Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Bagaimana kemampuan guru dalam mendiagnosis kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMAN Kabupaten Rembang?, (2) Bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pemberian bantuan remedial teaching pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMAN Kabupaten Rembang?, (3) Bagaimanakah evaluasi dan tindak lanjut remedial teaching pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMAN Kabupaten Rembang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru mata pelajaran Akuntansi kelas XI SMAN se-Kabupaten Rembang yang berjumlah 12 orang. Peneliti juga mengambil 100 sampel siswa kelas XI SMAN se-Kabupaten Rembang untuk mendukung data sub variabel diagnosis kesulitan belajar siswa. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan remedial teaching yang terbagi menjadi beberapa sub variabel yaitu, diagnosis kesulitan belajar, pelaksanaan pemberian bantuan remedial , evaluasi dan tindak lanjut remedial teaching. Data diambil dengan teknik koesioner dan wawancara, dan dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan remedial teaching pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi kelas XI di SMAN se-Kabupaten Rembang dalam kategori cukup baik. Berkaitan dengan metode dalam pembelajaran remedial, guru perlu menggunakan metode yang bervariasi yang sesuai untuk mata pelajaran Akuntansi. Sekolah perlu menambah fasilitas dan media belajar Akuntansi yang cukup sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Perlu juga penambahan jumlah buku Akuntansi di perpustakaan-perpustakaan SMAN Kabupaten Rembang, sehingga kebutuhan siswa akan buku pelajaran Akuntansi dapat terpenuhi. Selain itu guru secara rutin memberikan remedial teaching pada siswa yang nilainya belum mencapai standar kompetensi. Kata Kunci: Remedial teaching

Abstract

Kemajuan suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Kualitas sumber daya manusia tergantung pada kualitas pendidikan. Peran pendidikan sangat penting untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang cerdas, terbuka dan demokratis. Tujuan dari Pendidikan Nasional adalah mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan mengembangkan manusia Indonesia seutuhnya yaitu manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berbudi pekerti luhur, memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan, kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, kepribadian yang mantap dan mandiri serta memiliki rasa tanggungjawab kemasyarakatan dan kebangsaan. Dalam rangka membantu peserta didik guna mengikuti perkembangan iptek dan menjawab tantangan di masa depan, Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK) telah dikeluarkan oleh Departemen Pendidikan Nasional sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Pelaksanaan KBK menuntut guru untuk lebih inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran siswa, pembelajaran tidak lagi berpusat pada guru akan tetapi berpusat pada siswa. Seperti halnya dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di SMK siswa tidak lagi menjadi pihak yang pasif menerima materi tetapi aktif dalam PBM. Sehingga siswa tidak hanya paham terhadap materi pelajaran akan tetapi juga dapat menghubungkannya dengan kondisi  yang ada di masyarakat. Untuk itu  pengembangan Emotional Intelligence (EI) dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di SMK dapat dijadikan sebagai suatu alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mempersiapkan siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan kerja di masa depan. Pengembangan Emotional Intelligence diperlukan supaya siswa memiliki kecakapan hidup (life skill). Kata kunci : emotional intelligence, peserta didik, life skill

Abstract

The objective of the study was to improve the material mastery by using roleplay learning model which was indicated by at least 75% students got 75 for theirlearning achievement and all students were actively involved in the learning process. Itwas a classroom action research. The subject of the research was students at class XOffice Administration at SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung in the academic year of2013/2014. The study was consisted of two cycles which each cycle consisted ofplanning, implementation, action, and reflection. The data were collected by test andobservation sheets for students and teachers. The results of the study showed that: (1)Role play model can improve students’ learning achievement on the basic competenceof applying the principles of excellent service with the average of students’ learningachievement on the 1st cycle was 74.5, and rose up to 81.62 on the 2nd cycle, and theclassical completeness was 72.5% on the 1st cycle and increased up to 95% on the2nd cycle, (2) the students’ attitude toward learning was 63.10% on the 1st cycle andincreased up to 84.4% on the 2nd cycle.

Abstract

Students in the first semester got difficulty to adapt the learning process in the university (student-oriented) which are different with the senior high school (teacher-oriented). Thus, the lecturer needed to solve the problem to sharpen students’ independence by using Jigsaw, a cooperative learning. Then, e-learning was also an important factor to spread the knowledge widely to students. Thus; the combination of Jigsaw and e-learning was expected to improve students’ achievement. The subjects of the study were 40 Economics education students in bachelor degree (S1), Unnes in Curriculum Review class. The objective of the study was to minimize the mistake, improve the students’ interest and study result in understanding the concept of the Standard of National Education through independent learning strategy based on e-learning and cooperative learning of Jigsaw. The result of study showed that students’ activities, interest, attention, participation in discussion and presentation in the classroom increased significantly with the mean 4.14. Then, students’ test results increased from pre-test which was only 74 then rose to 79 in the 1st cycle and 81 in the 2nd cycle with the level of completeness was 87.5%. Furthermore, students thought that the strategy was very good with the score 4.12

