Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of problem based learning model toward students’ activities and achievement on Financial Management subject for undergraduate program students of Accounting Education. It was a quantitative research that used true experimental design. Samples of this study were undergraduate program students of Accounting Education in the year of 2014. Class A were control class and class B were experimental class. Data were analyzed by using t-test in order to determine the differences of learning outcomes between control class and experimental class. Then, questionnaires were distributed to gather students’ activities information in their students’ learning model. Findings show that there is an influence of Problem Based Learning model toward students’ activities and learning outcomes on Financial Management subject for undergraduate program students of Accounting Education since t-count ≥ t-table. It is 6.120 ≥ 1.9904. Students’ learning activities with Problem Based Learning model are better than students who are taught by conventional learning model.

Abstract

The research was inspired by students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers with the rapid progress of science and technology and also free-market for workers. The objective of the study was to test the influence of Accounting learning based on SAK IFRS and self-efficacy toward students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers. The population of the research were Accounting education students in classess of 2010 until 2012. Thus, it used proportionate stratified random sampling. The respondents were 85 students in class 2010, 123 students in class 2011 and 154 students in class 2012. Then, the data were analyzed by percentage descriptive and doubled linear regression. The result of regression analysis showed that 1) Accounting learning based on SAK IFRS and self-efficacy contibuted positively and significantly for 52.4% toward students’ readiness to be Accounting students, 2) there was a positive and significant influence of Accounting learning based on SAK IFRS for 26.2% toward students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers, 3) there was a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy for 16.32% toward students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers. The familiarity level for learning Accounting based on SAK IFRS was high with the progress of science and technology and also full adoption from IFRS.

Abstract

Students in the first semester got difficulty to adapt the learning process in the university (student-oriented) which are different with the senior high school (teacher-oriented). Thus, the lecturer needed to solve the problem to sharpen students’ independence by using Jigsaw, a cooperative learning. Then, e-learning was also an important factor to spread the knowledge widely to students. Thus; the combination of Jigsaw and e-learning was expected to improve students’ achievement. The subjects of the study were 40 Economics education students in bachelor degree (S1), Unnes in Curriculum Review class. The objective of the study was to minimize the mistake, improve the students’ interest and study result in understanding the concept of the Standard of National Education through independent learning strategy based on e-learning and cooperative learning of Jigsaw. The result of study showed that students’ activities, interest, attention, participation in discussion and presentation in the classroom increased significantly with the mean 4.14. Then, students’ test results increased from pre-test which was only 74 then rose to 79 in the 1st cycle and 81 in the 2nd cycle with the level of completeness was 87.5%. Furthermore, students thought that the strategy was very good with the score 4.12

Abstract

The objective of the research was to know the effectiveness of visual media based on macromedia flash MX in teaching Curriculum Study to improve students understanding. It was a class action research at Office Administration Education class consisted of 50 students. The result of the study showed that visual media based on macromedia flash MX was effective to improve students’ understanding on Curriculum Study. Moreover, it also improved students’ activeness and attention during the teaching learning process. Thus; it suggested for: (1) the institution to prepare all facilities and amenities such as LCD, computer, internet network, etc since the implementation of this media need those facilities, (2) the lecturers to master how to use the media and prepare their own materials so they can teach well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang kewiraswastaan. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dorongan orang tua dan pengetahuan kewiraswastaan terhadap minat berwiraswasta siswa jurusan penjualan SMK Koperasi Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dorongan orang tua terhadap minat berwiraswasta yang ditunjukkan dari ry1 sebesar 0,341 yang lebih besar daripada r tabel yaitu sebesar 0,309; (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewiraswastaan terhadap minat berwiraswasta yang ditunjukkan dari ry2 sebesar 0,364 yang lebih besar daripada r tabel yaitu sebesar 0,309; (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dorongan orang tua dan pengetahuan kewiraswastaan terhadap minat berwiraswasta yang ditunjukkan dengan F hitung yang lebih besar daripada F tabel (11,383 > 3,44). Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of both partial and simultaneous motivation, creativity, and confidence of students in studying to economic subject learning autonomy of the students of Senior High School 4 Tegal. The population in this study was the whole class X Social Education Science which consists of 126 students. The data collection in this research was taken through several methods, whicha are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The result of this study shows that 77.7% of learning motivation, learning creativity, and self-confidence simultaneously affect the learning autonomy of economics subject of Senior High School 4 Tegal. The results of this study are expected to enable teachers to foster learning motivation, learning creativity and self-confidence of the students in order to form the character of independence. Students are expected to not only rely on the subject matter given by the teachers, but they must be more active and independent in learning to expand a broad insight about economy.

Abstract

The high or low students’ achievement in teaching and learning activities is mainly influenced by factors which are inside the students themselves (internal factors) and factors which are outside the students (external factors). In this study, there was one element of each factors above which would be studied; the internal factor was students’ motivation and the external factor was the teacher competence that influenced the learning outcomes. Students’ motivation is important because the students themselves who determine the success of learning. Lecturer competence is also important in learning, because lecturer is someone who is dealing with students directly in teaching and learning activities, so we need lecturers whose high competence to improve the learning achievement. The method used in this research was descriptive method, i.e. the researcher collected and compiled the data, and then it was described and analyzed by using statistical calculations, regression analysis, while the technique of data collection was questionnaire. The result of this study was students’ learning motivation and lecturer’s competence have a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously to students' learning achievement

The objective of the researches is to know wether resiprocal teaching learning can improve understanding accounting subject on the topic transaction journal cooperative accounting. Population in this research where XII IPS students in SMA Negeri 1 Tegal. Sample in this research where XII IPS 1 students in SMA Negeri 1 Tegal. Result of this research show reciprocal teaching learning implementation can improve understanding accounting subject on the topic transaction journal cooperative accounting. This can be should 80% students can reach the target. Based on the result, it is suggested that teacher can implement reciprocal teaching learning, and to use relevan literature. Abstract

This research aims to develop a learning media video based on swishmax dan screencast o-matic software through contextual approach. The study used ADDIE development model which consisted of five stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Before using the learning video media, firstly it was tested by media experts and subject experts. Then; it needed students’ feedback by using questionnaires about the media. The results of the experts and students’ questionnaires show that the media is very good and feasible to be used. The effectiveness of the media was analyzed by t-test. The mean score of experimental class is 85.03; whereas the mean score of control class is only 79.00. By using t test scores, its score is 3.30 and more than 1.997; then Ho is rejected. Therefore; it can be concluded that learning by using the learning video media based swishmax and screencast o-matic software through the contextual approach is better than the conventional teaching on Organizational Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of character education approach through group investigation (GI) method in improving students’ learning outcomes in learning accounting on the basic competence of accounting equation at MAN 1 Pekalongan. It was an experimental research with control group pre-test-post-test pattern. The data were collected by observation and tests. The data were analyzed by percentage descriptive and inferential statistical tests. The treatment can make students at  experimental class are used to behave honestly. The result of hypothesis test showed that learning outcomes increased after the treatment in the experimental class. The average value of the post-test at experimental class was higher (75.08) than the control class (70.73).
