing strategy is an activity conducted by firm in the frame of establishing price of product, distribution, and promotion to introduce products or service produced by the firm. Consumers are expected to be interested to make use of those products and services, thereby marketing strategy will bi able to increase visitors. In establishing marketing strategy TMII conducted vision, mission, and goals analysis first before carrying out SWOT analysis by means of regression, correlation, and coefficient of determination analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang di adopsi oleh perusahaan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manafaktur di Jawa Timur dan juga untuk menguji hubungan antara strategi usaha manufaktur, lingkungan bisnis, dan pretasi perusahaan di pandang dari performance usaha manufaktur.Strategi kualitas dan strategi pembiayaan merupakan strategi usaha manufaktur yang paling populer yang diadopsi oleh perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur di Jawa Timur.Dan lagi, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara strategi usaha manufaktur dengan prestasi usaha manufaktur itu. Ternyata bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha manufaktur di Jawa Timur yang mengadobsi strategi kualitas itu lebih berhasil dilihat dari kualitas produk yang lebih unggul,prose, dan fleksibilitas yang leih tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to delve information regarding how far the influence of training to workers productivity and2) to observed the implementation of K3 obliged by government. Approach conducted to find out the role K3 is from work mishap of workers and how far the influence of work mishap to workers productivity. The essence of this research is in the frame of developing human resources, specifically in an effort to increase human resources productivity in a firm, with PT Goodyear as case study object. It’s proven from this research that training has significant influence to workers productivity increase. If the firm escalates its training program, workers productivity will be higher. If each of workers get more training program, say an hour, thereby workers productivity will increase 0,0288 tire per workers productivity as well. If work, mishap increase one person, productivity will decrease 0,012 tire per worker per month

Abstract

Financial ability constitutes one of variables that is crucial by nature to a region (Dati II : regency or municipality) in its effort to realize regional auto numbering into reality. Based on the result of financial condition analysis of region in central java. It can be said that regions in central java on the whole have batter opportunity to achieve regional autonomy being tangible, dynamic, compatible, and responsible accountable. This regard is caused by financial condition of regions in central java which overall better and higher than the average of financial ability of regions nationally.

Abstract

Economic observer and stock exchange analyst use IHSG and rupiah exchange rate to US dollars as parameter for Indonesia’s economic growth and to measure the cabinet’s purpose IHSG and rupiah exchange rate to US dollars as parameter for Indonesia’s economic growth and to measure the cabinet’s performance’s . In Indonesia’s uncertainty is so high . Whatever the cause has given enough space for the speculators. The speculator’s most fertile field is the stock exchange and the money market (i.e. foreign exchange). They have been able to re-engineer the market, the rupiah’s rate and IHSG to run the way they want it to. Like most Asian speculator’s, they run short term using moment’s created through rumors and issues that perpetuate uncertainties. Speculative late of return whether it in foreign exchange market or the stock exchange is so high the Bank’s of Indonesia effort to maintain the rupiah by the giving the Bank Indonesia’s certificate (SBI)an interest rate o 17,6% was not succeed. Miranda Gultom final also admitted that the Bank of Indonesia certificate was not able to control rupiah and also to press the base money into 110.5 trillion rupiah. The article is a result of an observation to the moment of rupiah rate to US dollars and the HISG started January 1996 up until July 2001. IHSG movement correlates to the rupiah anomalically . The test result show that during the crisis period where uncertainty magnitude was high, both HISG and rupiah rate were reflecting the market that was moved by speculator rather than Indonesia’s economic condition .As long as the uncertainty magnitude is still in the high level, Than the rupiah rate and IHSG cannot be used as parameter for economic measurement.

BRI unit Bogor is a state bank moving in banking retail business . The tendency of queue by customers particularly post banking-liquidation in Indonesia has caused BRI facing the problem of tellers service. Based on the statistical process control (SPC) there were mistakes caused by human error instead by machine. These mistake were due to the service that was out of the statistical control that resulted in the service time varieties especially on peak days or at the and of every week activities