Abstract

There has been no clear studies to identify, verify and analyze readiness program resources in order to study the implementation of PBE resulted in initial position (existing point) is not clear that the priority programs and activities that are carried out per year tend to be responsive and not directed priorities. These conditions resulted in analysis of resource readiness courses in the management of production-based learning pattern PBE draw conducted This study aims to identify and verify and analyze readiness resources management courses in the pattern of production based learning, particularly in the Accounting Studies Program. This research is expected to be used to increase the effectiveness of learning and vocational education to improve the quality and relevance of polytechnic graduates. Total score was 33 the existence of resources from the scale of 12-60. The average score is 2.75. The average score was shown the position of Prodis resources have been used, but its role is unclear (repeatable) tend to have clearly defined functions, communicated and documented (defined). Resources have been managed, monitored and evaluated well (managed) are: curriculum resources, networking courses, lab facilities, ISO-based management. Resources have been used but not optimal role: resources module practice, the formulation of an internship, practice material / TA, the performance of IC-based lecturer

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of the acquisition methodSTAD student learning outcomes in terms of aspects of student interest in economicsubjects in class X at SMAN 10 Batang Jambi. The study was conducted using a quasiexperimentaldesign with one-shoot method of post test design. The results showed thatthe method STAD significant positive effect on the acquisition of student learningoutcomes. Proven to strengthen students interest in learning method STAD acquisitionof student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Nowadays, the teachers’ performance did not meet the expectation based on the competencies. There were many problems related to their performance such as; only a few teachers who did classroom action research, creating the lesson plans which were not supported by the learning media, the lack of learning sources, delivering the lesson without using creative learning so students were difficult to get the lesson. The factors which could influence the teachers’ performance were the principals’ leadership, the teachers’ activeness to join the Subject Teachers Forum/ Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Thus; the problem of the study: was there any influence of the principals’ leadership, the teachers’ activeness to join MGMP toward the Economics/ Accounting teachers’ performance of Senior High Schools in Kendal either partially or simultaneously? It was a population research so 35 Economics/ Accounting teachers of State Senior High Schools in Kendal as the samples. The data were analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis and doubled linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the study; simultaneously the principals’ leadership and the teachers’ activeness to join MGMP influenced positively and significantly up to 55.5% toward the Economics/ Accounting teachers’ performance of State Senior High Schools in Kendal and partially, the 1st variable (The principals’ leadership) influenced up to 43.16%, whereas the 2nd variable (The teachers’ activeness) influenced only 16%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence either partially orsimultaneously of English vocabulary mastery, basic computer and basic accountingtoward the learning achievement of MYOB accounting computer at class XI AccountingSkills Competency at SMK N 1 Bawang in the academic year of 2011/2012. Thepopulation of the study was 94 students and they were all the respondents. The datawere collected by test and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by percentagedescriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the studyshowed that simultaneously, English vocabulary mastery, basic computer and basicaccounting influenced the learning achievement significantly for 23.7%, partiallyEnglish vocabulary mastery influenced the MYOB accounting computer learningachievement for 7.95%, basic computer mastery influenced it for 5.15%, and basicaccounting mastery influenced it for 7.51%. It means that the good mastery of Englishvocabulary, basic computer and basic accounting can improve the learningachievement of MYOB accounting computer.

Abstract

The low students’ activeness level in the teaching and learning process willinfluence students’ achievement. Choosing the varied and appropriate learning methodis very important for the success of teaching and learning process. The purpose of thisstudy was to enhance the students’ activeness and students’ learning outcomes at thetopic of Fixed Assets Depreciation by using cooperative learning with match boxmethod, especially for students of class XI AK 2 at SMK N 2 Blora. It was a classroomaction research. The methods of the study were observation and evaluation. The resultsof the research showed that match box method can increase students’ activeness.Students’ activeness was only 71.05% at the beginning and after using the match boxmethod, it rose up to 84.21% and was successful to improve students’ learningoutcomes because students’ learning completeness rose from 28.95% to 65.79% .

Abstract

The background of this study is the experience in teached Intermediate Accounting 2 last year that showed unsatisfied results. The purpose of this study are to test and to get the empirical evidance on the effectivity of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) as a teaching methode used in Intermediate Accounting 2 to improve Student Partisipations and Learning Competence.60 students of Accounting Education Departement in 4th semester become objects in this study. This study used primary datas collected from tests, observations dan documentations. This research was done in 3 cycles. Each cycles consisted of 5 stages, they were pre-reflecting, planning, acting, observing and post-reflecting. The results showed empirical evidance that Teams Games Tournament (TGT) methode used in Intermediate Accounting 2 can improve Student Partisipations and Learning Competence.
