Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat hasil belajar  siswa akan materi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional, mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa akan materi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran CTL, dan mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran ekonomi dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional dan pembelajaran CTL. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 11 Semarang  sebanyak 2 Kelas yaitu kelas XI.1 sebagai kelas percobaan dan kelas XI.2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Tipe penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian quasi experiment dengan pendekatan randomized conntrol group only. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi : yaitu pengamatan langsung mengenai metode pengajaran yang dipakai selama ini,  instrumen pelaksanaan CTL yang akan dilakukan oleh guru kemudian sebagai pengamat mengidentifikasikan bagaimana pelaksanaan ketujuh indikator CTL tersebut serta data hasil test siswa, diperoleh dari hasil post-test siswa untuk kelas keompok percobaan dan kelas kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis data kualitatif menunjukan bahwa baik aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan respon siswa terhadap KBM yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan CTL menunjukan tingkat pencapaian yang baik, demikian juga dengan pelaksanaan tujuh komponen utama dari CTL. Hasil post-test juga menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan, hasil nilai yang sesuai SKBM (nilai 66) berdasarkan metode konvensional sebesar 45 %, sedangkan berdasar metode CTL sebesar 70 %. Adapun hasil uji beda antara pelaksanaan post-test dikelas percobaan dan kelas tindakan menunjukan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the strategy of production, marketing, human resources (labor), and capital. The technique of collecting data used observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and triangulation. The technique of sampling was purposive sampling. Findings show that the strategy of production, marketing strategies by the way of increased order coupled with the trademark shows as well as various flavors of innovation development, adjustment of the selling price with the price of raw materials production, the cooperation of manufacturers and suppliers in the distribution of lanting, promotional activities by means of cooperation with the agency and related service trade off products online. The strategy of human resources is with the formation groups of industry in the village of Lemahduwur (but not running smoothly). Strategy capital with the initial capital comes from its own capital and profit as capital accumulation, additional capital when many party and by feast day; increased access to capital, financial administration and against accounting in a simple and routine. The advice given is the government and manufacturers improve HR, technology development, marketing and capital. Manufacturer improves collaboration with suppliers of raw materials, maintaining the typical features and making a trademark.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi motivasi terhadap mahasiswa untuk mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Akuntan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa akuntansi di Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 388 yang berasal dari empat perguruan tinggi, yaitu UNNES, UNDIP, UNIKA dan UDINUS. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu motivasi yang terdiri atas motivasi kualitas, motivasi karir, motivasi ekonomi, dan motivasi sosial. Sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah minat mengikuti PPA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk mengikuti PPA sebesar 23,2%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan kepada lembaga penyelenggara PPA untuk selalu mengembangkan kurikulum PPA. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Minat, Pendidikan Profesi Akuntan.

Abstract

The research aim to implement innovative learning methods of business practice teaching firm’s to cultivate students entrepreneurial character. Intellectual unemployment in 2016 has increased significantly compared to the previous year. Intellectual unemployment is unemployment delivered by college graduates. Therefore, universities should be able to organize innovative learning to be able to deliver their graduates with entrepreneurship character. This is a development research applying a learning method rather than proving a theory. The subjects of the study were Mathematics Education students who take entrepreneurship courses amounting to 38 students. The innovative learning method used is Business Practice Teaching Firms (BPTF) that emphasizes learning on learning by doing process with entrepreneurship practices that are made as closely as possible with real companies. By using descriptive analysis, it is found that entrepreneurship characters is initiative, self-confidence, being able to take risks and turn to behave, being able to control situation, innovative and creative, and having leadership spirit that may increase after BPTF has been applied in the learning process.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine 1) the influence of students’ learning interest toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran partially. 2) The influence of students’ learning independence toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran partially. 3) The influence of learning resources toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran partially. 4) The influence of interest, independence, and learning resources toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran simultaneously. The populations of the study were all students at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran, they were 216 students. The sampling technique was cluster proportional random which found 70 students as the samples. Then, data were collected by questionnaires, interviews and documentation and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t-test. The results of the study showed that: 1) there was positive influence of students’ learning interest toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5, it was proved by  t- 2.772> t table 1.997. 2) There was positive influence students’ learning independence toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran, it was proved by t 2.037 > t table 1.997. 3) There was  positive influence of learning resources toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran, it was proved by t 2.262  t> t table 1.997. 4) There was a significant influence of students’ interest, independence, and learning resources toward students’ achievement on social studies at the 7th Grade students in SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran, it was proved by the constant value was 51.909.

