Abstract

The research objective is to examine the impact of the stock ownership structure to company value, which is divided in to 4 (four) classification that will be tested as follows : (1) stock ownership < 25%, (2) stock ownership between 25% - 50%, (3) stock ownership between 51% - 75%, and (4) stock ownership >75%. From this four classification that will be tested, there are only 2 (two) classification that is fit with the test because those two classification have the uniformity that fulfilled the condition to be tested as follows, there are (1) stock ownership between 25% - 50% and (2) stock ownership between 51% - 75%. This research uses regression analysis methodology to find out the relationship  between independent variable and dependent variable with 3 (three) control variable as follows : total assets, total debts and total capital. Result of the research  : (1) Stock ownership between  25% - 50% have a significant effect to the company value if uses one of the control variable such as total asset or total debts or total capital. (2) Stock ownership between 51% - 75% do not have effect to the compnay value, with or without the control variablesKeywords: stock ownership structure, company value, banking

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine to the effect of work environment, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance in economic and business faculty of sam ratulangi university. This study used quantitative research models of associative. Results showed that the work environment does not significantly influence on satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creative marketing, airport development and service to increase the number of passengers. Methods of research using associative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study population was 60, the sampling technique used purposive sampling where the sample number of 52 respondents were calculated using the slovin formula. The results showed simultaneously creative marketing (X1), development of route (X2) and public service (X3) influenced the increase of Passenger Number (Y), while the partial variable of development of route (X2) and public service (X3) number of passengers (Y) while creative marketing variable (X1) has no significant effect to the increase of Passenger NumberKeywords: creative marketing, route development, Airport services and increased number of passengers

Abstract

Sorong is an autonomous city in the province of west Papua. The source of income of the city of Sorong is mainly from services. Since is does not have enough natural resource to manage.Therefore the local government of the city of Sorong must be sensitive in managing  its finance in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the recent five years data, the efficiency managing the government finance most significant in the year 2013 and 2014.
