Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan aspal yang berkualitas tinggi serta meningkatkan penyerapan karet alam di dalam negeri, pemerintah Indonesia sebagai konsumen utama aspal di Indonesia mulai mencanangkan program pengaspalan yang menggunakan bahan dengan campuran karet padat atau Serbuk Karet Alam Teraktivasi (SKAT) untuk aspal karet. Hal tersebut merupakan peluang bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang aspal. Manajemen perusahaan harus melakukan analisis lokasi pengembangan program ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lokasi terbaik untuk pendirian pabrik SKAT, dengan metode AHP yang menggunakan tiga kriteria, 24 sub kriteria dan empat  alternatif lokasi. Berdasarkan hasil sintesis terhadap kriteria dan sub kriteria, alternatif lokasi pendirian SKAT secara berurutan sesuai bobot yang dihasilkan adalah Semarang (0,382), Cikampek (0,315), Palembang (0,177) dan yang terakhir adalah Sidoarjo (0,126) dengan rasio konsistensi data 0,01. Keunggulan utama dari lokasi ini adalah letaknya yang strategis dikarenakan memiliki pasar yang prospektif dalam radius 600 Km, dengan panjang jalan nasional  5.611 Km dan jalan daerah sepanjang 109.075 Km. Meskipun jarak dengan sumber bahan baku karet alam tidak sedekat apabila pabrik didirikan di Palembang, serta jarak dengan sumber bahan baku Ground Tyre Rubber (GTR) tidak sedekat apabila pabrik didirikan di Sidoarjo, Semarang memiliki keunggulan lain yaitu harga lahan serta upah tenaga kerja yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan kota lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify factors in the external environment affecting the poultry industry, analyze the business integration process of the company and know its internal factors, analyze the future of the poultry industry in Indonesia and formulate the strategic architecture of  PT Sierad Produce Tbk (SIPD) and its priority importance. Respondents in this study were determined using purposive sampling method. While the research method used is descriptive-qualitative with case study approach and using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as priority determination of interest.. The results of the research are several alternative SIPD strategy based on the main objective of the company, that is maximizing corporate integration, product development and market development. A strategic map as a strategic architecture design lane is created to illustrate the execution time of each alternative strategy. The business integration process at SIPD is currently not optimally developed, meaning that every stage of the production process is still a profit center. Achieving institutional markets with a contractual approach proves to ensure product survival.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze the performance of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) in the financial and academic aspects; to analyze the gaps in financial performance and academic performance; and to know the differences in financial performance and academic performance before and after transformation into a State Universities Public Service Agency (PTN BLU). The analysis method used are descriptive analysis, gap analysis by calculating the average expected service level, and average calculation for perceived service actual performance, and t-test. The result of the research shows that the implementation of governance especially in the case of service is increasing and efficient. Besides that, after the transformation into BLU,UNG shows various progress, especially the improvement of financial performance as measured from income level from Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP), and from Revenue Budget and State Expenditure (APBN), while the academic performance, measured from 12 indicators covering tri darma of higher education, has increased significantly compared to when UNG is still part of the Work Unit (SATKER). While the results of gap analysis show that the academic and financial performance perceived by lecturers and UNG employees is higher than the quality of expectedservice. The financial performance of UNG before and after BLU has significant differences, as well as the academic performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur dan menganalisis daya saing industri teh Indonesia di dunia berdasarkan kinerja perdagangan internasional. Ada empat langkah yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Pertama, mengukur daya saing teh Indonesia dengan Relative Trade Advantage (RTA), kedua mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinan daya saing melalui survei kepada stakeholder  industri teh, ketiga menganalisis faktor-faktor determinan dengan Model Diamond Porter, dan keempat menggambarkan perubahan faktor-faktor determinan daya saing teh Indonesia. Tingkat daya saing industri teh Indonesia merupakan kemampuan industri teh dalam negeri untuk bertahan dalam persaingan dalam pasar global. Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja daya saing teh Indonesia pada tahun 2010 dan 2016 dengan sejumlah pertimbangan. Dari hasil perhitungan, tingkat daya saing teh pada dua tahun tersebut berada di atas level 1 yang berarti teh Indonesia lebih kompetitif jika dibandingkan dengan komoditas dalam negeri lainnya. Survei dan wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan pada 12 responden dari perusahaan BUMN, swasta, pemerintah, asosiasi, dan lembaga penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PPn perkebunan 10% dan regulasi pembatasan masuknya teh ke Uni Eropa menjadi perhatian utama seluruh responden karena menghambat kinerja daya saing industri teh. Sementara itu, faktor yang mendukung daya saing industri teh tampak dari berkembangnya industri agrowisata dan perusahaan minuman siap saji teh.

