Tujuan analisis ini untuk mengetahui sistem, evaluasi dan perubahan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai UPT Balai Konservasi Tumbuhan Kebun Raya Cibodas -LIPI. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak dengan metode yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa bagian, yaitu studi pustaka, studi lapangan dan metode analisis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan banyak kelemahan yang muncul daripada kekuatan yang dimiliki. Peluang dan ancaman yang ada pun tidak memotivasi dalam mengimplementasi ke sistem penilaian prestasi kerja. Oleh karena itu perlu upaya mengevaluasi dan mengubah sistem penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai. Pemberian umpan balik akan mendorong kearah kemajuan dan kemungkinan meningkatkan kualitas kerja pegawai. Maka penilaian harus dibuat seobjektif dan seteliti mungkin berdasarkan data yang tersedia.The purpose of this study is to determine the system, the evaluation and the assessment of employees’ job performance in UPT Botanical Gardens Plant Conservation Center Cibodas - LIPI. UPT Botanical Gardens Plant Conservation Center Cibodas - LIPI has not carry out an optimal job performance assessment. There are indications that the condition relate to the presence of subjectivity in the assessment so depth analysis is needed to find out the solution. Sampling technique uses random sampling. SWOT analysis is used to analyze the data along with study of literature and field study. The result shows that more weaknesses reveale in job performance assessment system than strengths.Opportunities and treats are ignored in implementing the job performance assessment system. Evaluation and modification are needed to improve employees’ job quality.

The purpose of this study are to analyze the performance of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) in the financial and academic aspects; to analyze the gaps in financial performance and academic performance; and to know the differences in financial performance and academic performance before and after transformation into a State Universities Public Service Agency (PTN BLU). The analysis method used are descriptive analysis, gap analysis by calculating the average expected service level, and average calculation for perceived service actual performance, and t-test. The result of the research shows that the implementation of governance especially in the case of service is increasing and efficient. Besides that, after the transformation into BLU,UNG shows various progress, especially the improvement of financial performance as measured from income level from Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP), and from Revenue Budget and State Expenditure (APBN), while the academic performance, measured from 12 indicators covering tri darma of higher education, has increased significantly compared to when UNG is still part of the Work Unit (SATKER). While the results of gap analysis show that the academic and financial performance perceived by lecturers and UNG employees is higher than the quality of expectedservice. The financial performance of UNG before and after BLU has significant differences, as well as the academic performance.

This study analyses the influences of company characteristics, entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship toward Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) performance. The object used in this research were 124 owners of SMEs Batik Pekalongan, Central Java. Multiple regression analysis is utilized in this research to examine the hypothesis. The results of the analysis shows that company characteristics, entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship positively influence the performance of SMEs. The empirical result indicates that the owners of the SMEs of Batik Pekalongan should pay attention on some factors, such as entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship if they want to increase the performance of their company.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Emotional Intellegent, Organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance. This study uses survey research design and the respondents are 89 Government Employees of industry and trade organization, located in Kutai. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling based on some criterias. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that Emotional Intellegent, organizational commitment and OCB have positive impact on employee performance. The result of study shows that employees who have emotional intelligent will work better based on organization standard and they will have better performance. It is also needed employees with high comitment for showing the optimal work so that they can contribute to the corporate. The employees who behave based on OCB, will indirectly influence the achievement of corporate goals since they will contribute to the increase of employee performance.

This study aims to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership and perceived organizational support on affective commitment. In addition, the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship of spiritual leadership and affective commitment will be tested. This research was conducted with survey research design, and the type of data was cross-sectional. Surveys conducted based on web based surveys. Research focuses on organizational members or employees in the Bandar Lampung region. Data is collected by self-administered survey with sampling in the form of non-probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling. Processing data and testing hypotheses is done using moderated regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 130 respondents. Spiritual leadership is measured by SLT survey questions developed by Fry et al (2005), with 17 items of questions. Affective commitment was measured by 6 items of measurement scale developed by Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993). Whereas, perceived organizational support was measured by the short version of (Eisenberger et al., 1986), consisting of 8 statements.The results of the investigation show that spiritual leadership and perceived organizational support influence affective commitment. In particular, the moderating effect of perceived organizational support can strengthen the relationship of spiritual leadership and affective commitment.

