Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Office layout is a method to formulate spatial, tools, layout, and their physical environment that aims to provide a means for teachers and internal communications are an important means to unify the direction and the views and thoughts among teachers and between teachers with the Head of School, so create cohesion in the work. This research aims: 1) to determine whether there is any spatial effect on the effectiveness of teachers 'work; 2) to determine whether there is an internal communication influence the effectiveness of teachers' work; 3) to know how big influence of spatial planning and internal communication on the effectiveness of working collectively same. The population that became the subject of this study was the teacher of SMK Negeri 9 Semarang all 44 people who made the research sample because this study represents a population study. In this study, the independent variables are spatial and internal communications, while the dependent variable is the employment effectiveness of teachers. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire technique, documentation and observation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis percentages, multiple regression analysis, simultaneous test, partial test, coefficient of determination and classical assumption. Based on the results of regression analysis obtained F value of 13.357 with a probability of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is significant influence between spatial planning and internal communication on the effectiveness of teacher working SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. The amount of influence between spatial planning and internal communication on the effectiveness of teacher working SMK Negeri 9 for 39.5% of Semarang. Based on this research, the authors suggest that: in drafting desk should be more loose and in placing the furniture and other equipment should be to take advantage of the space available, so the staff room and classrooms and teachers more impressed with a neat move freely when doing academic activities; head schools should pay more attention to another teacher performance by giving instructions clearly did not even hesitate to reprimand if proven negligent in completing the job, as an effort to improve the quality of education, school principals should be willing to open ourselves to receive all complaints, ideas, or ideas from teachers.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to improve the quality of learning for Studi Kelayakan Bisnis (Business Feasibility Study), to improve students’ spirit in learning, to improve lecturers’ skill in developing learning model and media and  also to improve students’ achievement in learning. This study was class action research consists of three cycles. Result of study showed students’ achievement was improving on each cycle. Students’ learning completeness before applying Learning Cycle method was 0%, after applying Learning Cycle method; students’ achievement after final test was 94%. Students’ interest, activeness and relationship in learning process with range 1-4, the result was good (3.2). Result of observation related to lecturers’ skill in managing the learning process which used map concept method with range 1-4 showed a good result with average of cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3 was 3.2. That score was the average of all aspects investigated on three cycles. Based on result of study, it was suggested that for lecturers of Business Feasibility Study subject to apply Learning Cycle method in teaching-learning process. This method was approved to improve students’ ability to analyze the case and understand the concepts of Business Feasibility Study. This was because students are given opportunity to do research in the field related to the topic and then find the problems that will be discussed in the class. Thus, students are usual to think critically and analytically to face a case. And finally, students can find the topics concepts. Moreover, result of study can be applied for other subjects because this study gives the positive impact. Key words: The Quality of Learning, Business Feasibility Study Subject, LearningCycle Method

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an increased of demand function counting and demand curve drawing using drill method and think pair share. It was a classroom action research that used drill and think pair share learning methods. The subjects of the research were students at class X IPS 4 in Senior High School 11 Semarang. Data were analyzed by using the simple descriptive statistics analysis with the mean of the evaluation result. Findings show that the mean of drill and think pair share learning methods in Class X IPS 4 Senior High School Negeri 11 Semarang was 72.94 and 76.10 at the pre-cycle. The study completeness was only by 13 students (39%). After conducting the first cycle, there was an improvement for 78.06 and 89.04. The study completeness was 18 students (55%). In the second cycle, students’ learning outcomes increased up to 95.76 and 99.29 with learning completeness was 33 students (100%).