Abstract

The research aims to help the development of business center as an entrepreneurship laboratory for vocational students in order to increase the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This study is also  to find out how the implementation of the existing Business Center program in SMK Banyumas District viewed from the aspects of learning, economics, organizational, and capital. Research method used qualitative method and techniques of collecting data used observation and interview. The place of research is in Vocational School 1 Purwokerto and Vocational School 2 Purwokerto. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique. Validity of data in this research used data triangulation.The result of the research shows that the learning aspect of the implementation of the business center is effective because it becomes the student training center. Economic aspect of the business center is effective to carry out the activities of selling goods, goods production and service, business because it is supported by qualified human resources and internal audits conducted regularly. The aspect of the capital of the business center can be managed effectively.

Abstract

The academic performance of an institution empirically is determined by six performance indicators, namely: infrastructure-educational facilities (tangibles); reliability faculty and staff (reliability), responsiveness of faculty and academic staff (responsibility); treatment of faculty and staff to students (assurance); understanding the students’ interests (empathy), and student satisfaction (satisfaction). The problems of this study are; (1) how is   the students’ satisfaction toward academic service? (2) How is the performance of academic program? How high is academic performance? What factors affect the performance? The objectives of this research are (1) to describe students’ satisfaction toward academic service, (2) to describe the performance of academic program, to describe academic performance, and to describe the factors which affect academic performance at Post Graduate Programs in Semarang State University. The method of this research was description. The results of the study were; the six academic performance indicators are in good category, students’ satisfaction toward academic service both in the scope of study program and Post Graduate Programs are classified in good category, and the description of study programs’ academic performance result  generally was in good category.

Abstract

Skripsi memberi pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah ilmiah dengan cara melakukan penelitian sendiri, menganalisis dan menarik kesimpulan serta menyusunnya sebagai bentuk karya ilmiah. Pengalaman belajar seseorang di masa lampau dapat digunakan sebagai bekal dalam kegiatan belajar selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tingkat pengaruh hasil belajar filsafat ilmu, matematika bisnis, statistik, ekonometrika dan metodologi penelitian terhadap kualitas penulisan skripsi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah wisudawan jurusan ekonomi tahun 2004 yang berjumlah  148. Pengambilan sampel yang berjumlah 45 dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif persentase, crosstabs, dan regresi binary. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar filsafat ilmu, matematika bisnis, statistik, ekonometrika dan  metodologi penelitian secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas penulisan skripsi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik hasil belajar filsafat ilmu, matematika bisnis, statistik, ekonometrika dan metodologi penelitian maka kualitas penulisan skripsi akan semakin baik, begitu pula sebaliknya. Disarankan bagi mahasiswa agar meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap mata kuliah tersebut sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik agar dapat dijadikan bekal dalam menyusun skripsi. Abstract

The cooperation can be superior to another business entity by providing good quality services and qualify in managing the cooperation and give the encouragement toward members as well as deliver good impression and gaining the conviction that cooperation member’s have in meeting the level of member’s satisfaction. There are several questioning of this research such as (1) Is there any influence quality of  services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? (2) How much the influence quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? Then, here are the objectives that can fully support this research in order to research questions above such as (1) To determine the effects quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? And (2) To determine the influence quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously? The population of this research was the whole number of The Wahana Artha Nugraha Cooperation’s Members Semarang with the total was thirty eight members. The number of sample is all entire amount of population. The research methodology in collecting data of this research used questionnaires and documentation. Also the analysis methodology of this research used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.The result of this research showed that there was significant quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them directly with the amount 61.1%. Meanwhile, the partially showed that the amount quality of services was 18.92%, the capability of managerial boards was 26.52%, the influencing motivation members was 15.52%, and the cooperation image showed 23.3% in order to meet the satisfaction of cooperation members.Therefore, based on the satisfaction of cooperation members result of this researchcan be concluded that there was still significant quality of services, the capability of managerial boards, the motivation and image of cooperation’s members in satisfying them either partially or simultaneously.
