Abstract

This study attempts to to analyze the influence of compensation, work environment to satisfaction work in public and government empowerment their kabupaten the top papua province, then analyze the influence of compensation, work environment of the performance of employees in the community empowerment office and governance their kabupaten the top papua province, next to analyze the influence of satisfaction work of the performance of employees in the community empowerment office and governance their kabupaten the top papua province. This research found that compensation having influence not significantly to the satisfaction of working, working environment have a positive influence significantly to the satisfaction of working, compensation having influence not significantly to the employee performance, working environment have a positive influence significantly to the employee performance, satisfaction of work have a positive influence significantly to the employee performance in office and community empowerment kampung district government peak papua province.Keywords: Compensation, work environment, satisfaction work, performance employees, Papua Province

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, entrepreneurial government dan kinerja aparatur. Penelitian di lakukan pada pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan model asosiatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap entrepreneurial government, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur, dan entrepreneurial government memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Kata Kunci: kompensasi, pemerintah kewirausahaan, kinerja aparatur

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing strategies creative applied in pt otomoto manado town square. The research results show that the utilization of social media to promote using the strategies marketing creative, which refers on the application marketing entrepreneurial consisting of marketing guerrilla, buzz marketing and viral marketing is the goal to introduce products and services available in PT. Abstract

Abstract

Higher nurse turnover rates will have a serious impact on hospitals in the future.  The results of this study are job satisfaction, workload and organizational commitment have a significant effect on simultaneous turnover intention. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on partial turnover intention. Workload has a positive and significant impact on partial turnover intention. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur Kompetensi dan Pemberdayaan Perawat di kota Manado dalam menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (AEC). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang membahas tentang lima domain dari kompetensi inti umum keperawatan ASEAN danteori pemberdayaan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan 6 informan inti yang memberdayakan perawat secara langsung.Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah kesiapan perawat di Manado sudah cukup memadai menghadapi persaingan dalam skala nasional, namunbelum bisa bersaing dengan perawat dari negara-negara ASEAN lainnya secara langsung.Selain itu, melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kompetensi dan pemberdayaan bisa mendorong kesiapan masing-masing perawat untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas diri mereka dalam menghadapi MEA Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Karyawan, Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN, Keperawatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence agent behavior that is culture, social, personality, and psychological at BRILink agent PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bitung Branch Office. The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative research. Population in this research is all BRILink agent in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Bitung Branch Office. The data were collected by purposive sampling. The questionnaire distributed is 100. The data analysis method used in this research is using factor analysis technique.
