Abstract

Ranch as one of the community in supporting the economy Residency Rembang has received attentionfrom the colonial government. It can be seen from one of the policies issued by the government at thattime, the effort to develop the farm. Government’s attention not only on livestock assistance, but alsoanimal health itself. It can be seen from the legislation, regulations or policies issued by the governmentrelating to the health of livestock. In this study the problems will be solved are: how the developmentof Animal Husbandry in Residency Rembang from 1900-1942, how the management of livestock inRembang Residency in 1900-1942, and how the government efforts in improving the health of livestockin Residency Rembang from 1900-1942? This research uses historical method. The fi nal stage is thepreparation or compilation of historical writing that is the facts in a synthesis as a unifi ed whole. Theresults showed that the growth of ranch increased Residency Rembang. The increase is not free fromgovernment interference. In the management of livestock can not be separated from the supervision andexamination by the Department of Livestock Health. This was done to improve the quality of livestock.Prevention of disease in cattle infectious anticipated by the government passed legislation preventinginfectious diseases and quarantine cattle.Key words: Livestock, livestock management, livestock health

Abstract

Most of drug abuse victims are included in young ages, which are, between 15 to 25 years old, withthe tendency of increasing number of victims from year to year. Therefore, it needs emphatic actions fromthe law enforcing officers, especially police, to execute law enforcement against drug abuse strictly, byutilizing preventive and repressive measures. In law enforcement against drug abuse, there is a supportivefactor in form of the spirit of police to execute law enforcement; meanwhile, the hindering factor is thelack of fund and active public participations to perform drug abuse preventions.Keywords : Law enforcement, drug abuse

Abstract

This study discusses mengenahi change of attitude occurred in elementary school children (elementary school) like (already know the make-up, going out, can ride a motorcycle). The study was conducted at four elementary schools in the District Dalisodo Village Wagir Malang. SDN BEDALISODO I, II, III, IV. Of course, attitudes described should not happen if they see their age an average of 12-15 years. This shift is motivated by a fundamental phenomenon of globalization. Globalization brings progress in all things one of which is technology. This technology led to changes in attitude at the elementary school children which would bring negative impacts. The method used is quantitative method by distributing questionnaires in each school. It is used in order to obtain the data in the form of a picture change of attitude occurred. The result is the truth of the hypothesis that the influence of technological advances with changing attitudes elementary school children (elementary school). Participatory community empowerment in an effort to reduce the rate of early childhood behavior change is a solution that is offered as a result of the influence of technological developments.

Abstract

Hopeteenageras the future generation that determines the fate of the nationin the future seems contrary to the reality of the matterat this time. Delinquency anddeviant behavior among young people today tendre ache salarming point. This is because teensare lessselective in choosinga group of friends that they're in, and come running norm screated by the group it self without referring to the prevailing normsin general. The purpose of this study to determine the cause of the friendship groups of students have an influence in triggering the occurrence of acts of juvenile delinquency. This study use sa case study with a qualitative approach. Using interview sandobservation asa data collection tool to there searc her who conducted the study informants. From there search that has Juvenile Delinquency, Friendship Group of Students.been done can the result sobtained, that adole scents will comply with the normsand behavior of a friendship group because he is getting the benefit sof the group and will be punished if it does not run the norms and group behavior.

Abstract

Since 1873 can be regarded as the beginning of growth and development of traditional marketsignifi cantly in Semarang. The deadline was set in 1914, based on the 30 April 1914 Besluit No.379 ofdecentralized market businesses submitted to the local council (city council). Above conditions, led toproblems including: the form of regulation, market management and the government’s revitalization ofthe markets in Semarang. Since decentralization, the delegation obtained Semarang Municipal obligationsin managing public facilities including care and repair and even build a set of market infrastructure. Untilthe year 1910 the market management in Semarang are still under the direct supervision of the colonialgovernment. Revitalization evidenced by an increase in the quality and infrastructure through discussion atcity council level. Various efforts related to the revitalization of the market almost all the elements to giveher attention. Technical Committee started, City Project Director, Chairman of the City Council, Memberof the Council, the Commission indicates the involvement of all markets is intense. Revitalization of thewhole market began to be realized from the building and management system. Not just action for theorder, cleanliness, security, cleanliness, health, but the administration and supervision of fi nancial marketsmeans the attention of many parties. Order of the occupation has given a lot of positive infl uence in thedevelopment of markets empowerment in Semarang and of course can be used as a source of learning.Irrespective of political background surrounding the economic-colonialist interests.Key words: Eksistention, traditional market, decentralization.

