Abstract

This study attempts to to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment to satisfaction work in public and government empowerment their kabupaten the top papua province, then analyze the influence of compensation, work environment of the performance of employees in the community empowerment office and governance their kabupaten the top papua province, next to analyze the influence of satisfaction work of the performance of employees in the community empowerment office and governance their kabupaten the top papua province. This research found that compensation having influence not significantly to the satisfaction of working, working environment have a positive influence significantly to the satisfaction of working, compensation having influence not significantly to the employee performance, working environment have a positive influence significantly to the employee performance, satisfaction of work have a positive influence significantly to the employee performance in office and community empowerment kampung district government peak papua province.Keywords: Compensation, work environment, satisfaction work, performance employees, Papua Province.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the factors which could determine the partners UMKM join in a program of technical assistance to Bank Indonesia. The object of this Study is that this Study takes the object of the UMKM in the whole city and regency in the Province of North Sulawesi recorded in the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia North Sulawesi Province. The population in this study is 50 (fifty) SMES assisted Bank Indonesia. As for the sampling method in this research used population studies or the census study where all members of the population sampled. Thus the sample in this study is 32 (thirty two) SMES assisted Bank Indonesia. Based on the results of the analysis of test factors, it was found that there are three factors that be a factor that encourages SMES to join the program of Bank IndonesiaKeywords: Factor Analysis, SMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of social media e-service quality and price on purchase decisions, mediated by lifestyle on consumer of music streaming application Spotify in Manado. Result of the research shows that social media have a significant effect on lifestyle. E-service quality has a significant effect on lifestyle. Prices also have a significant effect on lifestyle. Meanwhile, social media has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. E-service quality also has no significant effect on purchasing decision.In this study also found that price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and lifestyle has a significant effect on the purchase decision on consumer of music streaming application Spotify in Manado.Keywords: Media Social, E-Service Quality, Price, Lifestyle, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Pengetahuan Individu, Prosedur Kerja dan Teknologi, secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Siloam Hospitals Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang memakai Regresi Linear Berganda sebagai alat analisis.  Kuesioner disebar ke 61 karyawan di Siloam Hospitals Manado. Hasil statistik mengimplikasikan bahwa Prosedur Kerja dan Teknologi memiiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Siloam Hospitals Manado dan Pengetahuan Individu Tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, Pengetahuan Individu, Prosedur Kerja dan Teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata Kunci: pengetahuan individu, prosedur kerja, teknologi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of brand communication, brand evidence, and gamification on consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty, then test the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between brand communication, brand evidence and gamification on brand loyalty in Starbucks Manado Town Square. The amounts of sample are 100 respondents by using purposive sampling method where the respondent are required to have or currently using Starbucks app. The research showed that brand evidence and gamification directly have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Then brand communication and brand evidence have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. While brand communication does not have positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, as well as gamification does not have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has no significant effect as an intervening or mediating on brand loyalty nor does it have a positive and significant effect directly on brand loyalty.Keywords: Brand Communication, Brand Evidence, Gamification, Consumer Satisfaction, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

Harga jual yang tinggi di tingkat petani dapat diperoleh apabila petani menjual cabe rawit dengan hanya melibatkan sedikit lembaga pemasaran atau memperpendek rantai pemasaran. Rantai pemasaran yang pendek juga menguntungkan lembaga pemasaran dan konsumen. Lembaga pemasaran dapat memperoleh keuntungan yang wajar dan konsumen akan mendapatkan harga yang murah atas buah cabe rawit yang dibelinya.Kata Kunci:  Cabe, Petani, Sulawesi Utara

Abstract

The type of this research is associative which aims to know the influence of CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO to ROA in banking industry which entered in LQ-45 period August 2015 - January 2018. The selected research object is banking industry included in LQ-45 August period 2015 - January 2018. Population amounted to 6 banks entered in LQ-45 during the period August 2015 - January 2018. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis with the help of software program SPSS version 21. for Windows. The result showed that partially CAR and NIM have positive but not significant effect to ROA and NPL, LDR and BOPO have negative and not significant effect to ROA. From result of regression analysis also known that together independent variable that is CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO have significant effect to dependent variable, that is ROA.Keywords: CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM , BOPO, ROA

Abstract

The purpose of research to be achieved is to determine what factors affect the decision of the customer to credit card debtors PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research type is type of associative research by using data analysis factor analysis technique (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). Based on result of research indicate that there are 4 factors that determine customer to credit card debtors in PT. Bank BNI Tbk Manado. The first factor that determines the customer becomes credit card debtors in PT. Bank BNI Tbk Manado is a product benefit, the second factor that determines the customer to be a credit card in         PT. Bank BNI Tbk Manado is the perception of service, the third factor that determines the customer to credit card debtors in PT. Bank BNI Tbk Manado is a trust in a brand and the fourth factor that determines customers to credit card debtors in PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction BNI KCU Manado, the influence of service quality to customer satisfaction BNI KCU Manado, the influence of customer value to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction BNI KCU Manado, the influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of BNI KCU Manado and the influence of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty BNI KCU Manado. This type of research is a kind of research associative by using data analysis technique that is path analysis (Path Analysis). The result of the research shows that (1) Customer Value has significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of BNI KCU Manado, (2) Service Quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of BNI KCU Manado, (3) Customer value has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of BNI KCU Manado (4) Service Quality has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of BNI KCU Manado, and (5) Customer Satisfaction has significant effect on Customer Loyalty of BNI KCU Manado.Keywords: Customer Value, Service Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Trust In A Brand, Product Diversification And Word Of Mouth Against To Customer Buying Decisions BNI Wealth Management Products.(BNI Emerald Product). This type of research is type of associative research using multiple linier regression data analysis.
