Sopi is a beverage used in various traditional and religious ceremonies in Moluccas. The raw materials and processing techniques of this fermented product are very diverse. The processing of sopi has been done by the ancestors of Moluccan for a long time, but information about processing this product is very limited. This research aimed to describe the techniques of sopi processing and it’s functions in Moluccan culture. This study was descriptive qualitative research design. Data was collected from direct observations in five villages in differences islands, i.e. Mahia (Ambon island), Ouw (Saparua island), Sifluru (Ceram island), Wangel (Aru islands), and Yawuru (Kisar island). The processing of sopi were diverse in Moluccas. The raw materials used in the processing of sopi were saps from coconut, palm sugar, and coli trees, while the equipment of distillation were made of bamboo, plastic and pipe. Sopi was used in various traditional and religious ceremonies such as cuci negeri, panas pela, sumpah sopi and siram sopi. In general this traditional beverage is a symbol of solidarity in the Moluccans tradition. This research was expected to conserve of sopi processing culture to support the tourism in Moluccas.Â

Indonesia's soft power policy in foreign policy for peace in Afghanistan is because at this time there are several similarities in religion which are the most easily accepted things in both countries. The problem under study is how to determine several criteria for the factors that encourage Indonesia to help bring peace in Afghanistan. The research method used is a combination method, a combination of qualitative and quantitative, with the process of collecting data through interviews and questionnaires to six experts in soft power efforts for peace in Afghanistan. Meanwhile, data analysis used the Delphi and Borda technique. The results show that seven reasons drive the need for Indonesia to use soft power for peace in Afghanistan, namely Indonesia's aspirations in realizing world peace (27%), Building the image of Indonesia as a peace bridge country (21%), Encouragement from Community Organizations (18 %), Studying Islam as the religion of Rahmatan lil Allamin (12%), Indonesia's proximity to Afghanistan and equality of identity (9%), Learning to handle conflict (8%) and Learning the values of Pancasila (5%).

This study aims to explore the practices of crimes committed by children in Bourdieu perspectives. Therefore, this study focuses on seeing how Habitus, Capital and Field surround the lives of child perpetrators of crimes (ABH/ Children in Conflict with the Law). This study was qualitatively conducted using a critical ethnographic approach. The results of the study showed that field as a medium for the fight of the capital owners is the one which is familiar with crime habitus. This condition also indirectly becomes the transmission media for the crime habitus on children. The capital owners involved in the circle of crimes by children, may include: owners of Solo Organ Orchestra (OT), drug dealers (thugs/bandits, weapon suppliers), internet cafe owners, as well as formal, informal figures, and adult leaders around the children. This study concludes that normatively children are guilty. However, children are actually also victims of a physical and social environment that does not support children to grow in a positive direction.

This research was based on the phenomenon of free sex behavior by students in their boarding houses, hence the existence of the term 'rules-free' and 'strict-rules' boarding houses. This phenomenon was interesting to study using the concept of behavior so that it can be understood sociologically how the two concepts of the boarding house are related. Grounded theory was used in this research in the hope that the construction of social control in the boarding house arises from the expressions and beliefs, experiences, feelings, and goals of the owner and the occupants. The results showed that students' deviant behavior in the form of free sex was caused by four factors, namely the absence of enforcement of the rules in the boarding house by the owner, students' weak self-control, the arrangement of boarding houses was hidden from society, and negative labeling formed by a stigma. This research concluded that self-control in a boarding house is not formed by awareness to uphold social norms, but is more prompted by one's desire to avoid being embarrassed.

Local wisdom is the result of the dialectic process between the individual and his environment. One of the local wisdom in Merapi Mountain, Indonesia is the traditional ceremony of Labuhan. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with literature review techniques. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the traditional ceremony of Labuhan Merapi is one of the local wisdom, tradition, culture, and traditional intelligence in the residents of the southern slope of Mount Merapi. Merapi's traditional ceremony is one of the traditional intelligence that can be managed in building a community-based disaster risk reduction system, especially at the disaster mitigation stage. Traditional intelligence is formed from the results of people's interaction with their physical environment over a long period of time. The formation of traditional intelligence allows people to know and read the signs of nature related to the eruption disaster of Mount Merapi.

