Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode scramble yang baik dan mendeskripsikan keefektifan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode scramble pada materi sistem kordinat di kelas VIII SMP.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode scramble pada materi sistem koordinat dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap uji keefektifan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode scramble pada materi sistem koordinat. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) dan tugas scramble, Kuis dan Tes Hasil Belajar Pengetahuan.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari tahap pengembangan perangkat diperoleh perangkat pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode scramble pada materi sistem koordinat di Kelas VIII SMP yang baik karena memenuhi kriteria kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari tahap uji keefektifan diperoleh bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode scramble efektif untuk digunakan dalam mengajarkan materi sistem koordinat karena memenuhi : (1) ketuntasan belajar siswa mencapai ≥ 75%, (2) kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran dalam kategori baik, (3) aktivitas siswa dapat terlaksana secara efektif, (4) sikap siswa dalam kategori baik, (5) keterampilan siswa dalam kategori baik, (6) respon siswa adalah positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri 3 Genengadal dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Heads Together). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan antara lain perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi atau arsip. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS tentang bencana alam siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri 3 Genengadal. Persentase kenaikan jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar minimal (KKM) antara lain: pada pra siklus ketuntasan KKM sebesar 31,25%, pada siklus I ketuntasan KKM meningkat mencapai 56,25%, dan pada siklus II ketuntasan KKM meningkat hingga mencapai 81,25%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah menengah pertama. Pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis 5E Learning Cycle yang meliputi Engagement, Exploration, Explanation, Elaboration, dan Evaluation. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengembangan dengan model pengembangan Dick and Carey dan desain uji menggunakan desain one group pretest posttest pada 33 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tomohon. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; 1) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid; 2) Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: (a) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran terlaksana 91,97% dengan sangat baik, (b) 100% siswa aktif mengikuti proses pembelajaran,  (c) 98,24% respon siswa menunjukan sangat positif terhadap perangkat dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran; dan 3) Keefektivan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari peningkatan hasil belajar terlihat dari uji pretest dan posttest sangat meningkat dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,97 berkategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis 5E Learning Cycle yang telah dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMP pada pokok bahasan energi.

Abstract

BIPA learners during this experience many difficulties when learning Indonesian. One such obstacle is the understanding of the idiom premises. This idiom comprehension problem occurs because the idiom seldom or even not found in the language in other countries. In order to make a foreign learners understand the specific vocabulary and idioms, teachers usually use the image as a tool. Based on these problems, the researchers had the idea to develop a product in the form of Indonesian idiom dictionary to resolve the issue. Dictionaries are designed an android-based monolingual dictionary idiom that contains the terms of its practicality.

Abstract

The purpose of this ‘CLASS MOVE’ research is for rising student’s motivation and report grade on science subjects class IV SD Negri Wonoyoso through inquiry approach. This class move research held on first even semester 2016/2017 in SD Negri Wonoyoso UPTD district Pringapus, Semarang city, on class IV. Research held during three days, start from date 21, 22, until 23. Amount 31 students join this research, consist of 13 female students and 18 male students. object of this study are: 1. Motivation 2. lerned low student learning outcomes are low and under the KKM 3. Inquiry spproach. The method used in this classroom action research consisted of two cycles, each cycle consists of four stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection observations. In this action researchers used data collection tool in the form of tests, observation sheets, documentation lists the value and personal records of students to know the initial conditions of student’s motivation in learning activities.The results showed that through the inquiry approach can increase learning motivation in science subjects about style for grade IV SDN Wonoyoso in the 2nd semester year 2016/2017, from the initial conditions in science subjects students had very low motivation, until the final conditions students’s motivation is very high. In addition, through the inquiry approach can also improve learning outcomes for students IPA. from the initial conditions of grade report average of 60 to the final condition average 72,16, and it increased by 20.27%. It can be concluded that through the inquiry approach can improve grade report on science subjectand  built motivation for class IV semster 2 year 2016/2017 in SDN Wonoyoso.

Abstract

This research was intended to describe the teacher talk performed by the English teacher when teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in inclusive setting. It aimed at classifying the types of direct and indirect teacher talk performed by the teacher, describing the teacher’s perspective toward it, and describing the students’ response toward it. The data gained through observations and interview. The findings of this study showed the teacher employed 3 direct teacher talk; lecturing, giving directions, and criticizing/ justifying authority, and 4 indirect teacher talk; accepting feeling, praising/ encouraging, accepting/ using ideas of students, and asking questions. It revealed that the teacher perceived her talk provide the students eleven function of teacher talk; initiating interaction, comprehending information, stimulating their response, controlling their misbehavior, avoiding confusion, comprehending instructions, motivating participation, encouraging doing good deed, managing activity, raising confident, and keeping enthusiasm. It showed the good use of teacher talk could provide eleven functions to help the students in teaching learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah bagian dari program research and development multitahun dengan tujuan akhir yaitu memiliki model akselerasi penyelesaian skripsi pada mahasiswa S1 Psikologi. Pada tahun pertama,  penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan lamanya masa penyelesaian skripsi pada mahasiswa psikologi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah lembaga penyelenggara program studi psikologi S1 di Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, dan data penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis koding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata mahasiswa psikologi memerlukan waktu dua semester untuk menyelesaikan skripsinya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyelesaian skripsi, yaitu: kebijakan fakultas dalam penyelesaian skripsi, kendala-kendala dalam menuntaskan skripsi, dan usaha mahasiswa dalam merampungkan skripsinya. Dengan hasil tersebut, penyusunan model akselerasi penyelesaian skripsi adalah saran yang urgen untuk ditindaklanjuti.

Abstract

This purpose of this research aims to develop the media dialouge using wangsalan/parikan by utilizing the Javanese cartoon move as the mdia in accordance with Javanese manners. The study design is Research and Development (R&D). The research used questionnaire of teacher and action test. The analysis of data is using qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of dvelopment Javanese cartoon movie as a media is adequate, effective, and material has also been good.

Abstract

This study was an experimental research with true experimental design. which aimed at describing the effectiveness of digital storytelling on students’ emotional intelligence. The object of this research was students of third and fourth elementary school. This research conducted in three elementary schools in Tegal regency. The collecting data technique was observation and questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used was t-test. The research instruments were tested by validity and reliability test. It is concluded that digital storytelling is effective as a learning model to improve students’ emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning materials based on a guided inquiry-based model and a PhET-assisted learning process which are valid, practical, and effective. The development of learning materials utilized a 4D model without dissemination. The developed learning materials were tested using one group pretest-posttest design at Grade 8, SMPN 3 Airmadidi, North Minahasa in Semester 1 the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Data collection were performed using validation, observation, written test, and questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results show that: (1) the validity of developed learning materials which include lesson plan, worksheet, student book, and assessment instrument is achieved; (2) practicality in terms of adherence to lesson plans categorized practical, student activities in learning have reflecting activities that correspond to the stage of guided inquiry-based learning, the difficulties encountered in learning activities that students have not been accustomed to follow guided inquiry-based learning method and use of PhET; (3) student’s responses are effective with respect to the developed learning materials used in class, indicating that the materials are effective for students in mastery learning in terms of cognitive, attitude, and skill aspects. Based on research findings and the corresponding analyses, the developed learning materials are appropriate in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness for using of science learning in class.
