Abstract

In an industrial world, organizational culture is an important element that must be highlighted in an industry because it can affect the performance of its employees. A company will have more advantages if its employees are able to work well in accordance with their main duties and functions, it can be dealt with by growing a good culture in order to provide examples of good ways of working for fellow employees. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the organizational culture of improving employee performance on the CV. Design & Building Sukabumi, with a population of CV employees. Sukabumi Design & Building. The population in CV. Sukabumi design & Building totaling 50 respondents, proving the results of this hypothesis using simple linear analysis, the results obtained from this study are, the results of the t test in this study amounted to 13,587 with a significant value of 0,000 significant value of 0,000 smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). From this it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the CV. Sukabumi Design & Building.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of marketing capabilities in improving marketing performance. The method in this research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. This research uses a sample of 37 coffee shops with the owner being the respondent. The technique in order to collect a number of data used for this research is primary data, namely observation, interviews and questionnaires and secondary data used is literature study. This research conducts testing to determine the valid and reliable data used. The technique to process a number of data is done using the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, the simple linear regression test and the hypothesis test used is the significance test (T test). The conclusions of this research indicate that there is a significant influence of the marketing capability variable on marketing performance.

Abstract

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

Abstract

The development of the company PT Doosan Jaya Sukabumi increases the decrease in work ability or increase work in work ability not all employees need skills and conversely all employees do not all have great morale. Because this research has goals to be achieved as well. In this study to process data, the researchers used quantitative methods with associative approach, and researchers tested 100 respondents for the employees of PT. Doosan Jaya Sukabumi to produce data on the company. T-test results show the ability of work in this study was 9,280 with a significant value of 0,000, then a significant value of 0,000 <compared to 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable work ability increased positively on morale. at PT. Doosan Jaya Sukabumi.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which is the research in question to gather information about the status of existing symptoms, namely the status of a symptom as it is at the time of research. The research aims to determine the right strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strategies to apply to Lestari Indah. The results of this research show that the strength owned by Lestari Indah yarn Batik is always maintain quality products and high quality but with an affordable price, Batik motifs and colors are varied and with a sprightly understand the wishes of consumers to the product. The strategic location also becomes the strength of Lestari Indah. The weakness in sustainable freckle yarn Batik is the limited number of employees, the risk of decreasing revenue and high distribution cost rates. Batik Freckles Lestari Indah has the opportunity of increasing community income, the ability to capture market share, the presence of corporate cooperation with consumers, positive response of consumers to the existence of the company. The threat to the beautiful sustainable yarn spots Batik is the large number of competitors and high risk of business. A precise strategy that can be used Lestari Indah is an aggressive growth strategy with market penetration.

Abstract

This class action research aims to analyze the implementation of learning models using visual aids to improve student learning outcomes in class VIII F in social science subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Denpasar. The research subjects were 48 students of class VIII F. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The research procedure was carried out by applying the creation and use of the map props, which consisted of 2 cycles. The steps taken in each cycle are: planning, action and reflection, observation. Data Collection Techniques use observation, written evaluation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of data analysis on increasing learning activities from a total of 48 students of class VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Denpasar: Increased learning outcomes from a total of 48 students of class VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Denpasar, which in the initial conditions average score 68.54 with classical learning completeness as many as 19 students or 39.58%, increasing in the first cycle to 39 students or 81.25% with an average value of 78.75 and finally in the second cycle increased again to 87.50 at an average value of 100% completeness .

Abstract

This study aims to understand and examine entrepreneurial interests in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Statisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Sukses, and to see how much influence the quality of organizational culture on job satisfaction on employees so that results can be seen from the interests of entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Taking the population in this study are all employees at PT. Minu Garment Success. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees through a questionnaire which became an instrument for data integration. The results of the study prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Success with a significant level of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction at work will have a high sense of enthusiasm and work participation so that it will continue to improve their performance, so as to create work morale, dedication, love, and employee discipline to the company. One of the factors that influence job satisfaction is the work environment, a conducive and comfortable atmosphere in an organization such as the positive attitude of employees which is reflected in good relationships among colleagues will certainly help improve performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction of PT. Tiki jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi and the object of research are employees of PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi. This research method uses quantitative methods using simple linear regression analysis. With 86 respondents as employees using the IBM SPSS Version 24 software. The results of the organizational climate T test showed that the tcount in this study was 8,186 with a significant value of 0,000, then a significant value of 0,000 <compared to 0.05, it can be concluded that the organizational climate variable positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to discover factors which influence revenue of Durian farming business at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat, and to figure out dominant elements controlling the farmers’ income. This is categorized as a factorial research. The subjects of this research are 30 farmers at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat, while the objects are factors that affect the revenue of Durian farming business. The data collecting method conducted in this research is interview and documentation. A program for analysing factors by SPSS 16.0 for windows is applied to analyse the data. The results demonstrate two factors affecting the income of farming business at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat, which are internal and external factor. Internal factors consist of family labor with a variance value 41.412%, size of the land with a variance value16.626%, and capital with a variance value13.810%. On the other hand, external factors involve availability of production factor with a variance value 8.688%, costs of production factor with a variance value 7.786%, production demands production factor with a variance value 5.920%, and sale costs production factor with a variance value 5.757%. Consequently, the dominant factors influencing the revenue of Durian farming business at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat are internal factors of family labour with varimax rotation value as 41.412% and size land with varimax rotation value as 16.626%.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining public perceptions towards the existence of Trans Sarbagita public transportation. The type of the research was descriptive study with a qualitative approach to describe the public perception of Trans Sarbagita public transportation in the Bali Province. The population in this study were all people living in the Sarbaguta Region with a sample of 400 respondents who were searched using the Slovin formula.Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interview. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, public perceptions of the performance dimension gained a score of 10,238 which categorized as good. The service dimension was categorized as good since it received a score of 5,850 . The reliability dimension obtained a score of 5,777 which considered as good. The dimensions of product characteristics earned a score of 2,988 it was categorized as good. Dimensions of conformity with specifications was categorized as good. It obtained a score of 2,819, while the dimensions of the results obtained a score of 5,075 which categorized as below average.
