Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control, communication, organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable on KPP Pratama Manado employees. The result of research shows that 1) locus of control have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction 2) communication has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, 3) organizational culture have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, 4) locus of control has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, 5) communication has positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) organizational culture have positive and insignificant effect to employee performance, 7) job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance.Keywords: Locus of Control, Communication, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

The result of the research shows that partially supervision has significant effect on the Performance of Regional Device in Local Government of North Sulawesi. Organizational Commitment is partially significant to the performance of regional apparatus in North Sulawesi Local Government. Abstract

Work motivation is effect process or pushing a man to do for goal solution with expected. Culture of organization also important for rised in pushing motivation of employee work out of leadership style. Abstract

The result of this researchs show that work-life balance, workload and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, this is prove by the F test which shows a significance value 0,006 smaller than 0,05. The result of t test show : 1) work-life balance has a signifianct effect on employee performance with a significance value 0,029 smaller than 0,05. 2) workload has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value 0,044 smaller than 0,05. 3) leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance with a significance value 0,161 bigger than 0,05. From the test result with the t test also known that the variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance is work-life balance because the significance value is smaller than others variableKeywords: work-life balance,workload, leadership style, employee perfromance

Abstract

Abstract

The high performance of employees will have a good impact on the progress of the hospital in the future. This research would be able to provide solutions and advice for hospitals to raise morale by increasing the effectiveness of work and a good working relationship from the perspective of stress, motivation and job satisfaction of non-medical employees in RS Bhayangkara Manado. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether simultaneously DAU and DAK affect the allocation of capital expenditure with the budget policy as a moderating variable at the Government of Sorong District. To find out whether partially DAU and DAK affect the allocation of capital expenditure. This research using the quantitative methode with assosiatif model. The results of the study is simultaneously DAU and DAK variables influence to capital expenditure allocation with budget policy as moderating variable to Sorong Government. Partially DAU variable positively and significantly influence to capital expenditure allocation and DAK variable have positive and significant influence to capital expenditure allocation.Keywords: DAU, DAK, Performance, capital expenditure allocation, budget policy