The absorption of graduates in opportunities of employment that match with their discipline is oneindicator of the education institution success. Seeking the absorption of Sociology and AnthropologyStudy Program graduates in opportunities of employment is much needed. Most of the Sociology andAnthropology Study Program graduates are become teacher, both in state or private school. Abstract

The presence and development of modern retail franchises or village have now made the traditional business people, especially decreasing penghasilan.Kondisi grocer makes them form associations known as PPLS (Lokas Traders Association sekaran) .Artikel aims to explain role in consolidating haberdasher PPLS in order to withstand the competition with waralab and retail modern.Penelitian done with a qualitative approach that uses observation, interview and documentation as methods of data collection and data triangulation technique as the validity of the data. The results showed that the role and aktfitas PPLS in strengthening democratic economy is a way to accommodate the aspirations and be a forum for the existence of the local economy have now, become a media control over government policy and the relevant parties, be a place for people lokaluntukmengembangkan effort kelontongannya who coined competitiveness high with modern retail. The implications of the presence of PPLS this is the strengthening of solidarity grocer, the re-negotiation between local communities, government, and retail shop owners modern, growing awareness of the critical community could encourage the birth of a social movement, and the opening of the society's perspective on the strategy of strengthening and development of their economic activity,

Abstract

Thought to bring entrepreneurial education, both integrated in the curriculum and through student activities, was developed by several universities. It is targeted in 2014 that as many as 20 percent of college graduates managed to become a businessman. Creation of entrepreneurs community among lecturers and college graduates is intended to accelerate the addition of the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia needed to drive economic growth in the nation. Associated with improving the quality and relevance of education, which basically includes the development of the moral aspects, morals, mind, character, knowledge, skills, health, art and culture, the development of these aspects, leads to the improvement and development of life skills, which is realized through the achievement of basic competencies to survive, and able to adapt in order to succeed in life. But in reality the educational institutions have not been able to solve the problem of unemployment and bridging the education and business.

Abstract

Bureaucracy political rights neutrality still needs to be done to see attitude and behavior of bureaucracy who impartial to one of candidate in Local Leaders Election at execution of Regional election of regent and vice regent on  December 9th, 2015 has well and safety held with winner polling is incumbent candidates as regent and vice regent of Semarang. General election as supporting facilities for democracy has arranged bureaucracy political rights neutrality, either to political party and also candidates (president, governor, Regent/Mayor), General Election Laws Number 32 Year of 2004 section 86 and section 76 and section 79, and Government Laws number 6 year 2005 section 61 and section 62, also with Laws Number 5 year 2014 section 87 article 4 item c. The purpose is: 1) To know candidates who entangles bureaucracy (functional and structural official in state official as participant and campaign expert in general elections of regent and vice regent of Semarang year 2015. 2) To know political rights neutrality in execution of regional election of regent and vice regent of Semarang year 2015. To reach the purpose, this research used qualitative descriptive method. Data analysis of Civil Servants Neutrality and involvement of bureaucracy official (Civil Servants) that becomes cause existence of opportunity to do collision in regional election for example: regional leader authority lifting, mutation, and discharge from and in 2nd echelon at local government specified by a regent after consulting to Governor (see government laws number 96 year 2000 and Laws Number 32 year 2004 section 130 article 2), then prohibition of candidates and neutral attitude of political rights  have been arranged in the law and regulation with management of officer applies merit system bureaucracy. Research result which can be generalized collision of prohibition of involvement in campaign happened not done by Civil Servants and bureaucracy functionary in service country and position of politics rights of Civil Servants at neutral.

Abstract

Nation-building and character development has been became the commitment of the founding fathers of Indonesia since homeland standing. Given the Pancasila philosophy is basic and the nation, the Pancasila is the basic reference for building a nation of character. In this journey, the effort going tides. Therefore, the educational character of the conservation- minded social values are very important. Character is formed due to the repetitive actions that it becomes a habit that internalization  in man’s  life. Conservation has meaning preservation, restoration, reconstruction, adaptation and rehabilitation of not only physical but also social values. Conservation social values is an effort to preserve, conserve, and refused to accept a set of values embraced the community of what constitutes  good and bad. Social value can be identified by observing and social values based on characteristics such as social interaction, transformation, the process of learning, fulfillment, diversity, acceptance, influencet and assumptions. Studying social values would be very beneficial if the value is applied in everyday life.
