Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Stenography learning in class X Office Administration 3 at SMK Negeri 1Pemalang indicated the low learning motivation. The purpose of this research was toknow the students’ learning motivation improvement after using talking stick methodwith audio media at Stenography subject in class X Office Administration at SMK N 1Pemalang. It was a classroom action research conducted in three cycles which eachcycle was consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The datawere collected by observation and test. Then, the data were analyzed by percentagedescriptive. The results showed that talking stick method with audio media can improvestudents motivation at Stenography subject in class X Office Administration 3 at SMKN 1 Pemalang. The average of students’ motivation on the first cycle was 63.08%, thenincreased up to 72.08% on the second cycle and finally, it went up to 85.08% on thethird cycle.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of family environment and social environment toward students’ achievement for Economics subject at the XI Social Studies students in SMA N 3 Jambi in the academic year of 2012/ 2013. The data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and regression. The result of the study showed that simultaneously, family environment and social environment influenced significantly toward students’ achievement for Economics subject at the XI IPS students in SMK N 3 Jambi. In detail, family environment had more dominant influence than social environment to influence students’ achievement.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to know the students learning responsestoward Inquiry Based Learning method on the materials of Cooperative Concept andManagement. It was a qualitative descriptive approach and the research subjects were32 students of class X IIS 1 at SMA 1 Bae Kudus. The data were collected byobservation, documentation and interview. The results showed that students gavepositive responses toward the application of Inquiry Based Learning method sincestudents’ responses were very high at 85.51%.

Abstract

In learning accounting, conventional learning models are still frequently used by the teacher. As a result, the learning become monotonous and it’s not maximum. The problem of this study is wheather through Gallery Walk Duati-Duata can improve the activity and learning outcomes of accounting students.This study was class action research which was designed into two main cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages started from planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The result showed that : (1) Learning activities increase from 27,78% before cycle, 69,45% in first cycle and 93,88% in second cycle, (2) The learning outcomes increase, from 22,22% before siklus, 75% in first cycle and 94,44% in second cycle. Therefore the use of this methods could be one of the reference of teachers in implementing the learning process.

Abstract

Most students in Economics Faculty are not skillful in speaking English, so itneeds the active learning to encourage them to talk and improve their good characters.Therefore; I suggest the program of Coins of Hope to solve this problem. The problemof the study is: Does the Coins of Hope improve students’ speaking skills in Englishsubject and support the moral conservation at Semarang State University? It isexpected that the program of Coins of Hope is effective to improve students’ speakingskills at Descriptive text in English and also improve students’ characters.

Abstract

The study analyzed the factors which influence State Junior High Schools students in Semarang to choose Vocational Schools. It was a descriptive quantitative research done at ex-RSBI and SSN Junior High Schools in Semarang. The populations were 854 students and taken 120 students as the samples. The data were collected by questionnaire, and in-depth interviews. Then, the data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The result of the study showed that: 1) the promotion about SMK had the significant influence toward students’ interest to choose SMK, 2) the location of SMK had the significant influence toward students’ interest to choose SMK, 3) the socio-economic background did not influence students’ interest to choose SMK, 4) the closest reference influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 5) the students’ perception about SMK influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 6) the students’ motivation influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 7) the departments of SMK influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 8) the promotion, the location of SMK, the students’ socio economic background, the reference, the perception, the motivation and the departments of SMK influenced simultaneously students’ interest to choose SMK.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of businessplan on the materials of Entrepreneurship in Economics Studies at SMA Negeri 1Wonosobo. The respondents were all students of class X at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo.The data were collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Then, the datawere analyzed descriptively. The result of the research showed that 10th grade studentsat SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo have implemented entrepreneurial spirit by composing thebusiness plan.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the educational output and outcome in the era of autonomy policy. By using path analysis, this study tested exogenous variables on endogenous variables directly or indirectly. The educational output in this study is the graduation rate of junior secondary school/madrasah tsanawiyah (JSS/MTs), while the educational outcome is the transition rate to general senior secondary school/vocational senior secondary school/madrasah aliyah (GSSS/VSSS/MA). The exogenous variables in this study is the percentage of realization government expenditure in education, gross domestic regional product per capita, ratio of pupils to teacher of JSS/MTs, and ratio of pupils to classes of JSS/MTs. The study found that percentage of realization government expenditure in education had no significant effect on the graduation rate of JSS/MTs and significant effect on the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA. Gross domestic regional product per capita in this study have a significant effect on the graduation rate of JSS/MTs and the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA. The ratio of pupils to teacher of JSS/MTs and the ratio of pupils per classes of JSS/MTs no significant effect either on the graduation rate of JSS/MTs and the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA. As an intervening variable, a variable graduation rate of JSS/MTs was also no significant effect on the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to investigate the influence of industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery toward students’ work readiness in 12the Grade students of accounting program vocational schools in Kendal district both simultaneously and partially. The population of the study was accounting students in state and private vocational school in Kendal, they were 368 students. The samples were 192 students chosen by proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by documentation and questionnaires, then analyzed by descriptive analysis. Furthermore, hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that industrial work practices and accounting productive mastery influenced simultaneously toward students’ work readiness by 56.6%, and partially, the influence of industrial work practices was 45.02% and the influence of accounting productive mastery was only 18.15%.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to improve students’ learnig achievement to complete the Accounting cycle at service companies through the guidance techniques of self- contracting and self reinforcement on the 1st semester students of XI PE 3class in SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang in the academic year of 2011/2012. The previous assessments of students’ learning results in completing the Accounting Cycle for service companies showed low average, it was only 65.40, whereas the minimum score was 75. The low achievement could be initiated by students’ low motivation and activities. They were reluctant to study because of the domination of lecturing method. Thus, it was needed a more appropriate method to develop the exemplary, to give motivation, and also to give opportunity for students to be optimal in learning. The learning process through the guidance technique of self- contracting and self reinforcement could increase the students’ achievement with the average of daily score was 75.98, it was higher than the KKM (minimum score) and the students’ completeness was 77.50% which increased about 32.50%