Modernization and its influences have recently touched various community levels, including communities of custom society and consequently affected the existing local wisdom which has become their life guidance for hundred years. This research aimed at examining the dynamics and transformation of local wisdom existed in the custom society in the middle of modern era development. This research was conducted in Banyumas Regency, precisely on Banokeling custom communities in Pekuncen Village, Jatilawang District. A descriptive-qualitative method was conducted by having in-depth interviews with Banokeling Custom followers and figures as well as Banyumas cultural observers. The research results show that, Banokeling custom communities were highly adaptive to various modernization influences. The local wisdoms were not suddenly disappeared in response to the developing modernization, yet continuously existed with certain adjustments following the recent development. However, there were some forms of local wisdoms which originality was continuously maintained, such as religious identity, clothes, custom houses, and various rituals held routinely. This research concluded that there was local wisdom transformation in Banokeling custom communities, yet the transformation happened in the framework of adaptation with the recent development.

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the barter du-hope tradition as a traditional Lamalera exchange system of goods in a subsistence economic system, (2) to explain the barter du-hope tradition resulting in a new kinship competition (prefo) based on mutual trust between communities. This study uses ethnographic methods to be able to get emic of the du-hope barter system. The study was conducted in four villages, namely Lamalera, Wulandoni, Puor and Labalimut. The results showed two main theses. First, the barter du-hope tradition is the economic defence system of the local community. Barter du-hope became the food security system of the Lamalera coastal community and the mountain community. Secondly, du-hope barter transactions create new relationships built on strong social trust. Prefo is a new kinship like family (outside of biological kinship) built on mutual trust between the people of Lamalera and other communities in the mountain area. Social trust is created by exchanging and sharing food items and building joint needs. Preference is a complete moral relationship with a sense and desire to help one another. This research provides support for the development of the local economy by providing support and space for the protected system of the barter du-hope Lamalera, which is now being threatened by the capitalist economic system and the global market.

Transnational migration performed by Indonesian women today is a social transformation in labor participation. This phenomenon is also encountered in the lives of women who decide to become Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong. This research aims to analyze and identify the self-actualized survival ability of Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong. In addition, this research also investigates the social capital practiced by Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong. The descriptive qualitative method was employed as the research method by using an interpretive approach. Data collection in this research utilized purposive sampling on nine Indonesian women migrant workers which was conducted in May 2019 and located in Tsim Tsa Shui, Kowloon district, Hong Kong. By applying the concept of social capital from Fukuyama, research results discovered that the existence of migrant workers network is established in the circle of relatives and families, which becomes the formation basis of social capital. Social capital possessed by Indonesian migrant workers is admitted to be composed of three main elements, firstly, trust in the form of social security to support the continuity of existence of women as migrant workers in Hong Kong, specifically when facing problems. The second element is reciprocal, which is based on the economic shortages experienced and the common feeling and experience of being a migrant worker in Hong Kong. The last element is social interaction, which prioritizes practical and economic interactions by choosing the closest district to where they live and using social media to communicate with each other.

To determine the effect of work-from-home on job performance. It proposes work environment, job satisfaction and work motivation as mediating variables, and answers how work-from-home affects employee performance through them in Indonesia. A total of 713 valid respondents who answered the questionnaire came from employees in Indonesia, which were obtained from online social media. The data were tested for validity and reliability with SPSS 25.0 software, then the model was analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 23.0 software. Based on statistical data processing it is known that working from home employees experience greater work motivation so that it can improve job performance, but it has no relationship with job satisfaction and work environment. The study has implications for business practitioner who intend to measure the effectiveness of their work-from-home policies. This is especially pertinent during the Work from Home policy. The original contribution of this study lies within its questionnaire that has been attuned to changes caused by Work from Home policy. This paper offers an important contribution on how the perception of work from home implication to job performance in human resources management academic.

The essence of marriage is two persons (man and woman) becoming one flesh. It comes from the will of God, so it is holy and sacred. Every couple has to maintain its unity and indissolubility until death separates them. In Catholic teaching, there is no divorce. Nevertheless, there is nullity or annulment for certain marriages. There are three kinds of marriage that can be declared null. The first, marriage that is entered into by man or woman having diriment impediment (can. 1083 -1094). The second, marriage that its matrimonial consent is not free, true, or full (can. 1095 - 1107). The third, marriage that is lack of form (can. 1108 - 1123). The Tribunal or Ecclesiastical Court carries out the process of nullity. This research, therefore, takes its emphasis on the main factors causing the nullity of marriage in the Catholic Church. The research was conducted in the Diocese of Bogor. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The number of informants was 18. In-depth interviews carried out data collection. Validity and reliability tests were conducted on informants. The analysis data was descriptive. The analysis results show that the main factor rendering null the marriage is the infidelity of the couple, communication that doesn’t work well between couples, and domestic violence.
