Abstract

Sayung subdistrict is one of the sub-districts located on the north coast of Demak Regency which until now experienced rob floods that threaten the social, economic, and physical conditions of the environment. A series of adaptation strategies as a form of mitigation against rob floods are needed to minimize risk. This study aims to analyze the adaptation strategy and implications of tidal flooding on the living systems of coastal communities in Sayung District, including the villages of Sriwulan, Surodadi, Bedono, and Timbulsloko. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection is done by sampling method and survey technique using a questionnaire which is then calculated the percentage of each component. So that various community efforts can be seen based on the level of adaptation capacity and structural adaptation.

Abstract

The performance strategy of health services was for the community carried out by the government by health service institutions. The hospital was one of the service units, which went about to treat or reduce patient suffering through quality service strategies. The quality of health services for the community was the concern of the community and various independent institutions. Health services were said to be of good quality if they satisfied service users and the procedures for their implementation were in accordance with the code of ethics and standards that have been set. As one of the public service units, the hospital was demanded by both the owner and the community to always increase the quantity and quality of services to the community, especially BPJS patients. Community satisfaction at the hospital would have an impact on trust in the hospital, people would visit and if necessary, they queued up to get hospital services. The problem in this study is: How is the service performance strategy for BPJS patients at the DR. R. Soetijono, Blora. The conclusions of this study as: in general, the performance of RSUD dr. R. Soetijono Blora was classified as good, of the 7 strategic goals there is only 1 (target) which was of less value. Judging from the satisfaction index (Community Satisfaction Survey) RSUD dr.R. Soetijono Blora got a score of 76.57 (in the good category) in 2020. The recommendations from this research were the required intensive steps related to improving services at RSUD dr. R. Soetijono Blora to improve the strategy that was still lacking.

Abstract

Marriage of contract is one means for foreigners doing business in Jepara furniture. Contract marriages are not merely a biological needs or sex of the foreign men, but also as a way for them to continue and develop its business in Jepara. The practice of contract marriages in the district of Jepara raises its own problems, especially with regard to the legal validity and impact. That problem revealed after research to him primarily through qualitative research approach. From the data analysis and discussion of sufficient depth to the results, it can be concluded that the economic needs of the dominant factor that causes women want to undergo marriage of contract Jepara. Contract marriage they lived did not have legal validity, both in terms of the National Marriage Law and the views of the Compilation of Islamic Law. Legal protection for the wife and kids there because their marriage is  not valid. For those who contract marriage with siri way, during the ongoing marriage law has not yet felt the impact. After the marriage broke up, the impact of the law was that the ex-wife can't claim property gono-gini and legacy. After married to foreign men, women Jepara changing cultural value system of Javanese culture to European culture, for example, from less efficient to be efficient, from the communal be individualized, and so on.

Abstract

Elderly coral is a social organization that is not widely known by the public. Reefs Werdha a container coaching and empowerment Elderly. Elderly is a part of society that is closely related to public welfare issues. The realization of the government's efforts in empowering the elderly is the introduction of services for the elderly through several levels of health services at the community level is one of them through the Coral Werdha. Program of Coral Werdha that Posyandu where this program can help the elderly in accordance with their needs, so that the elderly do not feel anymore neglected in society. This study focuses on the welfare of the elderly in terms of physical and material terms. The method used is a qualitative method approach through interviews and direct observation. The results of this study indicate that prior to the Coral Elderly seniors less noticed by the people around. After the Coral Elderly seniors feel their welfare isguaranteed in the form of free health care facilities and the provision of such basic commodities that are held regularly every month.

Abstract

Especial Target of ethics Aristoteles is orient at public bliss. Bliss like this in line with especial target of ethics is in the form of “or especial moral”, that is especial and intellectual especial of moral. Intellectual especial pass the theoretical wisdom is whch only can be conducted by intellectual circle; while especial of moral pass the practical wisdom is which in this case human being have to able to determine the a middle course to two both of the same deed of ekstrem throw to interfere in and able to run the activity by following objective kindliness standart which is by public thought well of. According to Aristoteles of so that human being reach the high bliss with quality as refection dream of the ideal life, hence human being have to able to look into the truth. In this case anly a steel philosopher capable to reach it and axecute it. Abstract