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to understand (1) students’ understanding about character education after joining the class of teaching-learning strategy of character Accounting, (2) the characters of education students after joining the class of character Accounting. It was a class action research and the respondents were 53 Accounting Education students in the 5th semester. The study was done in 2 cycles. The data were collected by tests and observation and were analyzed by percentage descriptive. The result of study showed that: 1) Students’ understandings of character education increased 27% in the 1st cycle and 39% in the 2nd cycle. 2) The character average of education students was 82.2% in good category.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of family environment and social environment toward students’ achievement for Economics subject at the XI Social Studies students in SMA N 3 Jambi in the academic year of 2012/ 2013. The data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and regression. The result of the study showed that simultaneously, family environment and social environment influenced significantly toward students’ achievement for Economics subject at the XI IPS students in SMK N 3 Jambi. In detail, family environment had more dominant influence than social environment to influence students’ achievement.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to investigate the achievement of academic quality target and the proper of academic quality procedure in each department at teh Economic Faculty, Semarang State University. The research was done in Accounting, Management, Development Economic, and Economics Education Departments. The respondents were department’s leaders, including the Head of Departments. The Secretary of Deparment and The Head of laboratory in each department in each department. The data were collected by quetionnaire based on self-assessment. To identify and explain the achivement of academic quality target and the proper of academic quality procedure in each department, it was used branchmarking and root couse analysis based on the National Standard of Bachelor Study Program Accreditation/ BAN PT:2008 and International Standard SSM ISO 9001:2008. The result of the research gave empirical support that: (1) the achivement of academic quality target on students and graduetes standard was very good at the Accounting Departments; it was good at Management; it was good enough at Economics Education and Development Ecoonomics Departments. (2) the achivement of academic quality target on Human Resources standard was very good  at the Accounting Department, it was very good at Economics Education Department, and it was good enough at the Development Economics and Management Departments. (3) the achivement of academic quality target in curriculum, learning process, academic situation standard was very good at the Accounting, Management, Development Economics and Economics Education Departments, (4) the achivement quality target on facilities. Amenities and system of academic information standard was very good at the Accounting Department, it was good at the Development Economics and Economics Education and it was good enough at the Management department (5) the proper of academic procedure and the achivement of academic quality ware very good at all departments. Therefore, it is suggested for faculty’s and departments’s leader to have committment and give support for the lecturers and employees to hold the academic activities which are appropriete to the quality standard and procedure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui : (1) Tingkat motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi dalam pembelajaran serta prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati Semester II, (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati Semester II, dan (3) Variabel yang paling berpengaruh pengaruh antara motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS semester II SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati. Hasil  penelitian menyimpulkan ada pengaruh positif antara motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS  SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati baik secara simultan maupun parsial dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah motivasi berprestasi kemudian diikuti oleh disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Abstract

This research aims to prove: 1) the differences of students’ readiness in choosing a career in students in schools that apply KTSP curriculum with students in schools that apply kurikulum 2013; 2) the differences of the influences of supporting family environment with unsupporting family environment for students’ career choosing; 3) the influence of curriculum that receives family support for students’ career choices. The samples of the study were 355 students from 12 schools in Depok. Data analysis tool used two way anova with interaction. The prerequisite test used normality test and homogenity test. The result of the research shows that: 1) there is no significant difference of curriculum used in school to the students’ career choice readiness, 2) there are significant differences between students who have supporting family environment with students who have less supporting family environment to students’ career choice readiness, 3) there is a significant difference when schools with curriculum work together with family environments to support students in choosing their careers.

Abstract

Complaints of workplaces about graduates’ competencies of vocational schools were still going on. Workplaces need competent and efficient workers; therefore, vocational schools have to fulfill these needs. The graduates’ competencies are based on the curriculum, so the vocational schools must develop a strategy to improve the curriculum for achieving the competency needs of workplaces. The objective of this research is to provide the strategy in developing the curriculum based on workplace competencies. This study used qualitative approach and interaction methods to construct a strategy to develop the curriculum based on workplace competency. The conclusions are, first vocational schools need to identify the need of workplace competency, and secondly, those competencies identified are needed to make the competencies strategy based on workplace. The implication of this research supports Spencer & Spencer (1993) and Judissuseno (2008) theories.

Abstract

Student activity in economic learning class VII state junior high school Bantarbolang is low and the result study of economic couldn’t reach study completing. Study completing reach 51.16% and class mean only 6.53. All student activity are managed if learning be motivated to reach some goals. In the way to reach the objectives, student be faced in active condition to play a role and discussion that guided by teacher. The object of this research to find out how the learning process in Economic concentration with topic people as a social human being and economic class VII state senior high school 3 Bantarbolang Pemalang region. In the year 2006/2007 using learning model of role playing. The result study show there is increasing score reach in last cycle II is 7.81 with study completing classically 86.05%. And the result study of last cycle II reach classically completing 77.74%, from the result of this research be expected that teacher of economic subject in class VII use learning model of role playing in topic people as a social human being and economic. Adding facilities to complement learning process and give motivating and information about the topic that being learned. Keywords :The implementation of learning model of role playing