Abstract

Di Indonesia industri otomotif merupakan salah satu industri yang menyumbangkan pajak terbesar bagi pemerintah Indonesia. Saat ini industri otomotif Indonesia berkembang sangat cepat dan signifikan, dan dalam beberapa tahun ke depan diprediksikan akan menjadi yang terbesar di Asia Tenggara, menggeser posisi Thailand yang selama ini menjadi pemimpin pasar. Meskipun industri otomotif ini demikian pesat perkembangannya dan banyak menarik investor asing, sayangnya belum banyak penelitian yang mengkaji faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi kunci sukses industri ini di Indonesia. Mengingat bahwa industri ini merupakan industri yang bersifat technology-driven, dengan sistem produksi yang telah berkelas dunia dan infrastuktur manajemen lainnya yang saling mendukung, perlu dikaji selain faktor sistem produksi, faktor apa lagi yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi pada industri ini. Dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa kehebatan suatu sistem produksi tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sumber daya manusia yang menciptakan, mengatur, menjalankan dan mengontrol sistem tersebut, maka tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh aspek pengelolaan sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi di industri otomotif di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan pada dua perusahaan otomotif milik Jepang di Indonesia, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek pengelolaan sumber daya manusia terbukti berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi di industri otomotif di Indonesia.

Abstract

Organizational Capability is considered to be one of the most important issues in strategic management and human capital literature. Organizational Capability can be understood as the all elements that work efficiently and effectively to help organization create its strategy that fits to its industry level of turbulence and to achieve company performance.  Previous research  confirmed the identification  of nine (9) elements as organizational capability. These are speed innovation, customer connectivity, seeks related change,  strategic  responsiveness,  international working  environment,  ready  to  strategic  alliances, efficiency  and  talent. Research  confirmed  that Organizational Capabilities  have  positive  impact  to Organizational Performance. Research shows the connection between the three variables –Leadership –Organizational Culture and Political Behavior in creating Organizational Capability and its impact to Organizational Performance. Structural Equation modeling shows that Leadership and Organizational Culture do not have direct relationship with Organizational Performance, however both have positive relationship  with  Organizational  Capability.  Organizational  Performance  was  directly  influenced positively by Organizational Capability and negatively impacted by Organizational Politics. Leadership positively impact Organizational Capability and Organizational Culture, however leadership negatively impact Organizational Politics.Keywords: Strategic Management,Organizational Capability,Strategic Leadership, Culture,Organizatinal Politics,Government Owned Companies

Abstract

In Indonesia, the processed food industry is one of the strategic sectors of economic growth because rapid and massive innovation expected to accelerate the recovery of the Indonesian economy during Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to identify the innovation barriers as well as to understand how they interact with each other so that the decision makers can focus on to overcome these barriers. There is a presentation of hierarchy-based and the mutual relationships among these hindrances using interpretive structural modeling. Three main barriers including economic or political uncertainty, overlapping government regulations, and low organizational commitment was identified to show a high driving power with a low dependence because they have strategic importance and require great attention from stakeholders. The results become a reference for stakeholders in formulating the innovation development strategies and several formulating policies for the maintenance of political or economic stability as well as the harmonization of regulations. Abstract

The development of tourism sector in this era of globalization requires each business actor in this sector to continue development business including Lokawisata Baturaden which is one of the natural tourist attractions located in Central Java. Therefore, it is necessary to design the right business model so that Lokawisata Baturaden can understand how to run management activities effectively and efficiently. The objective of this study was to design a future business model of Lokawisata Baturaden as a developed tourism recreation. The analytical method utilized in the study was business model canvas (BMC) with SWOT and blue ocean strategy. The results showed that created of new value proposition for future business model design in the form of educational entertainment programs for children and families in Lokawisata Baturaden affected  every element of the business model canvas such as the addition in terms of key resources owned, key activities undertaken, cooperation partners, and income streams who signed in. The cost structure incurred addition and reduction of costs in terms of promotional activities. Costumer segment, the main focus is family, children, and students.

Abstract

This research analyzed about Mekaar business development strategy at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) to find out Mekaar business unit's developmental strategy to improve the living standard of poor people in Indonesia of the customers who have joined it, to find out Mekaar financing business unit (performance) based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and also to determine business strategies that can be used to develop Mekaar program. This study applies descriptive and SFAS analysis methods. SFAS analysis method is a summary of the analysis of strategic factors obtained based on the analysis results of internal (IFAS) and external (EFAS) factors. One of the results of this study showed the strategies that must be taken include: support for the provision of access to capital, increased penetration of service coverage, employee recruitment as needed, government support through MSME policy, implementation of market research related to customer needs, provision of non- material stimulus for employees, and funding diversification. Based on the conclusion of the study, for the next research, the writer recommends measuring the success of the strategies carried out by the company based on the level of stakeholder satisfaction and the expectations of the people served.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing rapidly, one proof of the rapid progress of information technology is the development of social media. Promotion on social media is a popular way for companies, even government agencies. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the promotion of tourist destinations on social media by developing the Aisas model to see the relationships between the verbs in it. The analytical method used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run using LISREL software. The results of the study show that promotion on social media has a significant effect on one’s attention, interest, and desire to find more information about the information being promoted. And one’s attention and interest have a significant influence on tourism decisions. A person’s tourism activities influence the desire to share his travel experience. Further research is expected to be able to examine the trends of social media that are most effectively used for promotion.