The amount of divorces in Jakarta contributes to high divorce in Indonesia. East Jakarta is a city with an increasing amount of divorces from 2010-2014 and has the highest amount in Jakarta in 2014. Research on divorce was analyzed by considering the duration until divorce occurred, so Survival Analysis was used to determine demographic and socio-economic variables that influenced divorce.Data sourced from the 2014 archive of the Religious Courts and East Jakarta District Courts. The results of the analysis using Weibull Regression with 5% significance, variables that are at high risk in East Jakarta are couples who do not have children at their marriage, the gap of age at least 5 years, wife and husbands who worked, and the reasons for domestic violence, irresponsibility, family disharmony and economic problems also positively affected the risk of divorce in East Jakarta in 2014.

Abstract

In 1997-1999, Indonesia experienced economic crisis beginning with the monetary crisis, which led to the paralysis of the economy of most communities. Fishermen of Pantai Ayah is a group of people who can not be separated from the economic crisis that hit Indonesia. Based on this research, it is known that fishermen suffered due to rising prices of basic needs, while their income from the sea did not increase significantly. The income they got are not comparable with the fishing capital they spent, making it difficult to meet the daily needs of the family. Fishermen make every effort to keep the family’s needs remain unmet, including by seeking a second job, borrow money and sell goods. In addition, the social capital of trust and honesty is an important factor in facilitating the process of nyelang (borrow money in a short time returning) and debt. Government assistance received by the community to reduce the impact of the economic crisis, is Market Operations.

Abstract

Waste is derived from human activites. The amount or volume of waste is equivalent with level of material consumption used everday. The growth of population and socety economic growth will increase waste production. Population growth of Semarang City in 2003-2008 is 1,48% with the amount of populatioan is 1,48 million  (2008). The certainly will create big amount of waste. The aim of this research is 1) to know how big is the amount of waste volume produced dy Semarang citizen, 2) to know how is the waste management in Semarang City to achieve “Adipura City”. Research methodology which is used is quantitative descriptive. Research population is the citizen of Semarang City, the sample is 70 family head taken using purposive random sampling. The result of the research shows that the volume waste produced is 1.000-1.500 ton per day, with waste development 8-12% per year. Waste volume is infuenced by the number of person in each family, economic level and kind of activities. From that volume, 61,2% is industri waste and in the rest is non-industri. In the case of waste management, only 31% of waste is taken to fnal disposal, 53% of waste is burnt or burried, 15% is thrown to river/ditch, and 1,5% of waste is made compost. The society regards maste problem as government bussines, not personal individual bussines. Waste management approach emphasizes more on post-production waste management, instead of directing to the effort to decrease waste volume before production. Keywords: Waste, waste management

Abstract

This study aims to increase active questioning and learning outcomes of class IX C students by using the Make a Match learning model. This is classroom action research carried out in three cycles. Each cycle has various stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The Make a Match learning model has been proven to increase students' active questioning and learning outcomes. It is indicated by the learning outcomes data in the Cycle I with details of the highest score of 100, the lowest score of 49, the average score of 69.65, and the completeness score of 66.67%. In the Cycle II, the learning outcomes data show the highest score is 100, the lowest score is 69, the average score is 92.95, and the completeness score is 82.80%. Furthermore, in Cycle III, the data exemplify that the highest score is 100, the lowest score is 61, the average score is 86.21, and the completeness score is 89.66 %. These points indicate that the use of the Make a Match learning model can improve the active questioning and the learning outcomes of class IX C students of SMP N 7 Purwokerto in the first semester of the academic year 2014/2015.

Abstract

In the simplicity of village life, embodied energy that can move the social dynamics of local development. Social energy that grow and develop in the rhythm of village life. Present at very strong by being bound by the order of local values ? ? in the form of kinship, cultural values ? ? and local leadership. Therefore, it is very interesting from this study is how to mobilize social energy in rural development dynamics of rural communities. Set in northern remote villages in three districts in Pacitan, namely districts Donorojo, sub Tulakan, and sub Tegal Ombo, and case studies as an approach to research, this study is very important because policy makers rural development can not ignore the existence of energy this social in an effort to empower communities for rural development.
