Abstract

Abstract: The present research aims to describe teachers’ ability of instructional management. Sample of this study are Primary School Teachers of Kota Semarang, Central Java. For the purpose of the study, data was collected through documentation and observation techniques. The findings indicate that; (1) of the instructional plans designed by the teachers observed 33.9% were adequately developed yet still 6.9% of them were not quite well developed; (2) of the teachers’ instructional performance observed 29.9% could be categorized well-run, whilst 9.2% of them were not quite well; (3) seen from the lens of their ability to evaluate learning outcomes, 45.4% teachers could be categorized as strongly capable, whilst 6.9% teachers were not quite capable. Based on these findings, in order to manage their instruction more effectively, it is highly recommended for the teachers to; (1) understand comprehensively their pupils; (2) master the subject matter deeply; (3) as a part of their accountabilities to the stakeholders, the teachers need to develop their evaluation report more systematically, effectively as well as transparently.

Abstract: Javanese represent the vernacular which old enough wide and its usage region. Till in this time, its existence still be awaked better. That matter is proven with usage in society which remain to be awaked, taught at school, and supported with a few college which remain to construct the majors of Ianguage and Java Art.Even if that way, in execution there is problem. Besides government policy which less side the, allocation of time ang less, also slimmest professional teacher energy. Various effort overcome the problem conducted by various party with the curriculum repair, levying and book development teach, and also energy construction learn, but its result not yet seethed with excitement, and surely with its position as local payload. Matter which can be conducted by besides constructing teacher, develop;building the rising generation awareness, also intensify the cooperation with local government as local policy maker, so that profit the instruction and Javanese construction

Abstract: The success of training is often seen from the output aspect. The criteria for this  success is on the participants’  ability in completing the training with the over-average achievement. Achieving  the competency change, moreover performance, an output aspect is merely a preliminary goal, while the main goal is outcome, impact. So, it can be said that the ability in achieving the final goal is a form of success.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The aim of this research was to acknowledge, (1) the effect of the Science Guide Teacher training towards the elementary school’s science teacher performance and (2) the effect of the training to the student’s science learning results. To identify these effects, the tools used were a questionnaire, and documents from the Elementary School’s Science Guide Teacher and also from the Pati Regent’s Head of Elementary Education Office. The research design used for this research was ex-post facto, and it was described using percentage. The research results shows that the Elementary School’s Science Guide Teacher training gave significant effect on the science learning at Public Elementary School in the Pati Regent, both on the teacher’s performance and  also the student’s learning results.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aim is to deeply describe the quality management of academic supporting system on religion-based primary school, that include quality management of student affairs, human resource, infrastructure and facility, financial, and community participation. The research used qualitative approach with phenomenology orientation and multi-case design. The research data were collected through participatory observations, in-depth interviews, and documentary study. Individual case data were analyzed using path model developed by Miles and Huberman (1992)  combined by multi cases by Yin (2002). The research found, student affairs quality management is the processing of student input to be quality output. Educational staff quality management includes the activities of recruitment, deployment, competence improvement, reward provision for educational staff so that they provide quality contribution to the educational processes. The quality management of infrastructure and facilities is the management of infrastructure and facility readiness to be utilized to support both academic and nonacademic implementation. The financial quality management is endeavor for fund raising and budgeting in qualified and selected manner to support educational quality and activities. The quality management for community participation is the activities for gathering, involving, and actuating community potentials, particularly students’ parents, in supporting educational processes.

Abstract

Abstract : Students with intellectual disabilities are often refused to study together in the same class and or schools by regular teachers and students regarding their abilities. However, the human right acts and education for all support opportunities of students with special needs include students with intellectual disabilities to have access into regular schools. The aim of this research is to gain information about perceptions of students to students with intellectual disabilities in regular schools. Located in SDN Gedong 06 Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur with 60 participants, this study figures that they have an accurate perception toward students with intellectual disabilities who are study at regular schools. It found that the percentage of a whole of accurate perception is 65%.  It seems there is a great information for students with intellectual disabilities who expect to learn in regular schools.

Abstract

Abstract: This Studi was aimed to improve of mind of SDN Gadang I Malang  through the subject that they read by integrating of reading and writing effectively. The basis of the study is the process integrating  reading  and writing strategy with special reading and writing. (reading mind maping  and note taking). The research use colaboratively between teacher and research  were carried out in three  cycles was done with the following stage: planning, action observation, reflection, and revision of the planning for the next cycle. In the initial stage the reseacher observed the teaching learning activity for finding out the first fact. The result was reflection and using as a basis planned action  cycles 1,2 and so on, was orientation for improved the prosses and result study. The data were record with observation   (process activity checlist and self evaluating), interview, documentation, tape recorder and photo record. The data were then analyzed using circulair descriptive qualitative analyze by multyfunction principple. The result indicated that teaching integrating reading and writing effectively, have positive effect to improve reading and wrting ability, understanding of strategy , and the ascend of mind. The next apply should  support with the ascend understanding  of teacher for reading and writing study theories, the complet full of media.

Abstract

                  Abstrak: In Order to improve teaching and learning activity, “Teacher Competence” as a move factor should be improve  according to the demands. In japan teacher competence perform through portofolio base on lesson study concept. Lesson Study as a learning and teaching model, emphasize on improvement process, which implemented  in 3 phase. The three phase is a unity which perform in continuity. Each phase perform  collaboratively which could motivate two way comunication and interaction, and in the end  will  effect on teacher competence improvement.

Abstract

    ABSTRAK.  Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku paket panduan bagi guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran membaca dan menulis bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SD karena Membaca dan menulis merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa SD dan semua aktivitas akademik di sekolah tidak terlepas dari membaca dan menulis. Bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus (SBK) yang mengalami problem membaca dan menulis menguasai kemampuan membaca dan menulis bukanlah hal yang mudah. Mereka perlu dibantu dengan strategi khusus yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Dalam hal ini teori kecerdasan majemuk (KM) menawarkan multi strategi yang bekerja dalam delapan kecerdasan, diyakini mampu membantu SBK mengembangkan kemampuan membaca dan menulisnya. Melalui KM siswa yang menonjol problem membaca dan menulis diatasi. Pembelajaran membaca dan menulis berbasis KM akan berhasil dengan baik bila prinsip berpusat pada potensi dan kebutuhan siswa dikembangkan. Untuk itu diperlukan analisis kebutuhan SBK secara menyeluruh melalui kegiatan identifikasi potensi dan kebutuhannya, asesmen membaca dan menulis, penataan kelas untuk pengembangan lingkungan keberwacanaan dengan pusat-pusat kegiatan KM, perencanaan pembelajaran klasikal  dan individual yang mempertimbangkan strategi-strategi membaca dan menulis selaras dengan teori KM dan pengembangan program membaca dan menulis  sesuai kebutuhan KM siswa.

Abstract

Abstract : A movement need is a component movement organ consisting of  a muscle system, a bone system, a joint system, a nerve system. A normal movement is needed for a good movement, and a complete movement organ is also functionally good. If a movement undergoes a disturbance, this can happen because of an uncomplete movement organ or disfunctionally movement organ. The condition of  disable children are because of their brain defect which will much influence their muscle like flexid muscle or spastic, which make their slow joint movement or even no movement at all. For this problem, we need to give movement practice guidance as an effort to develop the rest of the students’ ability in oreder that they can adapt to their society     their slow joint movement