This study aims to examine the relationship between self efficacy, social competence and knowledge donating variables on organizational performance. This research uses quantitative research method by using primary data taken from questionnaires dispersion. The population of this study is all employees who work in KPP Pratama Semarang (Office Tax) consisting of 113 respondents. While the sampling is done through the census method. Analysis technique of this research using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of self efficacy and social competence on performance. Thus, to improve the performance of the tax office needs to improve self-efficacy of employees, especially their readiness to risk their jobs by giving them some skills to minimize risks on the job, such as technical skills, organizational skills and leadership skills. The tax office also needs to improve the social competence, especially the sense of concern for their employees. The tax office also needs to create conditions that support fellow employees in order to willing to share new knowledge.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh negatif pengungkapan Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR disclosure) terhadap Earning Response Coefficient (ERC). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda.Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 150 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap Earning Response Coefficient (ERC). Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa investor belum memperhatikan informasi-informasi sosial yang diungkapkan dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan sebagai informasi yang dapat mempengaruhi investor dalam melakukan keputusan investasi. Investor masih mengganggap informasi laba lebih bermanfaat dalam menilai perusahaan dan dianggap lebih mampu memberikan informasi untuk mendapatkan return saham yang diharapkan oleh investor dibandingkan dengan informasi sosial yang diungkapkan oleh perusahaan.The purpose of this study is to determine the negative effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure (CSR disclosure) of Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC). Multiple regressions were used to analyze the data. The samples were 150 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010. Based on the research, the result was the disclosures of Corporate Social Responsibility did not influence Earning Response Coefficient (ECR). It can be said that investors did not pay attention to social information that was disclosed in the company’s annual report as information that could affect investors in making investment decisions. Investor did not consider sosial information; they only consider profit information to assess the company value and their investment return

The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency to invest and consume among student in North Sulawesi. Phenomenon in North Sulawesi province showed an increase in the number of stock investors dominated by young investors (university students). In making investment decision, they often act in irrational way (herding behavior). In contrast, other phenomena demonstrated a consumptive behavior of those young investors which contradict with investment interests. Populations of this research are 3468 student investors at Indonesia stock Exchange Investment Gallery in the North Sulawesi province. Using accidental sampling, the sample selected is 250 student investors. The analytical technique used is Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The results showed that investment interest mediate the effect of herding behavior on consumptive behavior. It implies the need to educate student investors on the importance of minimizing the consumptive behavior

This research aim to analyze causality influence between innovations, market capability, social modal, entrepreneurs oriented into marketing performance. Organizational innovations is a basic focus on Total Quality Management. Innovation has a role to technological development and competitive economy environment. The sample technique used is Purpusive sampling amount 58 respondent owner of Batik Small Medium Enterprise known as UKM. Small businesses have small medium or medium can grow and develop so that it is able to increase its product and sustainability efforts on the creative industry. The technique analysis used is Parsial Least Square (PLS), this result shows entrepreneur orientation doesn’t influence into market capability and social modal, innovation has positive influence and significance into market capability and marketing performance. This results shows innovation has important role in advantaging market capability while influencing to increase marketing performance of Small Medium Enterprise known as UKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kausalitas antara inovasi, kemampuan pasar, modal sosial, pengusaha berorientasi ke kinerja pemasaran. Inovasi organisasi adalah dasar TQM. Inovasi mempunyai peran pentinga dalam pengembangan teknologi dan lingkungan yang penuh persaingan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling jumlah 58 pemilik responden dari Batik Kecil Menengah dikenal sebagai UKM. UKM dapat tumbuh dan berkembang melalui industri kreatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Parsial Least Square (PLS), hasil ini menunjukkan orientasi entrepreneur tidak mempengaruhi ke kemampuan pasar dan modal sosial, inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam kemampuan pasar dan kinerja pemasaran. Hal ini menyebabkan menunjukkan inovasi memiliki peran penting dalam advantaging kemampuan pasar sementara yang mempengaruhi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran Kecil Menengah dikenal sebagai UKM.
